Hi, I have a infotable property in a Thing (Generic Thing), and I have set a default value to that Infotable property, but it is not reflected on Composer and even using service. However for other properties I can see the default value reflected as current value. See attached screenshot. I am using TWX 9.0.2. I am not sure if the behavior for Infotable properties was always the same. Does it depend on the DataShape of Infotable? Thanks in advance Regards Aditya Mittal

Hey, I am using the latest version of VS 8.5.15.4805. I'm creating a project in which I have to include more than 40 popups, but when I create this It's start lagging and it shows a "Vuforia Studio reconnecting please wait" error. I have tried many ways but have not been able to solve this problem. @RolandRaytchev  Please help me I stucked on this from last 1 week.    

Hey, I am working on project in which I'm using multiple popups & labels(near about 40). Problem is that whenever I am updating or adding anything to VS project it's taking time to update and after few minutes it's showing reconnecting vuforia studio. I'm using Google Chrome 87.X.X it's up-to-date. Can anyone tell me why this issue might arise?

As Shown in the below video there is a service known as AddOrUpdateDataTableEntry https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FISQHoNV6qo     which I cannot find in the ThingWorx while adding an Service.

Hello, I've been trying to experiment with multiple sensors and averaging their data to activate an AC.   Basically, I have a number of "Thermometer" Things with the same Template to which I have assigned a "TemperatureData" ValueStream. Of course, said temperature data is Logged in the Template.   For my application, I want to have a Service get the last entry from each individual thing, then average that data and give me a single reading.   How do I go about it? My Thingworx version is 9.0   Many thanks in advance!

is there a way you can make solve not make the symbolic answer and go directly to the numeral solution. when i turn in rapports is seems unnecessary to include it. i linked an example. just to be clear i want the big unusable chunk in the middle out.  

When one goes to install Mathcad (ver Prime 3.1), the program asks for the product code.  I have looked at all the info I have from PTC (fulfillment letter, hard copy of software, etc) but I do not see it.   Can anyone advise where I would find the product code?   thanks   m8ike

Does anyone know if it is possible to format a number value in a grid such that whole numbers will be displayed as integers and decimals will be displayed as decimals? We have a use case in which almost all numbers are whole numbers, but every once in a while a decimal value is needed. In order to improve the readability of the UI, we would like to be able to show those decimal values accurately without requiring all whole numbers to be displayed with unnecessary digits, such as "5.000".

Hello All, To make it easier to create notification rules, I would like to provide our users a batch file they just need to run. Creating and running the file is no problem and works fine, but "Set Email Notifications" should look like this: Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to find out how to set up "New Value" via the CLI.   When I output the above settings in the CLI (via "Im viewuser") I get the following NotificationRule: ((((field["Assigned User"] <> "me") and (field'["Assigned User"] = "me") and (field["Modified By"] != "admin")) and ((field["Type"] = "Request for Change") or (field["Type"] = "Change Order") or (field["Type"] = "Defect")))) The "New Value" of "Assigned User [New Value]" is completely missing here. If I would use this in the batch file, I would not get the desired notifications.   How can I set the "New Value" in the CLI? What do I have to enter?   Many thanks in advance!

By importing a pvz file, the CAD-import removes all meta-data. It would be great to have the possibility to select, what you want to be kept in the data. Right now, it is only possible with much afford. I use a special pvz-extractor, which runs through my file and creates a json. Later I have to load the json file by code and assign it again to the respective parts. With this tool, one could provide his customers a huge advantage. You can remove any part just by clicking. You can receive meta-data like material from any part.

I am trying to connect to a mysql database as user A but I get the following errors: "message: Not authorized for ServiceInvoke on IsOrchestrationEnabled in WorkflowSubsystem" "message: Not authorized for ServiceInvoke on GetDaysRemainingInLicense in LicensingSubsystem" I tried to give the specific permissions to user A but the changes doesn't save. I purchased a student version of Creo on -1-17-21 order #103046868113. The order confirmation says I ordered Creo 4.0 University Student Edition Premium - One Year Term License. I down loaded it and it installed as Creo 7.0.2.0 and give an error message of License failed, License file does not support this version. I can only install what you gave me 7.0.2.0 with a license for 4.0. I have made Two phone calls and this is second attempt to log a case. Today is 1-20-21. Need someone to call me at 713.992.1348

Hi Guys,   Using Creo 7.0.2.0 and EMX 13.    When I create a moldbase using EMX, and accept it, It creates a Style State VIS001, which is always wire frame. This is driving me nuts.    Anyone know how to stop this from happening?   I don't want any new style states created.    Creo 3 and EMX 9 did not do this at all.    Thanks, Jay

I have the need to toggle some sketch dimensions to either driven or driving automatically based on a parameter. Can this be done in Creo? I am new to Creo so any responses would be greatly appreciated. I can easily do this in Inventor (which is what I normally use) so I would assume it could somehow be done in Creo.

Hi everyone,   in Creo Illustrate I created a .pvz file with: Figure 1: Sequence "Play 1" Figure 2: Sequence "Play 2"   Now I want to start each sequence with a 3D Button. I linked "Play 1" to the first 3D-Button - works fine. But HoloLense doesn't have a "Sequence list" so how can I tell the second 3D-Button that he should start "Play 2"?   Thanks for your help!

Thingworx 8.5.2 :   I see white space for each tab even after applying background color through properties.is there any way to achive it using css.If so,please let me know as I tried and couldn't achieve it.Please check the snip below.
