Hi, everyone. I'm having an issue with getting a proper mass of my harness parts. Rather, the mass is right but the unit is wrong. I used the Creo mmns template file for my harnesses and now they report mass in tonnes. I want to change the mass units reported with the PRO_MP_MASS parameter, but since I cannot open a harness part by itself, I find no way of getting into the model properties to be able to change it. Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Hello I have several Mathcad v.15 sheets, which include one or more Excel tables for data input and output purposes.Recently the tables have been disappearing and the Mathcad has started to crash often when the Excel table is double clicked.   The Excel which I have is in Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus: Microsoft Excel 2016 MSO (16.0.9126.2282) 32-bit and the Mathcad is Mathcad 15.0 (M020 [MC15_M020_20121127])   Any suggestions, how to get the sheets to be more stable and more functional?          

Has anyone made a Creo toolkit application that can generate max dimensions for a given 3D model? 3 parameters must be generated in the 3D model… MAX_LENGTH MAX_WIDTH MAX_HEIGTH MAX_DIAMETER for tubular parts (option)   The application must automatically analyze the model so it fits into the smallest possible surrounding box disregarding how the coordinate system is placed (see attached screenshots).

Wondering if Mathcad Prime is able to tile worksheets, in order to compare side by side and copy/paste.I believe this was a capability in previous versions.

I have been importing few of the mashups as a single entity from old instance to new instance .But the issue right now i am facing is it a collection mashup ,when i tried importing whole mashup its is only partically visible and other half disappeard ,i gave permissions for all users and  modified  service in order to add a line that references these mashups at the end.Still the page is not completely visible.

Hello Everyone,   I am not able to login into the Thingworx Composer. After entering the correct username and password the login window disappears and appears again but with blank fields and nothing happens.   I think it is because I disabled the PTC.login.Authenticator (I think its called like that but I am not totally sure), while I had access to the Composer. Apparently I can not login with my credentials with the Authenticator being disabled.   Is there a way to activate this Authenticator e.g. via a Rest Call? Just like it is possible to update property values or execute services I hoped I could enable the Authenticator again.   If anyone knows which call I should make and what the exact name of the Authenticator is, please let me know. I am also open for other approaches to tackle my problem.   I am working with a Trial Version of Thingworx btw. and I do not have Administrator Rights (because I am using the Composer for Thingworx Studio - AR application)

How do I stop the Menu Manager from prompting me to choose current valu, enter, or read file every time I try and regenerate my model/assembly?

Hello Everyone,   so I started to use PTCs Industrial Connectivity. I followed the steps in this guide and I was able to setup a proper connection.   Unfortunately, after some time I get the error: "attempt to add element <element_name> failed".   This error appears for every tag that was bind to a property. But in the beginning everything worked fine and the values were displayed correctly in the properties of the remote thing.   Any ideas how to tackle the problem?   Thank you in advance!   Best Regards, Dominik

Hi All, It would be of great help if somebody could solve this doubt? Is it mandatory to go with different hardware while upgrading from one instance to another? For example while upgrading from 10.2 to 11.0 is it mandatory to install 11 on a new hardware and then restore backup data and run the upgrade manager? Since upgrade manager deals with database alone, can I not just take backup of 10.2 required data and then uninstall Windchill 10.2 completely and then install 11.0 on the same hardware and run the upgrade manager?    Also it would be helpful if you could provide insight about pro's and con's of using same hardware and different hardware during upgrade.

Hi everybody,   I have a problem with the connection between Kepware and Thingworx 7.x, and I am running out of ideas. I have set up this previously between Thingworx 8.x and Kepware, but I can´t find how to do it on the older version. I have downloaded the Kepserver extension from the marketplace, added it on the composer and generated a Thing based on that ThingTemplate.  Then I have configured the Project-> Thingworx on Kepware as shown on the image. I know the port is the 8444 since it is the one that I use for connecting to the composer (I have several webservices running on the machine). I have added an AppKey that I created on Thingworx to the Application Key field, and the "Kepware" is the name of the Thing that I created using the Kepware extension as ThingTemplate.   After setting it like this, I am getting a "Could not establish a websocket connection" error all the time (second image) Am I missing something?   Regards,JNanin

I am trying to get started with Laplace transform in MathCAD 15 and I would like help to find what I did wrong in the document I uploaded. It’s a simple second order RC circuit. Hi all,   there's a requirement to update general/legal texts in drawings. One option is to implement changes when drawing is revised. I tested making a new iteration for the CAD Template and enabled it. However, when revising a drawing the new revision does not use the new template. Should it?   New CAD Document opens the new template as expected.   The latest iteration of the template is in state Design (In Work, ie. not Approved / Released) but so was the previous. It's checked-in with a non-admin user.

Currently, I'm doing a Projects & Guides with the name 'Connect Factory Assets Using Controls Advisor (Guide 1)' in ThingWorx Developer Portal. I use ThingWorx Manufacturing Apps Trial as instructed by the guide.  I use: -ThingWorx-Manufacturing-Apps-8.3.0-05.exe (all in one installer) with the port config set to 8080 (default 9080) -KepServerEx 6.3 (both in the same machine)   I have followed all the instruction and step until I found a problem in Step 4: Monitor Servers, Assets and Devices, right after I open the Custom Control Advisor Menu it show error like this picture below :   Looking back to Step 3: Configure Factory Simulator Data, all instruction until load data-0.twx, in ThingWorx Composer, results in a successful message. When I check ApplicationLog in Monitoring in Sidebar Menu, it shows: [context: com.thingworx.webservices.context.HttpExecutionContext@5efc02c0][message: Execution error in service script [Rea
