I want to create a stored procedure from thingworx service, when I'm run test it throw an error  "Unable to Invoke Service ListServices on  TestDatabase: Incorrect syntax near 'GO'. " for example: USE [SERVICE1] GO SET ANSI_NULLS ON GO SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER ON GO   CREATE PROCEDURE [dbo].[ListServices] @product_id nvarchar(32) AS BEGIN ......... END

Hello   There are A, B , C and D feature in model tree of assembly. What we need to do is to create feature after feature A.   For same, We are using API ProFeatureInsertmodeWithoptionsActivate() before feature creation and ProInsertmodeWithoptionsCancel() after feature creation. With this API, feature is created as proper (A, New feature, B , C and D), but issue is that active array of model tree is after new feature instead of feature D.    Issue with this is that additonal feature by user or toolkit will be created after new feature instead of last feature i.e. D. What to be done so that after creation of feature in between, last feature should be activated so that additional features are created after last feature.   Any thought would be of great help.   Thanks and Regards Ketan  

Hi,   I've been using Arbortext 7.1 to author documents that use the 40051-2C XML architecture.    The latest version of the configuration files are acting strangely.  Apparently, you can insert any tag anywhere.  That is, when I click Insert > Markup for any tag, I get a big list of tags that starts with a.statement and ends with zip.   In some ways, this looks like a good thing, but it will probably cause problems somewhere.  I'm wondering if this was intentional, accidental, or maybe a problem at my end.  I've done a WinMerge comparison of the last two versions of the config files and can't find any clue to what's going on.   I access the config files from https://pubsweb.redstone.army.mil/DTD-FOSI/Webpages-60/ALLDTDs-AMCOM.html.  It's the 40051C 6.0 link at the top that's dated 11/11/18.   Thanks, Bob

Hello, How would you import a drawing which has a Program into a drawing (without a Program), without losing the Program? Sometimes our users will need to update the template (frame) of an existing drawing. The existing (old) drawing does not have a Drawing Program, but the new Template does have a Program. Additionally, we want the parameters to be copied automatically. Then what we are doing is IMPORT DRAWING (the new template with the Program) into the existing old drawing. The empty new template appears on a new sheet. Then we move the model views to the new template and we delete the original sheet. The problem is that the Drawing Program (contained in the new template) is lost and must be added manually again, because we are importing it into an old drawing which does not have a Program. Therefore we find that Templates with Program work for new drawings, but not when you need to update old drawings. Can you think of an alternative to change the drawing template, making sure we k

Hi, I am trying to solve  a simple differential equation that uses an excel acceleration vs time as the driving force. I have used linterp to ensure that time values used in the solve can be extracted from the input acceleration versus time data.There also seems to be an issue with too many initial conditions. I would have thought you need 4 but this solve block only seems to need 3? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks ross

Hello all, My first post here. Apologies if my protocol is incorrect.   I'm using wildfire 4 and am running into issues that I think are related to part accuracy settings. First of all, I'm copying geometry by tracing, in sketcher, profiles of imported parts. Secondly, I am modeling a relatively big part (4000 mm x 2000 mm), that has a lot of fine details (in the single-digit mm size range). I started having issues I've never seen before, like simple extrusions failing (could not intersect part with feature, etc., and also just failed features with no indications of why). In trouble-shooting and researching the problem, I think I've narrowed it down to part accuracy. I would like to switch to absolute accuracy for this. I'm having issues doing it.   I have figured out how to enable absolute accuracy in config.pro editor (tools/options, set value to >yes>). It then gives me the option (edit/setup/accuracy) to set to absolute. But when I try to set what I think is a modes

Hello, I do not know much about the Creo Schematics. My company uses Eagle and Gerber files. With Creo Schematics software, can I import in Eagle and Gerber files into Creo Schematics? Can I export out these file formats out of Creo Schematics?

For reasons of expediency I'm showing some features on a drawing by importing a DXF and apply created dimensions. My drawing sheet is at 1:2 and the DXF is scaled correctly to suit that on the sheet.  However, when I create dimensions they show the actual size on the drawing, i.e. half the value they should be. How do I make created dimensions of what are effectively sketched entities respect the drawing scale?  Creo 3. Thanks!

Hello   I have selection object chosen from user using API proselect(). Here, user is allowed to select csys only. What I need is feature handle for this csys. For the same, I am doing selection to modelitem ProSelectionModelitemGet() and on this model item, I am doing geom item to csys with API ProGeomitemToCsys(). Now with procsys, I am not able to directly use it as profeature. Is there any other way or I am missing something to get feature handle from selection object?   Thanks and Regards Ketan

I receive the error "The symbolic result is too large to display". Is it possible to mirror half of a sheet metal part?  We often create solid parts in half, copy solid geometry, mirror the quilt, and solidify the quilt.  Is there a way to do something similar to this with a sheet metal part?  It seems that the solidify tool only wants to cut material away in a sheet metal part.  

So I have a project which has parenthesis in it, and I am trying to execute a query from the command line constructed from a query definition.   Here is a Query defined which  has the same query definition: Name: frl-Test... Error occured before "ETPL)/Guidanz))"   I have tried escaping the parentheses with a backquote (`), and this did not help the situation. Can I just not have a parentheses in the name?

Hello community,    after almost 10 years working with ProEngineer and Creo parametric, l got some standards method of modeling. l´m realy surprised of 3D model quality in my current company. l know Catia, Solidworks, SolidEdge etc. are working some way, but !!! WE ARE USING CREO PARAMETRIC !!! and it has own principes how it works and absolutly don´t care about Catia etc... What´s drive me mad? See following and tell me honestlly if l´m wrong... 1) use sketch feature everytime before extrude or revolte 2) don´t use Show dimmensions in 2d drawing, instead of this make all dimmensions manulay 3) don´t use tolerance area in dimmensions properties - instead of this use dimmension notes 4) see following picture for better imaginations it drives me mad Of course sometimes l need external sketch. But external sketch for everything is absolutly unproductive method of modeling (from my point of view). If you know some meaningful reason for doing external sketches for everything

Hi   we have a problem with a flickering DataFilter Widget, but only in current Firefox versions (since V58)  Thingworx Version is the Current 8.3.1 but it also occured in 8.2 Steps to reproduce: Open DataTable Home Mashup in Composer (DataTableEditor)(using as replacement for our Mashups to reproduce Error) Press Button "Add Filter" choose Property "source" Enter some text for Example "abc" change "Starts with" to "Contains" in Firefox the box starts to show and hide very fast, no Problems in Chrome.   Had anyone this issue, and how to solve it?

I am looking to see if there is a way to create drop down lists for user created parameters. Example: If you assign multiple material files to a part in Creo you then get a drop down list of those material files. I want to be able to do this with user/Admin create parameters. Hi,Is there a way to delete and/or clear Windchill Commonspace objects in Winchill's version for FRC? The idea is be able reload the assemblies and parts that seem have become disjointed from being able to be checked in or checked out? While trying to re-engage in the use Windchill with Creo 2.0, we ran into issues with objects being "orphaned". This is where objects appeared to be checked out by a person, yet when this person tried to checkin the object Windchill would respond by stating there is nothing to checkin. After this, we deleted all the objects in the workspace and when trying to resynch "anew" it states that the object already exists and it fails the upload. When I try to delete objects as a project manager that I want to re-upload it tells me I cannot because it is part of EPMWorkspace. Regards,Emil

Hello, I have drawing with multiple views and many dimensions in it. Now I want to check if a specific dimension from the model is already displayed. When searching for the dimension in the model (by its name *D224*), the dimension of interest is highlighted as desired. However, when performing the same search in the drawing, I get no results (although the dimension is already displayed). Am I doing something wrong or is it just impossible to search for a dimension in a drawing?   Greetings

Hi, We are using Integrity 11.0.0.506.    In Workflow and Documents I would like to find all items where the "Summary" field contains "pca" The query is -> Summary contains "pca" But the result is incorrect It returns only the item where Summary is exactly equal to "pca" ?! It is missing the items where "pca" is in the middle or at the beginning of the Summary field text   Please see the attached image. Only if I write the query as -> Summary contains "pca*" , then I get the expected result
