Hello,I've had an issue of members and/or subprojects getting dropped from active projects. I've searched everywhere I could think to, but I can't figure out how to see who (which user) dropped the members/subprojects. Is there a way to do this? CLI or through the gui, either works. TIA

Hello dear community!I know that there were many discussions about units but I cannot find(understand) help for my issue. I am trying to put in units but failed. Hello!I've been trying to find the file where I can add a new option in the menu that appears when the user right click in a Document opened in Arbortext Editor. Hi!We offten import quite big models in the STEP format. The models have many errors, but are usually not important to us. Hello I need to create symbols for different punch tools. Those symbols are later added in some 2d for manufacturing purpose  they should be view of the punch tool plus dimensions. e.g. see attachment I succeed in a 2d, to transform views as Draft entities, then to create a custom symbol using those Draft entities. Hi All, if we want to provide our Mathcad worksheet to people who do not have Mathcad in their PCs, what is the best way to do? For example, Labview allows programmers to generate the exe file to provide to users. Does Mathcad have the similar feature? Thank you!

Hi all,I want to create common/shared functions for several applications in the Thingworx.So I need to create 'Resource' and functions inside it in the System section of Composer.Where I can find the resource of teaching how to write 'Resource' of Thingworx by .NET (C#, VB)?I tried to find out current resource. Current 'ThingWorx Extension Development Guide (version 4.0)' and 'Thingworx .NET SDK Developer Guide' do not have tutorials of this topic.p.s. The 'Extension SDK' from marketplace and 'ThingWorx-Extension-SDK' from support.ptc.com  are only contains some complied jars. These materials do not have examples and source code of samples.

I am trying to figure out how to share one file from a subproject into another subproject. I understand how to share a subproject and all the contents within by using Project -> Subproject-> AddShared. For example I have a subproject such as follows :test\project.jp ProjectSource ( folder ) ProjectExecutable ( folder )Under the folder ProjectExectuable is a single executable file test.exe that I want to share into another project. How to do this ?I tried Member -> Add From Archive and then chose this file but it does not seem to work. I think my IS department may have locked down this operation and this is why it is not working.Regards Dave

It used to be that you could remove the "Deleted" parameters with a hidden config option.  It no longer seems to work.  I'm on CREO 2 m180.  In the fix_params.log file there are "Deleted parameters" and a list.  This list corresponds back to Locked Intralink parameters that need to be deleted.  I have exported these files and want to delete the parameters.  How do I get them unlocked?This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. I need to build a preform type model based off a customer model.  I want the new model to be totally independent of the customer model.The customer model has a number of tilted cross sections that I need to match.From a previous Creo forum post I am trying a method to place my tilted datums that I will place sketches to match the cross sections.The method that I am using is to 1st place a tilted coordinate system and then place the datum plane on the coordinate system.Before I do this I generated a temporary datum plane off 3 points on the tilted cross section.  I place a central point on a sketch driven off the temporary datum plane.  This gives me a XYZ location of the coordinate system which I build.Next comes the problem; I need to tilt the coordinate system to the same inclination of the temporary datum plane.Laying this in my top view I can measure a angle that would be rotated around my Z angle in the coordinate system.  (I make a top view sketch and project

Hello Experts,I have Ubuntu machine which have vncserver. I am trying to connect this server to thingworx using remote things , I assign ip and port but assign this thing to mashup remote access and control but getting error for jsp file is 500 error on run time.Please let me know if you implement vnc in thingworx with solutions or suggestions.Thanks

Hello   I am trying to show the surface of a part in a note . To do so i tried to calculate the mass properties by going in to < File > <Prepare> <Model properties> and calculate the mass properties there. Then in relations i defined a term "Surface_Area=PRO_MP_AREA" After this in drawing i placed a note "&Surface_Area" So i got the surface are of the part. But now if i edit my part, the surface area in the note doesn't change accordingly in this method.   So please suggest a method by which if i edit my model, my values for surface area should also be changes automatically.   Thank You Sumeet

Hey Guys,   I've been using Creo for quite some time and was wuite used to it. I got put an assignment in another organization and they use Autodesk Inventor. I'm now back on Creo but I miss one very nice thing Inventor offered. You could display extended information about a feature in the model tree. For example if you made a round it would display the radius next to that, or if you extruded it would show how far it was done.   I'm wondeirng if there's anyway to do this with Creo 2.0 or 3.0 I'm on 3.0 now but I'll have to go back to 2.0 in a couple months.   I've included a pic so you can see what I'm talking about.
