Hi, When loading the index file file in Firefox (version 134.0.1):///<Creo 11 install.>/Common%20Files/protoolkit/protkdoc/manual0/loadApiWizard.html The tree section loads, but selecting any link on the tree does not bring up the page in the main window, it only leaves it blank: I am able to open to open a link in a new tab which works fine (but only opens the function page, so the tree is gone)It has previously worked.It also works in Edge and Chrome. Obviously not a major concern, but quite inconvenient. I wonder if anyone has experienced this also or know how to resolve? Thanks

We have a requirement to extract the part structure from a PVZ file. While we are currently able to display it using the ThingView widget, the goal is to extract the part structure from the PVZ file and present it in a tree grid. Additionally, upon selecting a part in the grid, the corresponding part should be highlighted in the 3D view.   I would like to understand: Is this functionality achievable in ThingWorx? Is there a way to read the PVZ file and extract its structure? Can this be accomplished using any existing extensions or OOTB (Out-Of-The-Box) functions, or will we need to develop custom extensions?   Appreciate your inputs and suggestions!

I recently installed and configured ThingWorx RTPPM, and while setting up the Operations Dashboards, I encountered an issue where only Availability is being calculated. The OEE, Performance, and Quality metrics are not being calculated and are displaying 0, even though other aspects of RTPPM seem to be functioning correctly.Has anyone faced a similar issue or have any suggestions on troubleshooting this? Any guidance on what to check next would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is there a filter or configuration option/possibility to achieve this need?Specially for managing documents in Windchill this is necessary to prevent entering double attribute information when uploading a new document. Hello, I am running Creo 10.0.4.0. I am trying to figure out if there's a way to populate a BOM in a drawing with the information of a coordinate system. For example, I would like to populate the below BOM with the coordinate system information from the below part so "TEST" would then appear in the "COORDINATE SYSTEM" column. I have tried asm->mbr->User Defined -> coordinatesystem, coordinate_system, coordinate system, and origin. Perhaps there is another keyword to reference that line item? Or perhaps another selection from the region that is not asm->mbr?   Thanks in advance

Hi everyone,I’m currently using a floating student license provided by my university, and I have a question about compatibility between the educational and commercial versions of PTC software.As part of my project, I need to design a part and an assembly that will be inserted into an existing assembly created using a commercial license. The part should remain editable even after the project is completed.Does anyone know if a part created in the educational version can be opened and modified in the commercial version without issues? I want to be able to set a particular font and size for the category Generated Text in the styler.  I don't see any font settings inside the window when editing the generated text.  All I'm able to do is specifying Normal, Bold, Italic and so on. Thanks for your precious help and advices.

When i click setup.exe it doesnt open anything it just loads for 2 seconds and disapear. I tried turning off firewall, cmd commands, different Creo versions from 11.0-8.0 and nothing works. Help

Hi,I have a Mathcad sheet that calculates a 13X3 matrice and then returns a 13X(3^13) matrice. It is a lot of calculations. I have a HP computer with Intel I7 processor and 64Mb RAM. Task manager say it uses about 10-12% of processor and 3-5MB of memory. So far it´s been working on this for about four hours, and it´s not finnished.  What is missing to make the calculation go faster? Are there any parameters that I can change in Mathcad so it uses more power?

I have configured RTPPM, the downtime status and production and waste counter are the remote properties which is expected from Kepware.   Can we keep those properties as "Binding: None" and update values from service? How frequently the downtime status and part count (total production, waste count) updated in operator dashboard?   PM @mstarnaud 

As the title states, the state formatting is not working for this widget. I am using the exact same state formatting that I am successfully using for a gauge widget. Everything is set up the same way as the gauge widget as well. The gauge widget state formatting is working, but the KPI Dial Widget is acting as if no formatting is there. What is the fiel format of a CREO part file? Binary? I am lookign at extracting the values associated with user-defined parameters defined in a CREO part. Maybe using CREOSON (just gathering info at the moment) ThanksJohn
