Hello to all Mathcad professionnals I need your help again.   I need to calculate a drive torque for a wheel climbing a ramp. i can calculate this,  but my worksheet is not elegant and is heavy 😥 (probably, i'a m using matchad programmation not correctly)     Here is now i do The ramp is cylindrical profil in first time   now, i dicotomize a ramp ( arc lenght)   In second time. At this step, this is a mechanical problem I assume the ramp angle is simply a/2 . In fact, the ramp (red line, on the picture) is the tangent equation at the circle. the first point where we calculate a tangent is calculate with polar coordinates from dicotomized values.     I think my result its Ok but i want more 😁   I want calculate all Traction forces and all associated torques for all dicotomized value. in one program ? and i want to draw all result at this moment i am lost, can you help me thank   attacher P6 file  

Hello,   We are using Manufacturing Apps 8.5.2.    In our development environment dygraph in KPI Trends is working properly, but it doesn't in production environment.    In production environment is drawing vertical lines at the same point where the kpi calculation is printed, see attached image. KPI calculation is 90,74% and it draws the value, but in the same timeline a vertical line that get over 140% is also drawn.   We have compared both configuration, development and production environment, and the configuration of the widget in the mashup is the same.   Thanks in advance for your help.   Regards,   Olatz  

Hello, In Creo 5, there is a part that has been modified in my workspace that I did not modify.  I have attempted to update this object to override this modification with the latest version in PDM and Creo is preventing me from doing this.  What am I doing wrong here?

We are seeing issues with upgrade of an 8.5 Thingworx Navigate app to Thingworx NAvigate 9.  Lack of support to Microsoft Edge Legacy and IE is little frustrating. Lot of shop floor users are still using old browsers.  Is there any workaround to show the app for legacy browser? Preeti IE 11 ( App is not displaying at all – Just white screen below) Edge Chrome

Hi All,     I know we have a service SetValueStream that can be used to add the ValueStream to an Asset. In the same way, Do we have have any service to remove or detach a Value stream to an Assets? or we have any other options to remove the values. Please let me know. Thanks for your reply.

Hi all, Would really appreciate if someone can shed some light on this.   Created an assembly in Creo Parametric 5, called it STATIC.asm (has A.prt and B.prt with A and B being FULLY constraint with one another) Created an assembly, called it RANDOM1.asm (has subassembly STATIC.asm in it) Created another assembly, called it RANDOM2.asm (also has subassembly STATIC.asm in it) Now the problem. When I opened RANDOM1.asm and break constraint between A.prt and B.prt in the subassembly STATIC.asm (break the constraint and move A and B apart), this action is automatically reflected in both RADOM2.asm and STATIC.asm. (i.e A.prt and B.prt are no longer constraint and are now pulled apart in both RANDOM2 and STATIC.asm) Is there a way, to break the constraint between A.prt and B.prt in RANDOM1.asm and still keep both STATIC.asm and RANDOM2.asm intact? I’m only 3 months new to CAD, so please try to keep explanation simple if possible. Thank you

I want to give home mashup to every created thingworx user in particular group. Currently i created user and added to studio-admin group by using service Now i want to give home mashup for every user or direct group for login? I tried visibility permission service to group but confused don't know what to do. I have added super admin user in super admin group, admin user in studio-admin group and trainer in trainer group. how can i give home mashup to every user or group while creating user on mashup? Please suggest Here is my organisation.

Hi All,   From the document I read this, Minutes Locked Out—Amount of time a user is locked out. By default, this is set to 15 minutes. For example, if a user attempts five unsuccessful logins within five minutes, the account is locked for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the user has another five attempts.   After 15 minutes, the user account is automatically unlocked or how it works? Please let me know. 

Hello! I'm currently working with Thingworx v8.5.5 and experiencing some concerns regarding Mashups. Right now, we have some containers working as a header, which is compact and doesn't have a scroll bar and below it, another container with a collection (with many elements) that has a scroll bar.  We were wondering if is it possible to have a Header (which includes more than 1 container) that once you scroll down only the bottom container stays on the top of the page. Or another possibility could be on how to scroll the entire page even though the mashup as multiple containers.   We wanted to use the same behavior as we usually do in previous versions to 8.5.5 when we had Static mashups that we could have an entire page scroll bar and not scroll bars in different containers. We want that same behavior but in a responsive layout. And it's not happening in this case because we have the container having the scrollbar and not expanding beyond the page. So the page is fixed.

What is the difference between the load balancer and Thingworx connection server? I can see that for the installation of Thingworx 9, we are expected to have both components. my early assumption was Thingworx connection server does the same work as a load balancer 1. if not then please tell the purpose. 2. can anybody explain the difference by use case if possible?   Thanks Pravin

I am facing suddenly the issue that I can not open the Composer, I am getting the message "HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found" in Google Chrome.   I have just installed (separetely from Thingworx) SQL Server and Reporting Services on the same machine where ThingWorx is also installed.. I do not know if this is causing the Problem??? Because my ThingWorx platform did work before.. The database is Standard h2 like coming from the Installation.   I have restarted tomcat several times - but it did not help.   Attached is a log file whih I found in tomcat/logs ...

Hello, Looking for help with Pro-Program IF statement.  I have a part model that has 2 different bolt hole patterns.  I would like to turn off or suppress the larger bolt pattern when the diameter is below a certain size.  For instance; If diameter d37 <= 5.500, turn off or suppress pattern 2, else leave pattern 2.
