Hi,i am trying to execute postgres database store procedure in thingworx but unable to get the data, it is showing an error in database logs like "cancelling statement due to user request", but if i am trying to execute the same store procedure in postgres it is giving me the data. i checked some thingworx articles and there they are saying to refresh the database connection or increase the database thing time limit, i tried these two approaches also but not getting the data. Please give me the solution on this as soon as possible.

I'm using ThingWorx 9.6.3 and adding tags to a Thing using the Manage Bindings feature. The properties get added as read-only by default and are not set to be persistent or logged.Is there a way to bulk edit these properties after binding them to enable persistence, logging, and set the appropriate dataChangeType (like ALWAYS or VALUE)? I don't see any bulk edit option in the UI.Any suggestions on how to handle this efficiently would be really helpful.

Hi all, I am wondering if there is a specific reason that Master cannot be bound in thingworx mashup builder. I have a mashup in one project that I want to use the same master on as all of our other mashups but the master is located within our main project with stuff to be commonly used among all projects. This creates a dependency issue preventing pushing between projects and I am not sure if there is really a good way around this, but if I could just bind a string like "KT.MasterMashup" to the Master parameter then I could solve that dependency.   

I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.5 and DatecodeF000I would have a "general" question about the Combo Chart widget. Unfortunately I did not find any examples on the internet. I see that with a combo chart I can have multiple y-Axes which is great. Now I saw that you even have the possibility to have it stacked. Which would mean in my opinion I have multiple y-Axes therefore multiple lines but they all have there own space. Not all together in one graph but stacked as I would need to have it. Now I played a bit with the widget and tried out what I can do but unfortunately nothing happens when I choose the Stacked option. I mean there are a lot more parameters then that i tried to correctly fill but in the end result nothing happened. So I would kindly ask you if there is a better description on how to obtain this stacked result that i definetly need or is it maybe a bug that this is not working?

I am using Creo Parametric Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.5.0When a user goes to a drawing and selects Annotation + Symbol and try to select the Galleries, Symbol Pallette or the Symbols browser, CREO locks up. The only option is to shut down CREO using the Task Manager and restart. Is there a hidden config setting that fixes this?

Version: Windchill 12.1 Use Case: Hi All, we have configured a dedicated BGMS for SIS and Creo publishing, however in wvs.properties, value of QueueGroup=WVS, We have given WVS name for Creo BGMs. Also we have SIS name for Dedicated BGMs for sis, however in WVS.proprties, we have not mentioned QueueGroup name for SIS, Can we add queueGroup =WVS SIS like this? How to define drop-down values for a field dynamicaly? Need a way to present different selection lists of the same field for different Requirement Documents. Like Colour (red,yellow,green) for one RD and Color (blue,green) for another. Any other ideas like playing with HTML code insertion?Thanks

Using thingworx 9.6 I have infotable data shown on a ptcsgrid I want to apply a "static" filter to hide some rows based on a value (NOTLIKE), and I would use the queryfilter  parameter. Note that I don't want to filter at service level when generating infotable data because in other objects I need to have all the rows. I may leave on the ptcsgrid the "filter box" visible on the mashup to filter the visible data, but this should work  after the queryfilter, just on the visible rows Is there a way to apply a static  queryfilter , not using for example a ptcschipdatafilter ?I tried with an expression with output type queruyfilter, but it's not clear how to "code" the filter

Hello together,I would like to have a connection from Codebeamers "SCM Repositories" tab to my existing Git repository.But when I try to set it up: it gives me following error message (I removed parts of the URL for this post): SCM Error: fatal: unable to access 'https://[...]testspezifikation/': SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain The current connection for Codebeamer is not a https connection, but http.The gitlab connection is a https connection which is self-certified. Does Codebeamer really do not accept the self-certified certificates? In Codebeamer 2.1.0.1, I have a tracker called "Input", a tracker called "Output", and a tracker called "Result" (names have been changed for sake of this question).  Input has a downstream trace to both Output and Result and Output has a downstream trace to Result. The Result has 2 choice fields for the relationships to Input and Output called Input Trace and Output Trace.  The Output Trace also "depends on" the setting of Input Trace and the "union" is true. When creating a Result item from scratch both of those trace fields will be empty.  I can select the Input Trace values and the Output Trace list will be filtered accordingly and I can save the item. However, I do also want to be able to create a downstream reference directly from an Output item using the "R+" button.  This will automatically fill in the Output Trace field to the item from which I clicked the R+ button but the Input Trace field is empty.  I cannot save the item as-is becaus

For this I have built a service which calculates the required parameters for a navigation. Additionally I open different mashups in the navigation with different mashup parameters. In order to be able to bind them all in the navigation function, I have generated a dummy mashup with all existing mashup parameters (see images).This works wonderfully in practice. I am working on a specific module which is a part of an bigger assembly. I simply don't want to waste the time and open the entire assembly every time. So I'm trying to select the only impacted CAD modules and work on them in CreoView.When I open these individual CAD modules in CreoView, the CAD modules are not getting mated together at their designated locations like they would when I open the bigger assembly, but instead they are appearing at distant places from each other as if they have their own co-ordinate system.It is not taking/remembering the distances it was assembled in the bigger assembly.When I open from WindChill, I just type in the CAD module number and search them and open a new session in CreoView. I then open the neighboring CAD module (which gets mated to the previous one) from WindChill and when I add them to the session in which our previous CAD module is present, it doesn't get mated at all. Im only using CreoView and want to understand how I can get the

Hello, I'm updating a Creo Toolkit application and I need to verify the current object lifecycle state in windchill so the application can decide the modifications to be done on the object (assembly).Is there an API defined in Creo Toolkit which can allow me to get the object attributes defined in Windchill? I noticed there is a method called ProServerObjectIsModified under the Server Operations section within the Data Management: Windchill Operations topic, but it doesn't return information related to the lifecycle state. I'm working with Creo 9.0.6.0. Thanks.

I have a table configured that uses XPath to show text content.  It works perfectly until I hit the count of 6 rows, at that point it is no longer showing the table. Here is the styler before text configuration. Here is the expected result within the editor after applying the changes.Content properly showing with 5 rows.Now, with six rows (Xpath values for Row #6 are the same values than our previous row #5). The content in styler is like below. Table with 6 rows in the styler.And below the empty table result that I get.Table content NOT showing anymore.Do you have any explanation ?

Hello,   Right now I am working on an assembly with multiple parts with similar geometry. I wanted to know if there is a way for me to select all geometry with the same dimensions/features? In Windchill 10, the Bulk Index Process did not stop automatically—manual intervention was required.2. In Windchill 12, the process terminates on its own once all items in the queues IndexQueue1 and IndexQueue2 are indexed.Questions:• Is this expected behavior in Windchill 12?• Was this an intentional change (new feature) introduced in Windchill 12?• Are there any configuration settings that control this behavior?• Could there be scenarios where the process hangs or fails to stop?We have this question because currently we have to manage restart the index process manually(twice per day) to avoid impacts new item indexation and search.

Hello.If Downstream is created using OOTB's BOM Transformer, Thumbnail is created in the Downstream Part, but if it is created in Java using the Windchill API, Thumbnail is not created.Create a Downstream Part using the Windchill new BranchForView API.When you create a Downstream Part, the thumbnail of the part created is not visible.Upstream Part has Thumbnail.I'm looking for a way to make the Downstream Part show Thumbnail.A little bit of information is good, so please share it.Thank you in advance.
