Hello,I am trying to rename a system and running into this problem.  The system is a clone of production that will be a test system. Hello, I took some data from a stream and copied into a datatables as entries.I have a data every 30 minutes so it means 48 per day.I copied about 6 months of data and, if I go to check the service GetDataTableEntryCount() it returns me 8995 but if I plot on a Time Series Chart the result of GetDataTableEntries() it only shows 10 days (so like 500 rows).I get the same problem if I bid data with a grid.I guess it is because it automatically takes the maxItem limit at its default value 500 although I left it blank ; but is there a way to leave it open?I don't have the same problem if I use stream instead so do you think for a big amount of data (like over 10000 rows) stream is better than DataTable?

I want to add center-marks for each radius of the four slotted holes in the image below. Additonally I want to add a a centerline in the middle of the top mounting plate and a centermark on the wheel, so I can dimension the offset between the center of the mounting plate and the center of the wheel. For some reason the centerline options don't appear in Show Model Annotations. In the extrude sketch, I added in geometry points in the center, hoping they would create an axis which can be viewed in drawing mode and used as a centerline. Is there any other way to get centerlines to show up?

I am currently using Prime 3.1 to solve a simple equation as given in my mathcad sheet.My defined equation works to return correct values with the correct units. However using it to solve the equation for a single variable returns that there are no solutions.Yet I should be able to get back a solution around 950 (verified by graphing in excel).I am not too used to using this solve function in prime as usually I'd use the solve in Mathcad 15. Can someone more experienced just double check to see f I am doing anything incorrect ?

In Wildfire 4, after I created a cross section, I could activate that cross section and Wildfire 4 would hide all components that were fully on the clip side of the cross section plane. Wildfire 4 would also clip any parts that had material on both sides of the cross section plane, so that only material left on the unclipped side stayed visible. So I could set a cross section, activate it, and see half of a given part, or see inside a hollow part. In Creo 3.0, if I activate a cross section I see the outline/crosshatching showing where there is material at that plane, and components entirely on the clip side still disappear, but any components with material on both sides of the clip plane remain unclipped. Is there any type of wait/delay function to Pro Toolkit, or C for that matter?I am having a situation (and I have in the past) where the dll processing seems to get ahead of the file writing creation routines.  And the dll processing can seemingly get ahead of video card regeneration.  I admit this is rare, but writing a lot to a loop, the program processing is moving forward.   We are talking nanoseconds here but when you are looping and retrieving and exporting, I have had the odd situation where just sometimes exports have been created  when drawing dimension have not snapped to snap lines if a parts size was modified and driven by top-down design. The old Visual  Basic had do-events, and VB.net still has  Application.DoEvents. for just this reason.   IME sometimes with DLL's you just needed this to let different code strings catch up.

I'm missing something simple here but for the life of me cannot work out what I'm doing wrong.I have a wrapper service (GetChildConnectionsWrapped) defined on a thing that wraps the GetChildConnections service of a Organization thing.My system user has visibility of the Organization thing, my executing user does not.The GetChildConnections service has execute permission for the system user but not the executing user.The GetChildConnectionsWrapped service has execute permissions for the executing user but not the system user.When I call the wrapper service from a mashup I get the following error message in my script log...."User does not have visibility permission for <organization>."If I give visibility permission to the organization for the executing user then everything works.  However, from my understanding of how wrapped services are executed this should not be required.What have I missed?ThanksWayne

I have one Mathcad worksheet for interpolation.  It works fine on a set of sparse data in the DATA 1.xls file, but the interpolation fails for the more dense data in the DATA 2.xls file.  I don't think I have any duplicate data points; however, it indicates that one of the arrays in the interpolation is not in ascending order for the more dense data.  I cannot find any errors in the data.  Here is an image of the error message.  The two Mathcad 15 worksheets are attached along with the data files (one for each Mathcad sheet): one for the sparse data and one for the more dense data that produces an error.  I don't understand why it works for one set of data and not the other when the only difference is the number of data points.  Any suggestions.

Hi,I have a part that I need to apply a torque to that makes contact with neighboring parts. I need this torque to be applied before the main loading of the system applied to the assembly.How would one apply one force/moment analysis feature before additional loads are applied when running the analysis?Need the assembly to introduce the pre/stress (torque) before the main force is applied to the assembly.When the main force is applied to the assembly, it binds the parts and  prevents the torque stress from being applied to the contacting parts.Thanks for any help you can provide,Don Anderson

Hi!Maybe today it is much too hot and I have drunk too little water and coffee, but i can't find a stable solution for a defined problem:I have to solve a mechanical problem (dimensioning steel cables) with the solve block including 18 equations with 18 unknowns:It is required that the length change, the number of threads and all forces, etc. are calculated with the solver.Please see the sketch (you can doubleclick the .exe file to view it, it's an e-drawing file) and worksheet in attach.The Problem is: I have as many equations as unknowns and when i change the guess values, i get always different results.Are my equations right, and do i define something double or contradictory?Any help will be appreciated.Thank you very much for your efforts.Volker
