In previous Creo versions there was a cutom trajectory button that is no longer visible in Creo 3.0.  We use custom trajectory with curves to drive toolpath and take multiple depths of cuts.This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. Hi all, I'm currently working on training #2 "Adding extensions to enhance Thingworx Functionality" and i have an issue with the GoogleMap widget.I have imported the extension on my platform but when i view the mashup (VendingMain), the googlemap widget is not displayed. I use Chrome explorer as recommanded. The alternative solution that I found is : click on "reload" button on the mashup screen, and only then the GoogleMap appears.But it's not a clean way to do. Does somebody have a solution or an idea? Gaëlle

Hi~   I want to progamm add-on application of gear hobbing using the CoCreate/SolidDesigner Integration Kit. But I met some questions about the basic data types in Modeling sofeware environment. We are using MKS Integrity 2009. We have a type that we have named Change Control which can have various related tasks assigned to it. We have moments where we need to copy an existing Change Control and want new tasks assigned by MKS.I have tried to copy the related task's field, but it copies the old tasks.I have looked at the trigger definitions, but do not see a way to define "if type is copied"Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you

How add the Field Relationship for ‘Request Type’ pick list field based on the value of ‘TPhase’ short text field of a Type.For example,Initially Request Type has Build, Deploy and Build & Deploy values1) If TPhase value is "Ready to Build" then the 'Request type' should have Build option only2) If TPhase Value is not "Ready to Build" then the 'Request type' should have both Deploy and Build & Deploy not Build.I could not see TPhase in Source Field list of the field relationship column. We use Integrity Server 2009.Is there any other possible way to restrict Request Type values.Thanks in advance.

A colleague uses a seat of MC14 from XP (possibly WIN7) 32bit, but now had to move to WIN8 64bit. MC14 installation issues occurred. Is MC14 possible on WIN8? I welcome suggestions/recommendations.Sincerely,Norm

How do I  FIND and REPLACE in prime 3.1  (What are the key strokes?). I want to use find and replace variables in Prime. Where is this functionality?

I've noticed this several times.  I have to assume it's a bug.When using symbolics to solve for a variable, Prime 3.1 swaps out my defined variable with the built-in variable.  In this case, gamma (ratio of specific heats) is replaced with Euler's constant.  The good news is the color of the variable changes so I've at least got a clue it's happening.  But it shouldn't happen, right?  In this case it's unitless (or units cancel) so I didn't even get crazy units to point out a problem.  Is there a modifier to prevent this? And it brings up another question, is there a way to turn off built-in constants?  (except for pi and e, ideally)  While I understand they are useful, on several occasions I've gotten 'wrong' answers because of a mixup.  (e.g. sigma = Stefan-Boltzman instead of stress).  Admittedly my fault but I'd rather get an error if I haven't defined 'h' rather than it jumping to Planck's constant.  When trying to advocate fo

Hi, everyone, I found the Normal constraint in the Creo assembly very annoying, I don't want to use it at all, but seems it is the default Constraint, everytime I choose two surfaces, Normal constraint comes out, so I would like to know if it is possible to disable the Normal constraint, or change the default constraint to Concident?This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. Hello I am trying to build a robot for FTC and need some CAD files. In specific Actobotics files, but i need them in the .prt or creo file format. I did find some but they are in .STEP format. They do work, but not very well. This makes constraing and assembling hard. Any files or sites would help. Thanks
