Hi, I downloaded the file "MED-61060-CD-054_SP10_Microserver-Linux-arm-hwfpu-openssl-5-4-10-1509.zip" on my raspberry pi 5, I unzip it and I followed all the instruction from this article: "https://community.ptc.com/t5/IoT-Tips/Connect-Raspberry-Pi-to-ThingWorx-Part-1/ta-p/825298#toc-hld-1818354262".   unfortunately, when I tried to run the wsems, I am having the error in the console window :sudo: unable to execute ./wsems: No such file or directory   I checked the permission and the OS architecture and is ok:   -rwxrwxr-x 1 PI PI 963832 Apr 29 2021 wsems aarch64   but I am not able to run the wsems, could you please advice me how to correct this?   Thank you.  

Hi,I am writing word template to export requirements from Codebeamer. My problem is about html. I can use "Ignore HTML formatting" in template parameters, but it deletes image and figure. Does it exist a solution to delete html formatting for the  text but that keeps image/table? Other topic, in which file of Cb installation are defined the placeholder: item.id, item.description and so on? Thank you 

Hi allI working on drawings and want to align easily the table through grid. What i was doing is to use sketcher preferences and turn on the grid like this. I saw that this button 'Sketcher preferences' is only enabled when i use Legacy Sketch instead of normal Sketch.I added the button in top toolbar but this one is enabled only when Legacy Sketch is on instead of normal sketch. Is any way to enable this in normal sketch mode?

Hello Community,I am experiencing an issue with the Data Export Widget when exporting an Excel file with data. Although I see the showDataLoading property in the widget, which states that it displays a spinning icon when data is loading, I am unable to see the spinner in action.Could anyone provide insights on why this might be happening and if there are any specific configurations required to enable it?I would appreciate your guidance on this.Thank you!

I want to be able to see inches and mm when using the Measure Tool. I set Dual_dim to Primary[Secondary] through model properties, but that does not seem to have an affect on the Measure tool. I know that you can toggle between units through the options on the measure tool, but I'd rather not have to keep switching back and forth.   Running Creo 3.0 M110

We are using Windchill Authentication for ThingWorx user authentication.  Windchill can authenticate the AD users and doesn't validate case sensitivity, ThingWorx authentication fails for user when UserName is Upper/Lower Case . Example: if AD username is  xyz.pqr, User can login and authenticate to Windchill with any username ( Xyz.Pqr/ xyz.pqr). However, in ThingWorx user can't get Authenticated with Xyz.Pqr We've implemented SSO using Windchill 12.0.2 with TWX -9.3. I know other enterprises using ThingWorx extensively with 1000s of  concurrent users logging into system. Anyone can help?  How to handle User Management in ThingWorx and Navigate?

Hi, I have synchronized Jira with Codebeamer and have mapped some relevant from Jira to Codebeamer. But I am facing issue with two fields, Assignee and Reporter field. While mapping I can't see the option to map  Assignee field of Jira to Assigned to  field of Codebeamer. Anyone has any suggestions on the following above scenario, please let me know.

I've come from Solidworks. I have to switch back and forth between the front view and right view alot and the automatic refit is killing me. Having to zoom back in every time I change views is time consuming. Is there any way to avoid this without saving multiple orientations?

Hello Community, I am using KepserverEx 6.17 with Datalogger connecting to a SQL Server.I have a strange error that happens once or twice a week, where the datalogger cannot query the recordset due to the following error: Unable to query recordset on Log Group XXXX. Reason: TCP Provider: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. Communication link failure I already went through the knowledge base and apparently it is related to a lock on the table defined in the log group.After a couple of weeks deep diving in the SQL Server I cannot find any lock on the mentioned table during the time this errors happen. I simply cannot find a reason for this behaviour. Has anyone also faced this issue? What could be the problem originating it?Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi all, I would like to create a program that automatically starts Creo Parametric and do a set of operations. To start I created a basic program that only starts Creo and connects to Windchill. Here I already run into some problem where the program runs fine when started normally. However when i start it from Windows Task Scheduler it only runs when the user is logged on. If I select "Run wether the user is logged on or not", Creo fails to start and returns a general error. The user account and machine are the same in all situations. Anyone have an idea how to run Creo as scheduled task? I am using Creo Parametric 11.0.2.0 and I am unable to rename a dimension inside a datum graph. I want to use the dimensions inside the graph with a family table, and it is easier to navigate the family table if the dimension is named. The current solution is adding a 'comment row' to the family table and labelling below the actual dimension. But the comment row does not move with the family table when new columns are inserted before (to the left of) the dimension in question.

When I run that same file through ugbatch.bat, I get the correct output. Is this a CreoView Adapter recipe issue? Or NX settings issue? Leaning toward the former but I don't know what different settings ugbatch.bat (out of the box, in my case) may run to get a different result. Hi,I'm looking for an option how I can consume child computed field value in the parents field. Means I'm looking for the recursion - I need to use Aggregation rule in computation field which is not possible ootb - as soon you define "Computed as" for the field, the Aggregation rule (sum/total) gets deactivated.My use case: I need the information available here in screenshot in a separate tracker field, to reuse it for another use case.: The problem is, I can calculate children of a parent by using "Computed as = length(children)" but it counts 1st level children only. Therefore I thought I can work with Aggregation rule, but it is not possible for fields where "Computed as" is defined. Any ideas how I could solve that problem. Thank you!

Hi,  Creo Windchill is very different from other PDM system. There is no real folder structure. I am confused of how to extract all drawing files from active workspace. I like to create a VB.net program to export all of them to PDFs, But I don't know how to extract the list of the filenames. Can anyone provide a code example of how to create a file list in Active workspace?  Thanks

I have a part with an truncated circle (with a flat ) for the base protrusion. I want to change this to a complete circle without having to redefine ALL THE FEATURES that refer to the "base protrusion."This would be changing an arc to a circle. Hi,I'm working on CWC and would like to know if there's any way to verify what was filled during all steps on work instructions during an assembly execution. I know that on fabrication execution there's the log sheet, and for that I've found what I was looking for. On assembly execution I could only find the performance report, which shows only metrics on time per step and the chart for events and attributes,So my question is if there's a way to see what was the inputs/outputs on each step for assembly execution too?
