Am getting this error :Execution error in service script [NotificationData InsertOrUpdateDeviceNotification] : Wrapped java.lang.RuntimeException: com.thingworx.common.exceptions.DataAccessException: [1,018] Data store unknown error: [Error occurred while accessing the data provider.] Cause: com.thingworx.common.exceptions.DataAccessException: [1,018] Data store unknown error: [Error occurred while accessing the data provider.]NotificationData is data table. I tried restarting tomcat but still this error persist. Previously it was working fine.Am using ThingWorx 7.3.1-b39 and tomcat 8.5.

I am trying to find a way to create a grid of sequential numbers, eg. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8   It doesn't matter if its done in a model, assembly, or sketch as long as it counts from 1 to what ever number I choose. It doesn't matter if its geometry or cosmetic as long as it shows up where it should be located in the drawing. (No linguistic note tricks)   This is for engraving location numbers on a flat plate. Surely someone has run into this before and has work around. If this is a repeat question please direct me to the answer as I was unable to find it. Thanks for any help in advance.

recently upgraded from Win7 to Win10.  Prime 2 installed and activated fine.  after opening a new sheet.  i get an error for any function i create.even in the expression "x:=5" gives the error "this variable is undefined..." see attached.maybe a setting somewhere??

In order to make "timestamp" inherent datashape field as a primary key, I created a data-shape with the same field set as a primary key. As a result, the datatable has got one "timestamp" field as a primary key. It solves my problem, but is it ok to do that? Can it cause any problems? Thanks.

Hello,In my project the "View Navigation Menu" is never hidden. I tried "Enabled" and "Hidden", nothing changes, it is still there. But in the quadcopter tutorial it works with "Hidden". So how can I adjust this setting in my own project? Why doesn't it work with that setting?Thanks a lot for your help.Lara

I need to create a UDF for my user group that will create engraved text on the outer diameter of a flange. Also the text needs to be able to rotate around the circumference of the flange a full 360 degrees. This is because there are sometimes other features located on the flange outer diameter that need to be avoided.So I created the text using the feature list below and this has the ability to be rotated around 360 degrees.My issue occurs when I create the UDF. When it comes time to select the references for the Offset feature I can only pick one reference (in this case a surface) for the collector in the UDF prompt window. But when creating the Offset feature I am able to select both halves (surfaces) of the outer diameter in order to make the full rotation work. So when placing the newly created UDF in an existing part it works up until you try to rotate the features past 180 degrees then the features start losing references. Hi there!   I have connected thingworx to kepware but I cannot see any values in thingworx. I have followed the guide "industrial Connections" in the Thingworx Help Center; I created a thing with the industrial gateway template, I connected kepware to the thing and, in new composer, I searched for the tags and bound them to a new entity. Everything good so far, but when I open the new industrial thing and click on Refresh to see the values, I cannot see any value. In the remote thing properties I can see that I has never been connected despite the Industrial Connection thing is connected.   Any clue about what is going on?   KEPServerEx is the industrial connection and TestKEP is the industrial thing.   Many thanks

I have noticed what seems like a bug with model colors in an animation sequence. The colors are either wrong or are ignored when not all surfaces of the original model have the same color.I'm using Studio Version 1.12 (0.1.16.1485).Hoe to reproduce:- In Creo Parametric, add a different color to one or several faces of a model in an assembly of models. In my example, I colored some faces blue while the rest of the model is red. Two other models are uncolored (gray) and all red.- Use this assembly model in Creo Illustrate to create a sequence. Then publish to pvz.- Use this pvz in ThingWorx Studio. Create 2 views: one showing the animation sequence from the embedded pvi, and one showing just the static assembly. Publish and view using the View app. The colors are fine in the static view; but in the animation view, any models that employ multiple colors will have either no color (gray) or just one color. Hello.   I have recently started to use Creo Mechanism which is a bit finnicky and not user friendly but I think I am slowly getting the hang of it. I have set up a mechanism with a spring between two bodies. This seems to work as intended however the graphical representation of the spring has decided to follow the motion of a different body altogether. Does anyone know what is wrong here?   I attach a picture that tries to illustrate the problem.   It is a small problem but it is not fun to explain to anyone that the simulation is probably physically correct and that it is just the graphics that are wrong.   Kind regards Jimmie

Hi everybody,I created a HoloLens experience and included live data. When scanning the ThingMark with the HoloLens everything else is loaded correctly but the live data is not shown at all. In the preview it works fine instead. All text colours are white (not black which would be rendered transparent). Is this a bug or do I need to change settings?Thanks a lot for your answers.

This morning, when I opened CREO Parametric 3.0, I received this message:   When I clicked continue, I received a message about a 'jQuery' error and 'Script' error. When I requested for the script to stop running, I was faced with this blue screen:     So, I proceeded to shut down my computer. When I rebooted my computer and opened the Creo program, I received the retrieval message again, along with the blue screen. I decided to shut down and reboot my computer. After the rebooting process, I uninstalled all Creo 3.0 files and installed Creo 4.0 files.   When I open Creo, I still get the retrieval message, but I also get a 'Warning Message List':   Clicking OK on this warning completely closes Creo Parametric.   Is anyone else encountering this issue and have you found a solution?
