Is it still possible to order a DVD with the latest datecode? If so, could someone give me the method for doing so? The menus say "order or download", but only seem to offer the download option.

I am trying to set up some default parameters, Tools; Parameters, for when I start a new part I dont have to add the parameters each time. I've searched on how but I don't think I am using the correct terminology.   Also I have seen setups where when you start a new drawing a popup box will come up so you can enter information in for certain parameters, does anyone know that command?   Thanks.This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. Pro-e Wildfire 4.i have a large assembly and have a large amount of washers. i need to replace them for a different sized washers.is there not a a way to say... I recently installed MathCAD14, upgrading from MathCAD7. I just noticed today that unlike the symbolic solver of MathCAD7, the symbolic solver in MathCAD14 appears unable to solve the magnitude of a complex number symbolically. Did anyone else come across this? Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?Any comment s appreciated,Ray

Being fairly new at PTC/Creo, I often find myself in the middle of a complex 2d sketch and then when I try to save it gives an error like. Too many open loops.I search over the sketch, re-examine dimensions, check lines... intersections... and eventually find a stray line bit or something not quite square.The question is. Does anyone have any tricks, or perhaps there is a way in the software, to analyze the sketch and bring out these errors quickly. In the attached MathCAD 14 worksheet, I have a 12 position vector and want to set the first 4 terms equal to one value, second 4 terms equal to one value and the third 4 terms equal to one value without having to define each term individually. Is there a way to do this in three seperate lines or possibly one line?

When looking at the details tab of a Change Request...what is the annotations table for? I cannot find any info on it, nor can I add objects to it. We are running WC10.0 M040 and are currently testing & debugging the Change Management system.

My question to the community, is it possible to have fields be automatically created based upon certain criteria? Right now, in my template I have to create the fields and then determine when they are visible based on a certain criteria. I would rather the field actually be created when the criteria is met instead of having to create a 100 redundant fields. For example, I have Row A with 5 fields once all 5 fields have been filled, Row B is created with the same 5 fields that would need to be filled out before Row C can be generated.

Hi @all,if i want to send a notification by a trigger i'm using the javamail.js. In the trigger-config i can write a mail-body and in this text i can use some keywords, which are pointing to item-based informations. Example: <%id%> shows the item-ID, <%fieldname%> shows the entry of the field "fieldname". If this field is a userfield i will get the username in my mail. Is there a way to get the full Name instead the username by such a keyword? Thanks and kind regards, Jens

Hellojust wondering, when we did our training we got Creo 1 discs (which I uploaded on to my home pc) and now we have Creo 2 on the school system. Is it possible to update Creo 1 to Creo 2 or do I need to uninstall Creo 1 to upload 2? also is there a link to upload 2?thanksJeremy

I have been searching so much for a simple formula to find the distributed velocity along a blade of helicopter but it seems that there are no other ways but to solve these equations which are all somehow related to each other.Unfortunately I have never used MathCAD to calculate these kinda task and I don't even know if it can do it . Can someone please check the attached file and write me a way to calculate these complex equations and find the distribution of velocity ? Thanks in advance

Hello everybody!!Ok, so I've been working with some stuff related with tags and wrapping but I'm in a biiig trouble! When I try to create a new tag, Arbortext tells me that is out of context, I understand this is because this new tag is not in my DTD, is that correct? However, I would like to know if there's an option to create or modify my configuration in order to declare my new tag. Please, i f anybody have more information about this topic, I would really really appreciate your help. I'm sad because I haven't found any detailed information. Please go easy on me.I am a long time user of Pro/ENGINEER, but I have never utilized relations, rules, filters, and such in a drawing's BOM's repeat regions before.I am currently working on a project and its assembly requires bulk items, so I am attempting to correctly place them in the BOM so that their respective quantities show A/R, or AR (as required) instead of one. I have mined the internet forums including this one for tips/directions on how to do this, but I am having no success. I have learned a lot about the workings of the tables and their repeat regions, but cannot get the relations and filters to work properly for these bulk items.I used create component within the assembly, and use the bulk item template to implant the bulk item in the assembly. Hi Guys, I am struck again, below shown image tells my problem i.e. I couldn't add tolerance to the dimension(22) that came from inheritance(Tolerance mode tab itself is greyed out), tried changing the tol_display option & no result. waiting for the solution guys:)FYI.. the dimension is from core which is used in casting & below shown is the casting drawing, there is no seperate drawing for core i.e. core details also shown in this drawing only. Currently we are running on XP, where Documentum Desktop 5.3 can be installed. We are looking at upgrading to Windows 7 where desktop is not compatible. We've found that we have to upgrade to the WDK adapter, but cannot find any information on how to do so. Can anyone point me in the right direction? We need to get the WDK installed and running. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have not been able to find much information on merging project development paths. I have tried to do this using the GUI client, but have had no success. Are there any good sources of information available?

When I resize a window, all the icons and the feature tree get blacked out. Moving the window off the side of the monitor and back on "repaints" that portion correctly. Running the mouse over the icons will also repaint them. I've tried going in through options and using each graphics option, but none of them helps:   I'm running Windows 7, 16 GB memory with an NVIDIA Quadro 2000. Hi All,I have a requirement where I need to import PDF documents into Integrity. Through Gateway configurations & mapper files I can Import word documents i.e docx files but when I am importing PDF files, there are no import configurations available. I'm importing a .dwg from Autocad 2000 intocvreo direct elements 18.1 so I can use the part outline to create the 3D model. For some reason, everytime I import it, CREO keeps assuming the dims are in mm. How do I get CREO to recognize the units it's importing are in. and not mm? It does the same thing with the .dxf.
