I have a relatively simple assembly made up of sheet metal parts and steel sections. each part including the family table sections regenerates to the green light, but the top level will not go green. Regeneration Manager shows no problems and I have checked the properties of each model in the assembly and there appear to be no problems, each has the correct material assigned, has the units set and each part has three constraints in the assembly.I cannot see why the top level assembly (there are no sub-assemblies) fails to regenerate. Using Mathcad 14 (MO20) under Windows Vista, 32-bit.Help / Quicksheets / Engineering Applications / WAV files, Spectograms, and Signal Generation.This Quicksheet repeated fails with the message "failed to launch server application" awhen I try to scroll past the last line in the attached image. Occasionally Mathcad hangs and has to be shut down with the Windows Task Manager.The embedded WAV file loads fine, as does a WAV file read in from disk. Why would a pre-tested Quicksheet be giving such an error? Any idea what could be going on?Thanks,Tracy

Hi all,   I will be more precise. We have many computers that run Creo Elements 5 M250 and Creo View 3. On a single computer and for a single user it fails to start. If launched as a standalone program from start, programs, etc, it only runs for 1-3 seconds before crashing. It can only be monitored shortly from the task manager, as nothing actually appears. If launched as a plugin of IE or Chrome, I only get a white empty page without anything in it.   The weird thing is that on the same computer, if we logged in as different users, the program works fine. At the same time, if the user logs in on another computer the program works as well.   Unfortunaltely, I have been autorizhed to rebuild his profile on his machine, which I think could help us, so I would like to know if someone has any idea of what I could do to help the user.   I have already unistalled and installed "everything", creo view, creo elements, java, desktop integration, etc. but with no results. In the attached Mathcad Prime worksheet I am attempting to create variables L sub 1 through 4 where each value of L start at 5ft and adds a distance to it based on it's array value of L. This seems trivial, what am I missing in the attached?

Is there a way to disable this function or shorten the amount of time it shows up?

The prompt for combine state is currently disabled on my copy of Creo 2.0 when I place a general view in Drawing mode. I have followed the directions in the Windchill Customization guide and even searched on the old exploder. I have not found a solution yet to this issue. I have tried changing the justification of the table and text and nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

I'm trying to create a trigger via the CLI and when I run the following command the is set wrong. It should = the [New Value]. Hello,It's the first time I'm using Pro/Program and I want to replace a component by an other in an assembly without using family table.To start with Pro/Program, I'm working on a simple example of a closet driven by inputs like number of column and number of row.I added cubes in this closet using pattern and datum points created in a skeleton.I want to change CUBE2.PRT by CUBE3.PRTSo I put in relation :IF CHANGE_PART == yes COMP = "CUBE2.prt"ELSE COMP = "CUBE3.prt"ENDIFand I've changed ADD PART CUBE2 by ADD COMPONENT(COMP)I've just "Fix" my part CUBE2 in the assembly without constraints and did a pattern with the datum points created in a skeleton.So at the first time, it was working but when CHANGE_PART == NO, the replacement doesn't work and I have the error message below :Is there something I forgot when I'm writting in ProProgram?Is there a solution to keep constraints when I replace a part in an assembly without using family table?Thank you,FaridaThis thread is inactive and close

Hello All,Recently started working on Business Administration. Gone through the Admin guide and other related materials. However, the problem which I face is with OIRs. I've recently created State Based versioning (revision) scheme for parts using enumcustomize tool. The problem which I face is how to associate creation of parts type to the customized Lifecycle states. Can someone please get me some help with the OIR. I think I've not understood it completety right. Hi to all,I have a problem with Windchill 10.0-it wont create thumbnail neither viewable. I have configured PROE worker and it is working. When I click on part it is saying: Sent to publisher , Select WVS Job Monitor for job status. WVS Job Monitor displays that job status is ready, not succesfull.! After 600 seconds I get that the job have failed.The error that I get is- Helper: Timed out waiting for progress message from worker. I have configured PROE worker for, 15,30,90 and even 120 seconds and nothing is working.Do you have any idea what is the problem?Thank you!

Hi,   I have downloaded the student version of Creo Parametric 2.0 yesterday, and i have some questions about that. I am a engineer student and i have to design some part on Creo Parametric at home. Computers at University use full version of Creo Parametric (Commercial Version), and I want to open my parts (designed at home with student version) on the commercial version at University.   Can someone help me? Is it possible from the "File" Open" command to open multiple files?If you type in "ABCDE*" and 8 files are shown and you want to open two of them together. Can you pick two and open both of them? Or just sequentially?Thanks, Dale
