Hi,I am new to Mathcad and face some problems. I have attached a file in which I am trying to plot the displacement using the Piecewise Linear Interpolation method of structural dynamics. I have defined all variables and put them in the loop, but when I try to plot displacement (u) versus time (t1), I get an error "this value must be a vector".I would really appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue.

Hi all, I'm currently trying to create a mapkey for drawings that does a number of things, but I'm having trouble with just one part.I'm making a mapkey that, when activated, will first ask the user to select a view on the drawing, and when you resume, it will set that model to be used in the tree, and then edit the definition, go to the scale settings and set the scale to default for view (I have to do this particular set of actions for a lot of company drawings as many have been set up to use custom scales which is no longer desirable).The last part of the mapkey is to go to the bottom left corner of the screen, where it says "SCALE," and open the prompt and allow the user to type a scale in. This is the part where it goes wrong- I can't seem to get it to open the prompt right away so that all I have to do is just type a scale in, hit the green check, and then the mapkey is finished. Hi, Could someone explain why I can't vectorize method 2 in the attached work sheet? It returns error message "this value must be a vector". The output of both functions being multiplied seem to be vectors, so I don't understand why I can't use the vectorize function to do an element per element multiplication. Thank you, 

I am using Creo 9.0 and have been using the Welding application to put solid fillet weld features into an assembly to show where welds are located. There are two assemblies and their associated drawings I have that are very similar. In one of the assemblies, the weld features are defined as solid and there is only one simplified representation (Master Rep). These weld features do not show up in the repeat region BOM on the drawing, which is perfect. On the other assembly, there is also only one representation (Master Rep), and the solid weld features DO show up on the repeat region BOM, which is not what I would like. Neither of the repeat regions have filters applied, and I am trying to figure out what the difference is so I can remove the weld features from the BOM table without having to use a filter every time. Is there a setting or option I am missing? How can I turn off the weld features in a BOM? 

Hello Windchillers,   This not a request , but more a way to share a workaround to  solve a problem  Some Administrators, are sometime asked to grant non admins users  a way to manage Windchill Queues. We can grant uses Permissions to modify WTQueues and their entries ,using loadfromfile as they are not exposed in policy administration , https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs247200  Permissions Processing Queue/Scheduled Queue.   with the above setting, users with above permissions will still require the queue link as the queue table is controlled by class com.ptc.core.components.validators.URLValidatorSiteUtilities,looking for admin rights     (view in My Videos)   To workaround this situation and making accessing the queues page more elegant  we can cerate a report for Queues a expose it to users , so users having required permissions, will be able to run the report and access the Queues ,other will get blank result

Hi, Is possible to disable or remove the dashed line that appears during assembly parts in creo parametric under edit definition ?I want to keep the surface selection view but without the dashed line that help to position a single part for example.I'm using Creo Parametric 8.0(see the attached below) thank's in advanceFabio

I cannot change the value of INFOTABLE during the Advance Grid feature of Thingworx 9.2.0. The operation as follows;1 create  a DataShape for INFOTABLE.2 create a ThingShape includes INFOTABLE  properties defined by the created DataShape.3 Create Thing and set default values in INFOTABLE properties.4 Create a Mashup with Advance Grid Widget as follows.  (1) Bind INFOTABLE to Data of Advance Grid Wiget by getProperties service. (2) set all columns to be editable on the setting grid column of Advance Grid Widget context menu. (3) check EnableEditButtons in Property tab of Advance Grid Widget,5 show created widjet.6 click the edit button.7 change values of cells.8 click the save button.9 Chaned values are displyed on the grid, at this point, looks so good!10  click edit button again.11  cells are not changed.(same as default values)Please show me something wrong.Regards,  

I'm brand new to Creo 8.0 after spending the last 15 years using Inventor.  I typically use the pan feature much more frequently than orbit and I would like to swap the functionality so that clicking the MMB allows me to pan, and holding shift while clicking the MMB allows me to orbit.  I did see someone had asked this question back in 2017 and there was no solution given, but I am wondering if anything has developed since then.  Thanks!    

Curious if anyone is using subtypes of Managed Baseline in Windchill?    As configured today, any user can create a Baseline in our system. We are considering making a few new subtypes that have access policies applied to them. The idea is that a Configuration Management (CM) or Product Development Process (PDP) baseline can only be created by a select few and are documented in our business processes. This would help move the Baseline creation from a nice to have item, to a need to have item that is created in a consistent manner according to CM decisions and our PDP.    I have a second request coming from the sourcing team that would like to create a Baseline once/week so they have a historical check point to determine if there have been any updates in a product structure. They need to know if anything has changed from the top level down to ensure they are forecasting and costing all the right components.

I have 3 infotables. How to export one excel sheet which having 3 sub sheets to add each infotable data in each sheet of excel. (or)How to export all 3 infotables in same file by differentiating each infotable separtely. Note: There is no common column present in all the 3 infotables.

I"m not well versed in IT details but if I can install MathCad on my teaching laptop somehow I would use it a lot more and teach with it since it can benefit my students. Currently we have Prime 6.0.0 on computers in a lab but that isn't convenient for me to get to. If I can understand some basic details about how or what to do or bullet points to discuss with my college IT department, it would be a blessing.  I have a 2022 Apple M2 Pro with Sonoma 14 os.

Hello, I am need of assistance with licensing for MathCAD 3.0 prime. We currently have Mathcad 3.0 installed on one computer and would like to install it on another computer. However, I am not sure if our current license allows for multiple installations with only one user/computer at a time since we only have one license of Mathcad 3.0. So I need help verifying if our license is a flexible installation license where would could use it on different computers but one user/computer at time? If not, what are my options for obtaining another license for Mathcad 3.0? (PS. I could not create a support ticket since I do not have a product code for Mathcad 3.0 prime. I looked through all of our licensing emails back in 2014, but could not find an actual "Product code")
