Under Preferences for Promotion Request is a setting for which promotion request workflow you want to use.There is no similar setting for the Change Management preferences of Change Request, Change Notice or Change Activity. How do you select which workflow do use with these processes? The OIR for these specifies a renamed OOTB workflow for all three, but when I create a new Change Request, the OOTB workflow is being kicked off.If I have the modified CR workflow enabled, then I get an error about having no permission to run the workflow.Am I correct in assuming that the software is defaulting to the OOTB workflow when the one in the OIR is not enabled?Any help in pointing to any documentation on how this works would be appreciated.I am running WC10m040 PDMLink.

In the attached pdf some great person created, in Mathcad 15 or earlier, a great example of double integration to determine beam deflection. I am attempting to redo their work in Prime before modifying it for other beams. In the attached Prime worksheet, I've attempted to use the Solve block to perform a similar function to their find command. Can someone tell me what is incorrect about my use of the solve block? It's outputting the same values as the guess values.

Is there a fix for this? I am creating a BOM table in Creo with repeat regions that also lists which parts are not shown in the drawing. I would like to make the vertical line inside the red box invisible. (Please reference the attached drawing "example_table.PNG.") Is there a way to make lines in a table invisible in Creo? Windchill connections are managed by browser cookies. Delete all the cookies and you will delete the Windchill authentication cookies and with them the login.I'm sure some finesse can be used to locate and remove just those cookies affecting the Windchill connection.

I am trying to find a repeat region that depends on whether a component in a BOM is shown or not shown in a drawing. The BOM I am using is already populated with items that are included or assembled in the drawing. I would like to add a field that displays a "No" if the item is included in the assembly but not shown in the drawing, and a "Yes" if the item is assembled in the drawing and shown in the drawing. Hi Everyone,I have a been working with PRO-E with no issues for last 2 years until today, after a windows update and an update to my wireless link, I have lost access to my PRO-E, it keeps coming up with a message 'License request fail - invalid host'. We recently upgraded from Wildfire 4 to Creo elements/pro 5.0 (Date Code M250). Most of the product is working but we can't add symbols like revision and weld.Anyone know how to convert / upgrade these libraries? I didn't see a community for drawing so here I am.We recently have gone from Creo 2 to Creo 3 M20.I have created a drawing of a small assembly. I want to show the hole centerlines of the various parts.In Creo 2, I would pick the views, pick the "Show Model Annotations" button under the "Annotate" ribbon, then pick the "Show The Model Datums tab, then choose the centerlines I wanted or choose show all.In Creo 3 this does not work. I can pick the individual parts and the centerlines will show, but if I have an assembly drawing with 100 parts (which is usually the case), this could become tedious. What am I missing? Is there a config option that has changed between Creo 2 and 3? I have contacted PTC support and they have verified my issue, and that my method did work in Creo 2 but not in Creo 3. They have not gotten back to me with a solution yet.I am now reaching out to the REAL experts hoping to find a solution to prove once again that the users are smarter than the help desk people.Tha

I'm trying to get my report to display Hyperlink for Number of Name similar to the behaviour in Table displays. Change Objects such as Change request or Change Notice...Is there another data type that I should be joining on?

I drew a bottle by starting with a rectangle and then did a circle to square sweep. The top circle was then extruded and the bottom square also extruded. I select the top and shell but Creo fails to perform the operation. It doesn't say why. Any ideas on how to make this a shell?
