Hi, I wanted to export the data that I have binded to grid. But, I am filtering the grid data by passing input. Based on the input, the grid data will be filtered. So, If I filter by order number only those filtered data needs to be exported. Hello all,   I'd like to build a report that can be given a promotion request number and list the name of the promotion objects that have an existing markup.   I am not at all experienced in this type of thing.  I found a few reports on the resource page for reports here on the community sites that related to promotion requests.  I tried to tinker but to no avail.  Just don't know enough about the subject.   Could anyone share how I get the "promotion objects" list from a promotion request?   Thank you in advance!

Hello.   How can I add custom js library when thingworx start or runtime? I just know 1 way that modifying thingworx common js like 'mashup-runtime.js' directly. Is there any solution except it?    

Is it possible to have multiple markers at the same location?  I noticed that I can only see one marker when they have the same geocode.  I need to be able to see all markers that are located at the same location.  They don't split up even if I zoom in.  I can only view one of the tool tip mashups since the other markers are hidden behind the first one.  

Hi there, We kind a have a problem here.  We successfully upgraded to Thingworx 8.4. We have found that QueryThing extension (queryExecute mashups to be more precise) no longer works as expected. Buttons are gone and we cannot export displayed data to excel nor as csv.  We are using that extension and we have to make it work again. I have noticed that this extension is no longer present on the marketplace. I have narrowed it down to HTML text area. The whole output that needs to be displayed is generated via service getQueryResultAsHtml which returns HTML code. That code goes to HTML text area marked as readonly. On previous versions of ThingWorx (namely 7.3.8) that widget (HTML area) had not perform any safety measures (I guess) and appended the whole content to DOM. It was not very safe, but very convenient and powerful. These days are gone.  I tried simple <script>alert()</script>. No longer works. I would be able to circumvent this issue with Express

We are exploring switching from CGM to svg to reduce publishing time, but we have come up with an issue. We are just finishing setting up Arbortext publishing engine 7.1 m020 and it seems that Ape duplicates the callouts. See case CS284369. The work around is to modify the svg. We have 25,000 or so images that I have converted in Isodraw to SVG that would need to be modified. What are others doing for there work flow around this issue.  It does not seem to have any sort of priority to get fixed as the case is for 7.0.     Thanks   Bryon

Hi there,Follow the PTC University course Fundamentals of IoT Development with Whingworx M7.7 Getting Starged with REST. I created another request in POSTMAN which would PUT single value to the Thinwgorx Thing flawlessly. As I tried to use the Collection Run to PUT a series of values. I got 403 error. The only thing I changed is the Request Body, but I see no difference in the log.Both are {"mailbox": "some-string"}   I tried solution the in REST API test of simple service returns HTTP 403. go to System / Subsystems / PlatformSubsystem / Configuration. Check "Allow Request Method Switch" and uncheck "Filter Content-Type"   And it lead me to error 400. Meantime, Disable Metrics Reporting by deselecting the Metrics Reporting Enabled checkbox like the Calling service API from Postman - 403 mentioned.So, how to make POSTMAN Collection Run works with Thingworx flawlessly?Any response would be appreciated.

I am exploring various PTC products like thingworx, windchill,etc. I can found Evaluation version for thingworx but I havent found any thing similar for windchill. Please let me know if any Evaluation/trail version available for Windchill.

Hi,   I've configured an anomaly detection alert but it is getting "failed" status after being on "calibration" status for a long time.   My environment is: - Thingworx platform 8.3 and H2 on Ubuntu  - Anaylitics Server 8.3 on Ubuntu in a different virtual machine Analytics is working ok because I've created some models before.   I am following the link https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS265488 but it is a little bit confusing because it is explained on a windows and without having analytics server installed before.   I am getting confused with the ports. In the video expains that it is using 8080,8081,8090, 8091. But in my case results models are on 8900 and training on 9400.    I can't find the resolution because I couldn't find where the problem it is. I will appreciate any help. When I click Utilities -> File Server Administration-> Vault Configuration browser doesn't open a new window(site) but trying to download file Vault Configuration.jnlp. How can I change it should be open in a new window not as downloadable content?

I am planning to create a Mobile project and output AR with RealWear. The AR content was displayed once the marker was recognized successfully. Hello All,   I am doing some exercises in order to transition from using ANSYS to Simulate. In this exercise I am trying to preform a nonlinear simulation (i.e. large deflection and contacts) on the assembly seen in the figure below. You can see that there is a small gap between the pin and the mounting block. The nonlinear iteration is not converge (It does converge if there is no gap, but that is not reality). Assembly file is attached (Creo 4.0 M090). Any help and suggestions on the setup of the analysis would be welcomed.

Hey guys,   I am setting up several metric drawing formats, and I am either missing something really simple (likely), or there is a blatant error (not likely) in the ASME 14.1M-2005 spec.   For the drawing sheet sizes, the corresponding sheet size values do not add up to the given zone and margin sizes. When you add up the values given, the vertical sheet dimension does not provide enough height to create the number of zones at the stated size.   For example, on the A1 size, the stated vertical dimension is 594 mm. It then states to have 12 zones of 50 mm (should be equal in the horizontal and vertical dimensions), plus the 2 margins of 20 mm, which combine for a total of 640 mm. It does say that the last zone can be a different size to accommodate the sheet size, but if we did 11 zones at 50 mm, we would come up with a total of 590 mm. So do I create a zone that is literally 4 mm wide for my 12th zone?   They provide a Figure 1 that shows what look like an even dis

Seasons Greetings:   I am pretty sure I can NOT put an Item Number (Find Number) in a note. But at the very least I would like to add the "part_number" parameter. In case below that is "MS20995-C32". This should be as easy as:   &asm.mbr.PART-NUMBER MS20995-C32   ----- 1. APPLY SAFETY WIRE FN (99) (MS20995-C32) USING DOUBLE TWIST METHOD PER NASM 33540. -----   ? Does not work.
