Good afternoon,    I am trying to pull some data from Azure TSI to my ThingWorx Project/Mashup. I have checked connectors and services functionalities but I don't find the way to create this connection using the available documentation.   Could you suggest an approach or methodology (step by step) about how to do it?   Open questions How can I integrate a HTTP connector into an Oauth 2.0 schema? Is there a common method of performing it? Do I have to provide bearer token myself? Hello all,   I am currently calculation a body in which i am applying a moment to a gear and the shaft of that gear is fixed in rotational direction.   How can i measure or detect the reaction at the shaft in terms of moment.   I have used cylindrical co-ordinate system to constrain the rotation and just defining a measure does not work if the constraint is applied other than WCS.   Please put some light to solve this problem.   Thank you

I have 9 buttons to play each animation(i.e step 1 to 9 in sequence) . i dont want the animation to sync out when one touches next button . i dont want that button to operate anything till previous animation is finished. I have a question in drawing environment,  about axis lines that already have a break because there is a dimension there: some days after, the dimension is no longer necessary, so I delete it. How can I remove the break in the axis line? I am using creo4. Thank you very much

Hi All,   I would like to place a status bar in my mashup that displays the different stages/states of a machine in a particular shift. Suppose the shift is from 7AM-7PM, the machine may come across different states such as Not Ready, Ready, Running, Waiting, Fault etc. Each of the states has to be highlighted in the status bar based on the status color coding. How can it be done?   Which widget to be used to create a status bar? How to give the proper state definition for each time interval?   Please suggest a solution. Hi, I'm developing some functions with FileRepository. I'm writing some lines of text into a .txt file. I tried service of CreateTextFile & AppendToTextFile, with them all text will be written into same 1 line, no matter '/n /r \n \r' are included or not. For example, I want to show: Line 1 Line 2 Line 3 and it always shows: Line 1Line 2Line 3   Any advise?

I have an automatic login authenticator based on http parameter as described in my earlier post   I am observing a weird behavior sometimes. When the Thingworx server restarts while a mashup (which refreshes automatically at some interval) is displayed, browser sends these following URLs without the custom parameter which is required by the Custom Authenticator to authenticate: /Thingworx/Resources/RuntimeLocalizationFunctions/Services/GetEffectiveTokens /Thingworx/Subsystems/PlatformSubsystem/Services/GetAllStateDefinitions /Thingworx/Subsystems/PlatformSubsystem/Services/GetAllStyleDefinitions /Thingworx/Subsystems/PlatformSubsystem/Services/GetAllStyleThemes The issue is these URL's drop my custom parameter, which is used to identify the user to login with. As a result, a login prompt is displayed. Other times when it works, the URL with my custom parameter gets sent to the Authenticator.   How do I control this behavior? Why do these URLs get sent to the Authenticator? I

Hi all,   Is it possible to take panel and button elements and have them slide offscreen/destroyed when I click on a button? I am trying to have a button that turns off parts of the UI. Ideally this would be similar to how the header's hamburger button make a panel slide into view from the left side. Instead, I would like for it to slide up and down from the bottom. Is this possible and how would I go about creating this?   Are CSS Animations supported, and while we're at it, can I use things like the html div tags as well?   Thanks, Wes

We are attempting to share a Windchill 11 VM to several folks throughout our company for testing purposes. We are running into issues with sharing our current 250 + GB image.   Anybody have suggestions on reducing the size of that image? What is the size of the VM you are using?   Thanks,   Josh

Hello!   I'm trying to access a URL using the ContentLoaderFunctions snippets GetJSON. The URL I am providing is functional (checked using Postman) and the api key is defined in the header correctly. The Error Log is not providing additional information than that which is provided in the title.  Can anyone help me understand what is going on here?   Thanks!

SQL (Command), SQL (Query)   And I used three methods. ([[ipvalue]], [[clocksvalue]], [[tempervalue]], [[loadvalue]], [[powervalue]], SYSDATE);('[[ipvalue]]', '[[clocksvalue]]', '[[tempervalue]]', '[[loadvalue]]', '[[powervalue]]', SYSDATE);('<<ipvalue>>', '<<clocksvalue>>', '<<tempervalue>>', '<<loadvalue>>', '<<powervalue>>', SYSDATE);   The inputs data are all strings.   Configuration is not wrong. I think my method is wrong.Can you help me?

Hi. I cannot call a service over Postman/anywhere without 403 access denied. It works fine from a mashup. Guessing I have the same issue as here: https://community.ptc.com/t5/ThingWorx-Developers/REST-API-test-of-simple-service-returns-HTTP-403/td-p/526341 However the solution there, when I try to do it and save the changes I get: INVALID SCN SET https://i.imgur.com/xCRTLWa.png "You have to go to System / Subsystems / PlatformSubsystem / Configuration. Check "Allow Request Method Switch" and uncheck "Filter Content-Type"."   What could be the issue? Am I missing something?

Hello guys,   I have an external Oracle database and it's no problem to show queried information (using a service for that of course)  inside a grid in a mashup. But how do I filter the information in this grid (InfoTable)?   I would like to know how to use a DataFilter widget on an InfoTable. Could someone provide code (inside the different services) plus bindings? I found tutorials for the bindings and different code snippets but never a complete, well explained, tutorial.   Thanks in advance    

Actually I want to place some buttons at the bottom of screen and I want that when i choose 'suspension assembly' some specific buttons should be displayed and when I choose other option such as 'arm assembly' some other buttons  should be displayed and the previous one should hide.   Also when i switch window, operation done by the previous button should be disabled. I am not from coding background so it will be of great help if anyone can provide code for it.

Hi all, I have created a new XY chart widget (similar to the existing XY chart widget) in ThingWorx and I want the x-axis to be on the top of the chart so that the intersection of the x-axis with the y-axis is in the top left corner instead of the bottom left corner. The x-axis values should increase from left to right and the y-axis values should increase from top to bottom. I have no idea how to do this with my code, thus I have attached the necessary files for reference. The final result should look as shown below. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi all, I am trying to customize a XY chart widget but I require the TW.ChartLibrary package to do so. However, the ThingWorx version I have now is the trial version which means I do not have access to it in my path C:\Program Files (x86)\ThingWorxH2Trial-8.4.0-SNAPSHOT\tomcat\apache-tomcat 8.5.23\webapps\Thingworx\Common\thingworx. Does anyone have access to the TW.ChartLibrary package and can upload it here? Will be great if someone can help!

Hi!I have a quite big wiring design going on, of a harness so big, it won't fit on any of my currently available template sheets. Actually there are different parts in the harness, which goes to one connector. It would be nice to split the connector to pieces and put it on other design sheets. So for example:I have this wiring (not the design I was talking about but actually it doesn't matter), And I'd like to cut or separate connector P-27 at the red line, to put pins 6-12-11 on another sheet (including PJ-1 and J-31 too pf course). I can set some pins to not shown in reorder members, then the connector will use the "split shape cap" thing (display mode selectable in reorder members) which I made when the shape was created in the catalog, so it will look like this (15 pin connector with only the first 8 pins shown):Now it would be great to put the other 7 pins with the same shape and end cap or whatever on another sheet. Is this possible?I've only found the x-ref shapes part in help,
