Hello, I have been stuck on the webpage shown in attachment for days, unable to download the Vuforia Studio Free Trial. Any tips/help?  I cannot find any contact info either! Thank you

I have Thingworx platform and Thingworx Analytics installed in a CentOS VM on my laptop. It was working fine until, the IP address of the VM changed (or so I suspect, may be something else also might have affected this). Please see the attached snapshots - all configurations are with localhost. I haven't used any IP addresses while configuring the Analytics and everything is on the same VM. Is there a way to get edge logs to see whats the error? I do not see anything useful in the Thingworx logs or Analytics logs.

Hello,   When you draw a series of lines in creo it automatically creates some hidden constraints between the segments so that they act like joints and move together (coincident). Similarly, if you use the coincident constraint to move an existing line to another, the constraint also does not show up and acts as if it was an initially drawn line segment. How do you find the constraint and delete it so you can separate the entities without deleting the entity?    In the attached example I want picture 4 to go back to picture 1's state without ctrl+Z (which is no longer possible if its a modification of an existing sketch and not something you just did, or if you did a lot of sketch work before realizing you need it unattached). Hi, We are facing issues with Thingworx first time login. We are using - Thingworx 8.4 on Tomcat 9.x on Azure Windows Server 2012 VM. DB is Azure managed PostgreSQL 10.x Please take a look at the attachment. We tried all possible login credentials and nothing worked. Also tried Administrator/admin credentials from some community discussions. What should be the first time login? The online Thingworx documentations suggest that once we open "http://server:port/Thingworx" page, we should change the initial password that was defined in platform-settings.json. However, I am unable to get past this login page.   Requesting some assistance please.

We have a on-premise thingworx server.  The Experience Service is installed and operated on the Thingworx Server. I have three questions.   1. Can I lock permissions on published projects? For example, user must authenticate when scanning a thingmark. 2. Where is the location of the thingmark image file on the local server? 3. Can I change the location of a project that is published to the Experience Service?

Hi, Is it possible while using the expand and collapse option for left sidebar where I place a menu to not only collapse the entire menu but to show the icons on collapse.  When I click on collapse icon the menu is completely getting collapsed but I wanted the menu icons to appear and text to collapse. Hello   We need a tab into layout and tab must have 5 different layout. Attached is image for reference.This is created into UI editor. Now, consider a layout above Cancel and OK buttons. That layout is for example having name as "loTab". Inside this layout, tab named as '"tab" need to be added and this tab should have A,B,C,D and E as 5 different layout. This need to be achieved through toolkit API.   Below is sequence of API we are using. But not getting required display of 5 different tab: ProUILayoutTabAdd() to add "tab" named tab into layout "loTab" ProUITabLayoutAdd() to add first layout named as A into tab component ProUITabLayoutsInsert() to add 4 layouts named as B to E into tab component after layout named as A 5 time call to API ProUILayoutDecorate() to decorate all 5 layouts named as A to E. I am install ThingWorx Foundation trial into the same computer as KepServerEx6, but I can not connect KepServerEX6 with Thingworx Foundation, within the same computer   before now, I have tried connect with KepServerEx6 in Hosted trial, Which is normally connected   I'm not sure, the Host of KepServerEx6 can be configured as localhost ?, And the port of KepServerEx6 can be configured as  8080?   Could you giving advice me   Thank you  

Hi,   I'm trying to create a spiral/twist feature with uniform cross-section. See below image created using Warp (twist) feature by twisting the rectangle by 180 degrees across the extruded length. The problem here is I need the four surfaces to be flat rather than a curved one. I've tried using sweep feature but to no success. Also, note that the rectangular cross-sections are to be offset in two directions i.e. they don't share the same centreline (see final image). Any help on this is highly appreciated. Thanks!

I am somewhat new to fitting data using Mathcad (15), so I apologise if this is a stupid question.   I have experimental data on the temperature dependence of the molar volume (Vm) and isochoric specific heat (Cv) of a compound.The former is related to the internal energy, the latter to the first derivative of the internal energy. If I use Debye-based models, then the Debye temperature is a common variable for both functions, the molar volume includes two additional variables. The number of data points for the two independent data sets is different. I can fit each function separately, but I wish to fit them simultaneousy to determine the best estimate of the Debye temperature.   Is there a simple way of carrying out multiple function fitting in Mathcad?   Many thanks   Kevin

I would like to add a 3D label or 3D image of an arrow that pops up right before a step of a sequence plays. My model has a sequence that shows assembly steps from different angles of the model and you can't see all of the steps from one view. I want to guide the user to rotate the model or walk around the model to a specific view and then press play to see the sequence from that view. Is this possible?  Also would it be possible to then hide the arrow once the sequence plays and then have another arrow appear at the start of a new step? Thanks.

A while back I bought a mathcad 15 license from a small uk engineering company who were moving location and disposing of filing cabinets containing lots of old software they hadn't used for years. The employee provided sufficient details of the company to uniquely identify my license. Despite this PTC Curstomer Services said they couldn't identify my license, relegating my disk to a coffee coaster. The other day I updated my copy of Igrafx Flowcharter. A very serous piece of software and company. Unfortunately the reseller hadn't packaged it well and it arrived shattered. Within 15 minutes Igrafx had emailed me back and provided a link with a download and new key for me. What a difference between PTC and Igrafx.

I have some remote things with its properties bounded and logged. I show to user Property History Log and I don´t want to lose logs when remote thing disconnects.   I have a C# console app with Thingworx SDK whom pushes the properties every x minutes. Does C# SDK save these properties in a queue and then send it to the server when reconnects? Or I have to handle this case?

I'm reconfiguring our practice of saving a drawing as a pdf.  I've set up a pentable which seems to be working ok.  I'd like to be able to see what the lineweight settings are for the pens when not using a pentable.  Is there a location or option for this in Creo 2.0?  I see that the config options for the pens (ex: pen1_line_weight) refers to an electrostatic plotter, which I take to be our ink plotter.  The only options I see and am using that refer to pdfs are pen_table_file and pdf_use_pentable.

Hi Guys,   Is there any way to retrieve data from local file system???   Basically I want to show all the files and its meta information in a grid like the following image. I want to display recently uploaded files from System Repository / other repository in the grid.   Can I get any suggestion for this?     -- Janakiraman
