Hi everyone!   I'm beginner in the thingworx and I have difficult to import entity and data.   I have a backup from other account that I would like to import to my new foundation account. So whem I to have tried to import it happens the error in the image below:     I don't know where is the logs to verify the datails or some cod error. Hi guys,   I'm working with the Thingworx Remote Access Client and I want to connect this with TWX which is running on AWS.   When I start a connection via the RemoteAccessClientLinker-Widget the RA-Client starts and try to connect and timed out after few secondes with the error message: Unable to connect to Thingworx; ensure platform is available at <xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:443> and that proxy settings are correct   Last week I try the same with a PTC-Hosted Thingworx and everything works fine. On my AWS hosted Thingworx it will not connect. I am trying to create a conditional program, that returns a value if the input is within a data set, but an error if the input value is outside the bounds of the data set. Unfortunately, the return value is in a non-default unit (psi*ms). Thus, if I just set the formula to show the default result, the displayed units are not what I want. However, if I go in and set the units to my desire value in the result, the display will then "crash" if it tries to return the error message. Is there a way to get mathcad to "ignore" the units if it is returning text? The worksheet in question is very busy, so I have isolated an example of the idea in the attached sheet. Basically, I want Impulse(6) to return a value in psi-ms, but Impulse(2) to return the error message. Is there any way to get Mathcad Prime to do this? Thanks in advance,

Hello!   There is a drop down selection option that shows the first option on the drop down, however I do not know where to go to access the other three options on the same drop down menu.   The sequence of lockout is the first option, but where can i find the other selections? There should be three more.   Thanks!  

I'd like to take a photo within my vuforia experience (using an ipad/iphone). For example, I have some text that says: Take a picture of 'x'. I would like to be able to click a button or something similar and be able to take a picture without the model from my experience overlaid on it. Is this possible? Assuming it is, can I then bind the photo to an image object within my experience?

Hi, My customer wants to use thingworx analytics to train the model.  The data  volume for trailing the model(after data cleansing) would be several millions,  but may has larger data over 10 millions in the future .  The customer wants to train the different models or train the same model with different data monthly, bi weekly , and would be better if can train every a few days with the updated raw data.   The questions are :  1.  what kinds of hardware are required for the customer's needs ?  does GPU required for such case and can thingworx analytics utilize the GPU  ?  2. Hi,I´ve issue during modeling when I tried to use external references to make simply extrude operation. I can´t select any non-active parts surfaces, vertex, lines... during active part designing in assembly mode. Im familiar with copy geometry option, but sometime I need to make quick extrude operation using assembly mode part activation.Im using Creo 3.Is there a config option maybe, and if not how to solve this ?In attachment you can found two pictures which help to explain the issue closer.On picture "reference_selection" you can notice one part active and other unactive parts(dimmed). Where I was unable to make any selection for external references (dimmed parts) to make normal extrude cut on active sheetmetal bracket.Thank you

Hi,   Some one please suggest me the methods/steps to write log file in a creo parametric toolkit application.   I tried using PTApplsUnicodeFopen() but when i try to add header file PTApplsUnicodeUtils.h gives unresolved external error.   Please tell me the how to write a log file in creo parametric toolkit application   Thanks 

Hope someone sees this.  I'm in the middle of a production upgrade and because the production server is much larger than the test server, it decided it needed 7 method servers instead of one and so the upgrade manager is failing when it tries to start up Windchill since it has too many method servers.  What is the option to set the number of method servers starting using xconfmanager?

Quick intro - Hello, Kurt here, recently laid off from my Solidworks position - on SW since '96.  Have an interview next week for a position using Creo.  Downloaded 30 day free trial and am going thru tutorials, specifically the one above:  Creating extrusions using sketches.  Directions say to RMB sketch1 and choose unhide, but unhide is not available.  I would wager that i am in some other mode or command that disallows this command but i've exited and restarted, still to no avail.   Link below is to the tutorial (item 5 and attachment is my current-state screen. Hi, we do have a yet another delightful problem with ThingWorx. We have updated Tomcat from 8.0 to 8.5.  We have changed server config file as instructed and java properties in tomcat config utilities.  We deployed ThingWorx into the new Tomcat (coppied war file, autodeploy true by default)  Everything works fine except for the fact that platform is no longer logging anything into the log files.  No script log, no application log no nothing.    Anyone any help.  I am very exhausted to debug such a software....

Colour given to model in creo parametric is not visible in vuforia studio   I have cad model of bike, on which I have given colour to entire model  in creo parametric 6.0. Same colour is reflected in creo illustrate but once i imported the model in vuforia studio, Colour given to some parts are not visible. I want to know whats the issue? Can anyone answer this? to elaborate this more i have attached ppt here

I am working on a project that requires a lot of text to be imported in a Prime 6 worksheet.  The text is reformat and saved to a Excel worksheet to improve its presentation.  This is pretty straight forward as shown on the attached PDF file.  (The Prime worksheet and support excel files are too big to post).  In going through the string commands, there is an option for new line command \n.  I have seen this in other programs, but not sure how to use it Prime.  There may be cases for it use.
