Hello Team, Im new to Codebeamer and training myself on the basics. I am working on "Install and Manage Codebeamer Instances" Course. In the module 4- Configuration and management for cb user , 1st activity , I am not able to authenticate for user in testing. Attached is the screenshot of the error.  Error msgs below.  Can you please direct on how to get this issue resolved ? I had raised a ticket earlier and was directed to post in community. Creo 7 I recently ran into this issue. I have a coworker who starts with an existing design, makes the necessary changes, and updates the drawing.Once I get ahold of the drawing file and open it, I get flagged with the "Fixed Partially Deleted Items" error. When the file finally opens it contains all my coworkers new views, but they are overlapped with the views he deleted. They only show up when I open it. It seems they are referred to as ghost parts? Is there a way to prevent this? Thank you!

Is anyone using /  testing OIDC on Windchill 13.0.2.x yet? Followed the instructions, but Apache fails to load auth_openidc_module.   Kind of stumped here, when manually running httpd.exe, I get: Cannot load modules/mod_auth_openidc.so into server: The specified module could not be found.   Server root is proper, permissions look good, and the license file for auth_openidc_module is in the proper location. (only CS reference on PTC for OIDC/Windchill)   Jim    

Hello, I'm currently attempting to display the "&DESCRIPTION" parameter of a subassembly within a larger assembly model, but am having issues. Here is what I've currently tried:Typing "&DESCRIPTION" into a leader note attached to the subassembly displays the description for the overall assembly, which is not what I'm looking for.I'm aware of some modifiers that can be added to these commands to change how they display. When I type "&DESCRIPTION:att_mdl", I get the parameter for the specific PART within said subassembly. I'm combing the list on PTC but none are jumping out as the solution (but maybe one of them is). Is there a way to acquire this parameter for the intermediate subassembly? I can access it while searching around the parameter lists, but I don't know what command to type to display it. I have several subassemblies in this assembly and would like to show the name/description for each of them in one view.

Kepware: Is there a way to disable the OPC UA client browsing option in Kepware or restrict the view to only configured channels or tags? Is it possible to disable the browsing feature in Kepware so that OPC UA Client users cannot navigate to other data? We would like to share the Node ID details with the customer.

Hi I have weak dimensions turned off. I find it annoying in sketching, when you attached a dimension to a circle, it defaults to radius. It would be more intuitive to have it default to radius dimension for arcs only.   Anyone agree?   Any way to set this functionality?   Cheers!   Rick in Mississauga,

Can anyone assist with troubleshooting why we cannot see allocated parts on a work instruction with certain users?  Manufacturing Engineers are able to create Process plans and view work instructions without any missing data...but a shop employee with read and download permission to a Process Plan cannot see allocated parts.

Hi,  I am looking to transform data points from some of our older FANUC system R-30iA and R-J3iB welding robots, Arctool software version 6.22 to 7.70  we purchased the HMI Device SNPX option, (FOCAS is CNC only and not available for robots) which provides a simulated GE plc communication protocol. My goal is to provide OPC-UA tags to Machine Metrics monitoring platform         I am still using the trial version of KEPware Server EX. using the GE OPEN driver for connectivity.  Seems to be connected, but it does not appear to be pulling in the SNPX_ASG variables. I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.8I have a 3 Multiple Wizards a on a custom action , in each wizard page I have a different MVC table on which I'm rendering data using Custom Bean object . When I'm submitting the wizard form , I want to get the rows selected in the MVC table in 3rd wizard page in Formprocessor. I'm not getting the values using nmcommandbean object . Please help me if there is any other way to get these values.

I insert images as Paintbrush object or as image and whenever I erase memory a reopen the drawing, all images appears as grey rectangles. THey are not printed in PDF. I've seen an article that encourage to change "Config Color Option" from NO to YES but I'm not being able to find it. I'm using Creo 9.0.8.0Thanks!

Why does this happen so often?When extruding a sketch, feature is forcing me to remove material even though I want to add material. The "Remove material" button is grayed out and I can't unselect it. Usually there's a small issue with the sketch that I need to fix, but not this time. I see no issues now.How can I get it to unselect "Remove material"?

For example a part that is always attached with the same fasteners could be in a subassembly with all those fasteners already in place. Hi Folks, I am using Creo 7.0.8.0. In earlier versions of Creo, I remember being able to bend 4 walls of a simple sheetmetal box in one feature by control-clicking the 4 edges of the first planar feature. I can't seem to do this anymore. When I hold the ctrl key, there is no option to select additional edges. I have to create 4 separate flat-bend features to create a box. Am I missing something here? Thank you.

I am on CREO 7.0.12.0 and I want to know if there is a button or a mapkey to 'flip normal view' 180 degrees? Sometimes it happens that I make a section and want to look at it, so I have made a shortcut button for "Normal to" but it goes to the wrong half where I don't see the section I made. In SolidWorks I can just press the normal to button/shortcut again and it will flip me to the other side immediately. But in CREO it doesn't do anything.Is there a way to flip normal views automatically?
