Hello,   I have installed Manufacturing Apps 8.4 trial and KepserverEx 6.6 but when I am doing Connect Factory Assets Using Control Advisor (Guide 1) in developer portal, I have problems in step 3 when I have to import DemoFactoryDataSet.zip. In Structure Tab can not find uses tab. This happen only in case of Part Configuration. So how to add uses tab under Structure tab.

Not sure if this is a bug or ignorance. I am trying to hide a model upon the start of my application and at a certain point make it visible.   I have the visibility box unchecked for the model, but it still shows at the start of the app. Also setting '      $scope.app.view.Maintenance.wdg.Testing.visible = false;' or even True does absolutely nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,   I built a mashup where I call 2 services and they are linked to a "auto-refresh" (30 seconds)   The 1st services is used to display a set of information. On the second service, I pass 2 parameters coming from the 1st service.   When I execute the mashup, all data from the 1st service are displayed immediatly, but data from the second service is refreshed are not refreshed. I have to wait 30 second (after the 1st auto-refresh) to see my data.   I can't understand why.   Any idea ?    Thanks.

I need  to remove a row from a table I have already created.  I am able to delete contents but where is the delete row? I also have a flag note in between to defined dimensions but need to either add a leader or be able to have arrows on each side of the flag note.  I tried creating a dimension so I will have the arrows and then deleting the dimension text but the text comes back.  What are my options?  See images below.

Hello!   Thingworx 7.4+ is running only with License. I used to run my instances with offline license. Now I am trying to work on docker images. The problem is that docker image after stop is changing it's deviceID which is causing error while acquiring license.   Any option to use docker with offline license?   Regards, Adam

Hi All,   I have a service which updates a description of a mashup, the code is as below.   var params = {description: 'This is a test Mashup' /* STRING */};Mashups["testMashup"].SetDescription(params);   It updates the description but is not seen in "Description" column of spotlight search result grid.  See the "Description" column  But when I edit the mashup, I can see the description.       And when I edit and save the mashup, the updated description is seen on the description column of spotlight search result grid.   Could anyone help on this? Can we see the updated description in spotlight search result description column without performing the edit and save operation? Thanks in advance.

Hello,   I have the same issue and I find and delete registry keys in regedit: (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SYSTEM->CurrentControlSet->Services ->Thingworx_server) (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->PTC and POSTGRESQL) I delete folders in C:/ too, but I have the same problem in the installation of manufacturing apps. I can´t do re-create my server 2012 R2. Are there other registry keys in regedit? Could you help me with this problem? Hello,      When I create a Part Configuration of a part,  the view is copied as it is. Default view is Design. So I want to change the design view to something else , let's say manufacturing view. So how do it?  Any of the way is acceptable , Either by GUI or by customization.

Greetings,   I am beginner level and I am using the guides to orientation.   The plataform that I am using is ThingWorx Analytics and this guide: https://developer.thingworx.com/en/resources/guides/analytics-builder-quickstart/data-upload   But, in this guide the databases is ready to download and I want to create a database from my PLC's tags (I am using ThingWorx Industrial Conecntivity to maps the PLC's tags) to use in Analytics Builder.   How do I do this?   Thanks.

I tend to do a lot of partial differentiation in my analyses and how I currently do it is to hard code each partial to their own variable. This tends to clutter my analyses, since I deal with rather large multi-variable equations. I tried being slick today by defining a 1xn matrix (where n is the total number of variables and each element contains the variable names that I need to do partial derivatives on) and performing the partial derivatives on that matrix and vectorizing it. Mathcad doesn't flag an error, but what it's calculating isn't correct. I believe it's trying to do the differentiation on the value of the variable rather than seeing it as a variable by itself, because it always calculates the result as 0. Does anyone know how I can get mathcad to see these as variables or know I better way of going about this? I've attached an example of what I am attempting if it isn't clear in my writing. 

I have a real number variable and I want to represent this in a note with a limited number of decimal places.The default decimal places is 3 in the part file and that is what I want. The note I want needs to be limited to 1 decimal place.Since this is not a "dimension", I cannot edit the number of decimal places in properties.I can set the decimal places in the "options" of the measure:distance dialog (for instance) but the relation only follows the units set in options of a saved measure, not the decimal places set in the options.Creo 2.0thanks
