Hello,I am working with an Omron NJ101 PLC. I have a problem where, when the device is disconnected, the tags freeze with the last known value. I want all tag values to be set to zero when the device is disconnected from KEPServer, and restored when the device reconnects. Does anyone know how to achieve this?

Hello, I made a function that cuts my model based on the value of a slider, to obtain a dynamic section-like effect.This model has some element which are glass-like (material wise) and when I apply the "cut" which is basicall a shader this "glass" becomes darker, more like plastic. I would like to know if there is a way to reset the model shader value to its default value.The code for the section is the following: planarCutmodel.shader = `planar_cut; clipCenterX f ${$scope.clipCenterX}; clipCenterY f 0.0; clipCenterZ f 0.0; clipAxisX f 1.0; clipAxisY f 0.0; clipAxisZ f 0.0; clipLineWidth f 0.003`;I tried with $scope.view.wdg["model-1"]['shader'] = undefined; or tml3dRenderer.setProperties('model-1', {'shader': undefined}); but nothing happens.Thanks in advance 

How can I define a path as an environment variable for CUSTOMIZATION_PATH in the AFX module that is accepted? Currently, I have to set this option via Creo, but it should also be definable in the PSF file or via a startup script. Currently, the module does not accept this environment variable even though it is included in Creo.

I was able to copy this activation key, which is valid for 72 hours, and paste it into the Manual Product Activation window to use it.The first time, I was able to use it for 72 hours without any problems. After 72 hours have passed, I want to use it again, so I do the same thing, but this time a window appears saying that key is incorrect and I can't use it. Question:Is this 72 hour activation just a for one-time use?

Any suggestions for the best way to create a cutout like the one shown, but on a circular pattern would be really helpful  

Version: Windchill 13.0   Use Case: I added an expression robot to one of our ECN workflows and noticed that it sometimes stalls out, not allowing the workflow to progress. Is it possible to somehow skip this expression robot in the workflows that are stalled so that the rest of the ECN workflow can progress to resolution? Description: I wrote a custom bit of code into an expression robot to extract and put into a workflow variable the WTPart dispositions so that these can be emailed downstream to other parts of the company. Some of the workflows seem to stall out on this expression robot.    Is it possible to "un-stall" the workflows that are stuck here? Ideally, I'd just move on to the next item - ECN Approved email?    I'm reviewing the code in the interim but would like the handful of ECNs that are stuck here to get through to resolution.

I have a few older Mathcad files. Some as old as v2001i. I would like to read the files to see if there is anything usable. I tried the free Mathcad version, but it will not open the files. Is there a way to see the files without Mathcad. I did have a license 20+ years ago, but not todayThank You

I am using Creo 10 to create cable routing. I have a cable I'd like to edit its "To" location, but I cannot figure out how to delete or edit the current one. Everything else, locations and "From" locations are fine and there is no need for edit. Is there a way to do this before I delete and rerun?

I have a custom field for Planned start date and another for Planned finish date. I would like to have another field that computes and displays the value of the time between the two dates as hours or minutes. I'm pulling my hair out trying to get this working...I've gone over and over the documentation, but cannot get it right.  I think I'm close, but am missing something silly. I've got the third custom field to calculate the time between two fixed dates(the date actually in the formula, rather than strings), no issue.  The issue is when trying to use the 2x custom fields date variables -  I'm using this: timeBetween (Date(customField[0]),Date(customField[1]), "minutes") but an error appears saying 'unable to parse date [and then shows the CURRENT date/time] ' which would suggest it's not using the customField variables? Am I doing something stupid? Any help appreciated, Thanks 

Hi,I am creating one hole feature in part. When i am adding annotation element to show custom note of radius of hole, It shows dimensions in metric units. But part is in imperial units.Example, i have created one hole, its dimension in 0.625 inch. It should show same in note, but when i add it in note, it shows 15.9. I checked little bit. it is showing, displayed value, but i need real dimension value in note. Is their any way to do it, please let me know.My part unit system is Inch-LBs

Hi all, Trying to enable inline grid editing and am having issues with it working. I followed the instructions in the ptc support documentation (will paste below for reference).  Grid still shows like this with the edit icon and doesn't allow inline editing. Any ideas on what else may be missing? Version 9.7. 

Hi there,I am trying to install Thingwors HA on ubuntu and windows servers. Most of my machine's OS are Ubuntu except Analytics server， which is installed on a Win2016 server. After installed HA, everything worked fine. But when I installed analytics server, I found all the analytics related things were not created. I tried to reinstall several times, but the same results. I am running Creo 10.0.6.0 in combination with a CAD management system, OpenBom we are going to be moving to a better system Windchill or team centre.We also use Github to share config files.I found that I could add exit counter sinks to holes something that we had not used so instead had an unattached note added to a hole note stating both sides for a double countersink.We use a combination of simple holes which I also parametrized and ISO standard holes.  In this image it shows the exit countersink option greyed out as its not a through hole which I understandIn this image that option is gone, Why?I am in 2 different sessions both in Creo 10.0.6.0. The first image was taken with a part outside OpenBom and the second was in OpenBom, though I don't think that will affect anythingI initially thought that it was due to Creo versions but when I updated to Creo 10.0.6.0 from 10.0.3.0 on a test laptop it did not have the option. What is defining whether exit countersink option is

I noticed in Creo 10 that if I save a model tree configuration showing specific columns etc, that it is saving as a .ui file. It appears to me that this file is saving more than just the columns displayed in the model tree, it's saving all the modifications to the .ui that are present in the current session of Creo.  I find this a bit disconcerting. I only want to have a file that changes what columns are displayed in the model tree. Which is what the .cfg file did and still does in Creo 10, but there appears to be no way to create a .cfg file in Creo 10.  We have in our loadpoint a .ui file that all users see. Then in the cache location we have a .ui file that is specific to that division. Both of these are really only to adjust what additional tabs are in the ribbon, but I found out today that they don't just control ribbon, they control all aspects of the Creo UI.  We have different startup for editing the ribbon, one for the load point ribbon, one for
