Hello All, I like to customize the company name/logo at the application console, and had followed diligently the steps in:  https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx/apps/r9.0/en/#page/thingworx_apps%2FCustomizing_the_Apps%2Fchanging_the_logos_in_the_application_console.html%23   I reset the server by rebooting the systems, to complete." you may have to restart the server" The logo did not change to the new one,it is still showing "Thingworx". I purposely remove the image in the homelogo, and restart the server. the "Thingworx" still appear at the banner....    Hope someone can advise me, how can i customize the logo.  Additional Questions: 1. Mentioned that the size is fixed in the help. Do i need to resize my image to the appropriate size? What is the size? 2. I edit as an administrator, do i need to modify any permission?   Hope you can advise me... Best regards NewieKek  

Hi everyone,   I am sending Data (json) from an MQTT-Broker to a Property (Type: json) called "Sensor". This is the Data I send: {"Temperatur": 20,"Helligkeit": 75} Then I made a Subscription to store the two values of my Data into seperate properties called: "Temperatur" and "Helligkeit". (Type: Integer) With the parameters: Event: DataChange Property: Sensor and the Code: me.Temperatur= me.Sensor.Temperatur;me.Helligkeit= me.Sensor.Helligkeit;   Now to my problem: Whenever I change the Data in the Property "Sensor" by hand in the Property itself, it works and the properties "Temperatur" and "Helligkeit" are updated.   But when the MQTT-Broker changes the Data in the "Sensor" property, the two other properties doesn't change.    Why do my properties not change when the data change is done by the broker?   Thanks for any kind of help!

Hello all, I hope you are great.   Any of you know if is possible for a product manager to have a view of the users that downloaded a file? What our product manager has in mind is a new tab in the document info where he can verify who download the document and maybe comments written by the user when the files was downloaded by the user.   Thank you in advance for any idea or suggestion? When I try to run an SQL command I get this error: "java.sql.SQLException: Can not issue executeUpdate() or executeLargeUpdate() for SELECTs". Do you know why? Thankyou  

In ThingWorx mashup, I am adding a button but I need a label very close to it. The text within the button always leave around 20px from the text to the frame, so the label looks very far away from the text inside the button. I tried to use the CSS .ptc-button and then adding padding 1px; but this padding is considering the button frame to the next widget.   Is there a property I can use to reduce this gap (between the text and the button frame)?  See attached file for an example.  

Hi PTC community, I went through the Requirement Connector 3.4 user guide. The entire document seems to talk only about roundtrip configurations, which is for two-way synchronizing of Requirements between Integrity and Doors. What we require is just a plain export of requirements from Integrity in ReqIF format (so that it can be imported onto Matlab Simulink). The exported requirements from Integrity are not going to be imported back again in Integrity. The document does not seem to explicitly specify about such possibility. If any user who has used Requirement Connector can comment/answer, it would be highly helpful. I do not have access to raise support case and hence approaching the community.

Hello Community.   I'm searching for a solution to change the CSS class of text parts. The goal is to get marked text parts within the textarea widget.   In my current test experience, the textarea widget is driven by a parameter   $scope.app.params.input = "textarea with marked text";     And I defined the CSS classes   strong { font-weight: bold; background-color: yellow; } textarea { color: blue; font-family:"Times New Roman", Times, serif; // font-size: 1em; }     How the get the "marked" text part in CSS class 'strong'?   Thanks for your help   Cheers Marco

There is a method CopyFileToWS where one can specify a model to which a file will be copied as attachement (secondary content). What is a correct way to execute opposite action - to download a secondary content from a model? I can't see any notice in documentation / examples. The method CopyFileFromWS takes a file path, but what is a correct path format to a secondary content file? Or is there another function to achieve this? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am trying to make a query to an sql database. I have Thingworx 8.4.2 and I don't find the option to make an SQL type service, only javascript. Is there anyway to display data in the label of XAxisField? For example, normally the timestamp can be Jan, Feb , Mar,... but I want Jan \n Data1:10% , Feb \n Data1:15%, Mar \n Data1:20%,... Is it possible?

I am using Mathcad 15.0 M050I started getting an Out of memory error popup window, coming at random times when my MatchCAD file is open but not even running.I added memory to my computer to increase its memory several times.This did not reduce the occurrance of the Out of memory error at all.Here are the errors that I faced Out of memory

I downloaded Creo 7.0 by HTTPs in this link: PTC Academic Program - Free Download PageAfter this i unzip MED-100WIN-CD-440_7-0-2-0_Win64, the program installer don't install CREO 7.0.0. I followed all the instructions. When I run the Setup.exe it starts to load but it stops quickly. I tried install creo 6.0 too and have the same issue. Looking at the windows problem reports show this error. I would like to see all the edges in solid geometry but I see that the color for edges when in wireframe is white which is a terrible contrast for a white background.I've searched config options under display.  I've also searched all the other areas of the Options setup.This must be easily done, but I have no clue where to find this.

Hello PTC Community,   I need help with something I am trying to do in my drawing. I am using Creo 6.0.Let me start by describing what I am trying to achieve. I have an anodized sheet of aluminum that gets cut and then has an engraving operation done in the middle of the part to show a patterned design, a logo, and text. This is done with a laser which requires a DXF file as an input.I have the outside geometry defined by the part, which will become a tool path for the laser to cut. In the middle of the part I have a sketch showing an array of rectangles, a sketch showing an elaborate logo, and another sketch with basic text (using Creo font font3d). All of these features need to be filled which I have done except for the text as I cannot get the text to fill. In the part I filled the other two features using the "Fill" feature from the surface menu. These need to be filled because this is how the laser knows to remove the area inside the defining geometry and not just the outline

I was looking into Thing Presence as described in the docs here: http://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx_hc/thingworx_8_hc/en/#page/ThingWorx%2FHelp%2FComposer%2FThingTemplates%2FThingPresence.html%23    For context, we are using Thingworx 8.4 with Manufacturing Apps.  It sounds like I could use presence (isReporting) as a standard way to show that my Assets are connected and actively streaming data.   I have created a Reporting Strategy Thing to test this out (result = true) although I have a question: What triggers the evaluation?  I know the service 'EvaluateReporting' performs the evaluation, but is there anything that automatically triggers it or do I have to set something up?
