Hi all I am having problems with PTC Mathcad Prime versions. I use the latest version, i.e. 10, but colleagues etc. use varying versions, for example 9, 8 and 7.  However, they do not have the option to upgrade to the latest version. When I send them the file saved with the latest version, they can't open it. What is the solution? The best would be a solution where I can save the file so that it can be opened in any version, because I don't always know which version the other party is using.

Utilizing the same configuration files and settings: If I start Creo without the trail file being automatically run and run it manually it works perfectly.  Server Management - Without Trail File Ran Automatically  If I start Creo with the same trail file being run automatically the saved server is no longer shown. Hi,Has anyone encountered the following error message?No EnumeratedType exists with "IN DEVELOPMENT" as its internal value.  When I try to change a workflow (check it out) or try to save Creo files to the test server I receive the above error message.Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this issue other than restoring the test server to a previous state?Thank you for any help you may provide,Don A

We have connected Mitsubishi FX1N, 2N, 3G and Omron PLC to the KEPServerEX using respective drivers through ethernet encapsulation mode and all PLCs are communicating with KEPServerEX as expected. However, we are facing the issue in Mitsubishi FX1N PLC when connected to KEPServerEX using the driver Mitsubishi FX through physical medium as ethernet encapsulation. Ethernet encapsulation is performed through MOXA Nport (TCP server Mode).Observation1) The communication between KEPServerEX and FX1N PLC is success and can be able to read PLC register data as expected.2) But whenever PLC get power restarted, observed abnormal/random values in PLC registers (Only in FX1N PLC).3) If KEPServerEX connection removed then no such observations noticed in FX1N PLC

Hi all, I have been experimenting with the Kepware Configuration API, specifically creating tags. I see that the data types in the API (EX: "servermain.TAG_DATA_TYPE": 21) are integer form, but I am unable to find a table that shows which data type converts to which integer, and when I create a tag without putting in a data type in the content it doesn't seem to automatically get the correct data type. Anyone know what integers correlate to which data types? Thanks!

Version: Windchill 12.0 Use Case: I have security labels setup, only for the download ack message. Which is working. However, what I would like to do is to remove the Set Security Labels tab from New Parts, Change Objects, ... (really only want them on Documents, and if possible to a specific subdocument type).Description: I have edit exposedSecurityLabelObjects.xml to only include wt.doc.WTDocuments, but this just removes the Edit Security Labels from the Action Menu.    From the wording on PTC site, by editing out object types, it removes the ability to set a security label on the object but why is the Set Security Labels tab still there?  How do I remove tab 2?

Hello,  I am trying to utilize the new advanced controls textbox functionality by changing the background color of the textbox based on the input condition.  The input condition would be a defined variable called "Ratio" and whether or not it is above or below 1. The textbox would be assigned to the variable "Check", if Ratio is above 1 than check would read "No Good" with a red background, If Ratio is above 1 than check would read "OK" with a green background.  I have been searching through previous posts and had some help but am getting stuck with what appears to be passing in input variable "Ratio". All remaining slots in this chassis are currently occupied.Additionally, within the same panel, we have a remote rack also in a 9-slot chassis, featuring another 1756-EN2T for Ethernet communication with the CPU.
