I'm using the save Image function, with the options you can set the width and hight (pixels) but not the resolution, this always stays 96 DPI. does anyone know a solution to save screenshots from modeling with a higher resolution?This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. Hi everyone! I am using Creo Parametric 3.0 and having issues with the default datum planes adjusting size and translating whenever I draw a sketch on a plane. Desired Behavior: An item of the type "test session" can only be moved to the state of "in testing" if the "assigned user" field is NOT emptyMy current effort: I am trying to build a trigger which would check for an empty value in the "assigned user" My line of thinking was to create a logical field which would indicate if the field "assigned user" is empty. I'm working in Creo 2.  A new customer has requested an upgrade to a machine we built for another company a decade ago.  I've got the native Pro E files and the drawings. Hello, i recently downloaded in my computer the student version of the CREO 3.0 M070 to make my university work... but the problem is that in the university there is only the 2.0 version and i wasn't able to open my .prt files in there, but i can open the files i make in there in my computer... So i'm a bit confused because i read that i couldn't open files in different versions even if it was from a lower version, but i did... Hi All, I have a circuit like this, where I want the components value R1,C1,R2,C3 and R3 as the user inputs.I can list the equations to solve this circuit, but I do not know how to realize it in Mathcad. We have installed Work Group Manager to integrate IsoDraw with PDMLink. I want to use .asm files, but I don't get that option when selecting from my workspace - only graphic types are listed. I could choose .pvz files, but I cannot guarantee that all the geometry is updated in the .pvz. How are others creating illustrations in IsoDraw from Creo data?

Every time I open the PDM link browser in Creo Parametric 3.0 the window upper left corner is blocked by one or 2 square blank sections, blocking the information underneath them. The top items in my workspace can not be read at all. If I copy the address of the browser and paste into a new window the problem disappears, but it is annoying to have to do this every time. Is there a way to "cure" the browser from this defect?

Hi, I have a mapkey which takes the current model and save it as igs,step and 3dpdf and puts it in c:\temp.   The problem is that these files needs to be moved to a spesfic folder, this folder name is the same as the workspace/winchill folder name and is located at : Z:Project/%PROJ_NO/Files     I tried to launch this OS script: start excel Z:\Dokumentstyring\Parameters.xlsm \e\%PROJ_NO, but it seems like i cant pass parameters from creo to the script, is that correct? Creo 2, M220   I recieved a STEP file from a vendor that I want to place in my assy.  It represents an assy of components and comes in as shuch, but I'd rather not pollute my client's Windchill database with all the extra parts.  However, if I import as a part, the components aren't positioned properly.    I also tried importing as an assy, re-exporting as a STEP file and re-importing as a part with the same results.   Additionally the imported assy has datums all over way out in space, greatly enlarging the envelope of the assy unnecessarily.   Any tips for cleaning this up?  I could spend the time to go part by part and reposition the components to a logical CS and rebuilding the assy but that seems silly.  A shrinkwrap would work well, but there seems to be no way to create one that's not tied back to the original assy.   Other ideas?This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. I have a group of users that attempt to open an assembly and they get an 'Add to workspace failed".For the failures, the event manager says a family table member would become incompatible but also give an override option that strikes me as a little strange. That override option is to override the latest version (C.0) with the oldest version (1.2).The difference between the two is that the older version has a few instances that we broke out of the family table a couple of years ago (due to those instances not being a COTS number). I've done this dozens of times to dozens of different family tables and have never seen this cause a problem.I've verified that the Add to Workspace Required Dependents settings are identical (Latest, Working) I've followed that up with changing this on both accounts, same error (Latest, Production Released)I've started taking more drastic measures, such as removing what I thought were the offending components from the assembly, but it gives the same error for

Hi All, I have a question about judging a value to meet specific criteria, would anyone advise how to implement it? I attached the example in this thread.In this worksheet, we have the radio button to choose an X value. Y is defined as a function of X. We want to search the proper X, by which the  obtained Y value will be closest (but smaller than) 200. How can we implement this and let MathCAD return the proper X value? Thank you!
