How to use CREO software to create animated videos?Do you have any information to recommend?

Whenever I attempt to open Render Studio, the program will stop responding. I am only having issues with a particular part. Any other part has worked fine. What can I do to fix this? I have to submit renders of this part for a project. I tried to leave the window open for 20+ minutes but it never loaded into render studio.Using Creo Parametric 11.0.0.0I am trying to upload the part, but it says that file type .1 is not allowed. What am I doing wrong? In file explorer, it just shows as .prt.Thanks!

Hello Dear community,       I have bind this property TRIGGERBUTTONLOCATION and passing it Bottom or None parameter but whatever i assigned to it. It just jumps to Top and its not working as i would like it to work..  I have examined it twice that i am passing the right parameter in a status message and its also right but why this property is not behaving according to it. I am passing string what it demands..   TriggerButtonLocation Sets the location of the trigger button to Top, Center, Bottom, Panel, or None.     Can please someone test it and give feedback!   Thank you so much  

Hello ThingWorx Community,I'm currently working on a use case where a customer can either select a value from a dropdown or manually type a custom value into a text field. The idea is to give users flexibility in providing input.Here’s the intended logic:If the user selects a value from the dropdown and leaves the text field empty → the selected value is passed to a service.If the user enters a value in the text field and leaves the dropdown empty → the typed value is passed to the same service.If both fields are filled, the service should not execute. Instead, a status message should inform the user to only fill one field.If neither field is filled, the service also should not execute and prompt the user.I'm currently thinking to use an expression function to validate the input combination and trigger a service on button click accordingly. Before I finalize this logic, I’d love to hear your thoughts:Would there be a more elegant way to handle this validation and control

Hello Community!We've had difficulties with cross-sections in a specific situation :We want to show section like hereunder to detail the hole profile : And this is the result we get :It seems to be related to the section plane position : I believe this is because there are counterbore surfaces on the same plane as section plane and Creo seems to absolutely hate this : In every community post I saw that were slightly similar to my case, the best working solution I saw was to set an offset for section plane. I tried here with a 0.01 mm offset and it works. Do you have any idea where it comes from? And is there any other resolution to this problem than cheating with an offset? Thank you in advance!

Hello,I want to delete the data marked as "canceled" in Windchill before a certain date, but I can't delete the data that is linked or connected to a workflow. What can I do about this? Is there a way to delete it even if it's linked?

Version: Windchill 12.1 Use Case: An local insourcing strategy has required that part previously purchased externally (Linetype=Item), is now converted to internal manufacturing (Linetype=Production). The change on top level part is easy via importable spreadsheet "Part", and then change the Linetype, and Import "Update Only", But on the corresponding BOM´s the Linetype (Item) is also needed to be changed (Added upon migration)Description: Is it somehow possible to limit the extract on "Export Importable Spreadsheet" on "BOM" to only extract level 0 and level 1. I get all level extracted, but only want to do changes to level 1?Or is there an excel rule to delete all other levels on multiple spreadsheets?We also have experienced that a total BOM "Delete" is needed first, and then an Import without Linetype set on BOM Sheet, in order to get the Linetype removed from the BOM.But it is a massive workload to delete all level 2-7 parts, on all BOMSheets, before the Import.

I was able to copy this activation key, which is valid for 72 hours, and paste it into the Manual Product Activation window to use it.The first time, I was able to use it for 72 hours without any problems. After 72 hours have passed, I want to use it again, so I do the same thing, but this time a window appears saying that is incorrect and I can't use it. No matter how many new activation keys I receive, each key is always incorrect and a window appears with the message "the key is not correct". Question:Is this 72 hour activation only once per account? ↓↓↓Confirmed↓↓↓"I create a new account, and i get another 72 hours for activation.But it seems so ridiculous to create a new account for every 72 hours activation..."

We are having following hierarchy in our RTPPM instance. ---Plant -------Area 1 -------Area 2 -----------Machine 1 (working with 2 shifts) -----------Machine 2 (working with 3 shifts) -----------Machine 3 (working with 3 shifts)   As per PTC's best practices the shift event has to be configured at top level node. Here what is the best approach to configure?   What will happen if I’m configuring shift event for both (Area 2 with three shifts) and (Machine 1 with two shifts)? How the shift preference works with RTPPM?  Can I configure different type shifts at all 3 levels? @mstarnaud 

Hello,I am attempting to scale an item I received from an outside source but whenever I try to use the Scale Model function, the assembly/part does not go under any changes. Is this because the item should have definitions within it, such as sketches to transform? The item I received had no internal sketches or dimensions, so I wonder if that is the cause? For reference I am looking to save the nominal item to a proportionally smaller size and I am on Creo 8.0.11.0

Issue OverviewWe are facing a critical issue in our ThingWorx-Vuforia Studio setup when sending requests to the AddQualityStepData service in thingworx from vuforia studio. The service is triggered from four mobile devices by our customer. Under normal conditions, when the request fails, an Ionic popup appears, notifying the user that the service did not execute successfully and allowing them to retry.However, sometimes the request does not show an error, nor does it complete execution—it simply freezes the app. The Ionic popup does not appear, and the mobile application becomes unresponsive until the customer manually restarts it. Hi all, I think I discovered a bug in Creo. I am trying to follow this tutorial.  Hide the sketch from one drawing view and keep it visible in another drawing view in creo parametric However, this method only works when I hide the sketch in the Model. If it is showing in the model, then the exported PDF shows the lines as well. Also I have tried matching drawing properties as in the video. See in above image, 'PRT_ALL_CURVES' is hidden, but it still shows. for some reason it doesn't matter if it's showing or hidden on the drawing, the model overrides what the drawing exports. If I export the drawing with the model hiding the sketch, then there is no issues (except that the drawing still shows the sketch, it just hides it after exporting which is also extremely confusing/frustrating). Thank you,Jeff Houston
