Out scenario is this:   We're using the IsoView plugin for Internet Explorer to view .cgm files. This has worked on out terminal servers running Windows 2008 Server R2 and Internet Explorer 9.   Recently, when upgrading to Internet Explorer 11, some of the users (but not all) are reporting that they can't view .cgm files anymore. They only get that little black box with a cross in it, which indicates that the plugin is not working (the plugin I'm referering to is the one below named WebCGM....it doesn't show up under Manage Addons in Internet Explorer for the affected users).   The install media we used was IsoView73.exe (file version 7.3.30.15) and it was a prereq to CreoView32(with file version 10.2.20.23),   We have attempted to re-install IsoView73, both in modify and in repair mode. It didn't make any difference.   I have a test user account that the plugin is working for, but with this account I can't replicate the problem. All tips are welcome.   O

We are using Creo Parametric 2.0 M170 and Windchill PDMLink 10.2 M020. Is there a method in Creo Direct Modeling V19 to have 1 base model (i.e. bare machined casting) linked somehow to painted models (yellow, blue, green castings)?  We currently have an individual model for each (bare, yellow, blue, green).  For instance, steel machined casting, Model A, is used in final products Model 1 (yellow), Model 2 (blue) and Model 3, (green). This gets maintenance intensive because 1 single change will need completed on 4 models. What's the pattern for calling a creating a custom Event on a thing via the REST API? Not clear from the help/documentation what entity type to reference. When I create a trace between two documents, I opened two documents in same monitor.I use dual monitor now.If one document windows was opened in main monitor and another document window was opened in second monitor, it is more comfortable for me.

  Sorry, but the title is not very good.  The longer version is that we are replacing some AutoCAD files with equivalent Creo files.  As the Creo model and drawing are Released we now have 2 drawings (Creo and AutoCAD) appear in the search results when "Latest version" is the company search parameter.  Manufacturing can only view Released.  If we simply demote the latest AutoCAD drawing to Obsolete, the next most recent Released AutoCAD then appears in the search results.  It doesn't appear that I am able to move all previous Released iterations to Obsolete, and I don't think that is even a good idea, since that would be changing the history of the AutoCAD drawing.  How can we make sure Manufacturing is seeing a single Latest (by date) Released object when there are multiple file types?  I know we cant be the first company to convert one file type to another and need to filter out the old type.  Thanks!

Morning All     When I wanted to connect to the server (overseas) in our organisation,Sometimes I cannot immediately access the server.After It last tweenty miniutes or more than , It  pop-up dialog as below.  How can I control the waiting time from the server to response..  or reduce the maximum number of seconds to wait for the server, no matter online or offline..  or Reduce the number of times to re-connect the server...Any ideas?Many Thanks

I have a note that I would like to reuse with a custom symbol in it.  Basically the note is a legend for the custom symbol to make sure that it's meaning is understood in the drawing.   Is it possible to save the note with the custom symbol? Hi,I would like to create a list with checkboxes and process the rows that were checked. In order to the that, I am using  the Repeater widget. I couldn’t use a simple grid because I need to enable accessibility of each checkbox during runtime (if the checkbox should be disabled or not) .As far as I understand that is not possible today in Grid widget.Do you have any suggestions how and where should I cache the values of all the rows that were checked, besides using Thing properties or session parameters (because then a user can access these properties from different tabs)? Moreover, is it recommended to save runtime information in mashup parameters?Thank you
