Currently i am working on a project, where i need to display information of multiple player on a dashboard.I tried with repeater widget, but problem with that widget is that i need to create multiple things. For each user we need to create seperate things.what i am looking for is that :1) Is it possible to have multiple player data on a single dashboard using a single thing/template?2) From a single EMS(Edge Micro Server) we need to send the data to ThingWorx. (JSON format looks good to me)3) Do we need to write any service for it? If yes what is it?All that i require is Multiple Player Data on a Dashboard using a single Thing and single EMS.On clicking the player name or id, the mashup should redirect to the specified player name/id dashboard(it should display the name, age, height or weight of only that particular player).I am struggling with this problem from a very long time. Kindly, give some input so that i can proceed.

Hi everyone -I was wondering what procedures other people have in place for updating Creo date codes as they are released. Do you always stay one behind the most current? Or maybe more that one behind? Or maybe you always stay current with the latest release.We have recently updated from WF4 to Creo 3 and would like to start using better habits when updating our software. Hi everybody.I'm wondering if someone knows how to automatically link the callouts with the parts number of the items.I can now make it one by one (through OBJECT INFO -> HYPERTEXT -> OBJECT -> Relative callout number) and it's a waste of time .I need this link to use it when exporting the datas (xml) to excel.Any tips will be appreciated !Regards,Massimo

Hi Guys,I’m having huge problems with constraining this assembly…The force is applied to the end of the crane via a long shank eye bolt, and the bottom of the crane is fixed in position. The first picture is a close up of the roller assembly, I basically need the two rollers to be attached to the tube upright for a static load test.When I run it through simulate, you can see the deflection has forced the bottom rollers to pass through the main CHS upright…I know CREO exaggerates the deflection but I still don’t think it should pass through like this, considering I quickly made a similar shape with square sections and it did not pass through the main column, the highest stress was in the top beam where the truss support connects (which is what I would expect here). I am also getting next to no stress through the bottom roller plates and the ‘connection point’ between the two rollers and CHS upright, so something isn’t right. Hello,In the java edge sdk, I have an Infotable property defined using:@ThingworxPropertyDefinition(name = "infotable", description = "Device Configurations", baseType = "INFOTABLE", category = "Status", aspects = {  "dataChangeType:VALUE", "isReadOnly:false" })I have also defined an Infotable variable with multiple rows and columns and I am updating this infotable using:infotable.getRow(0).setValue("identifier", value). The infotable property is updated to the server using:this.setPropertyValue("infotable", new InfoTablePrimitive(infotable));super.updateSubscribedProperties(10000);My problem is even though the local infotable values are changed these values are not getting updated on the server. Other properties with baseType STRING or NUMBER are working fine. Anybody have an idea why the infotable property is not getting updated?Thanks and regards,Jishnu Nair

Hello All,I am about to start a project where we will need to put some sort of agent on a windows based device to communicate with Thingworx.  The agent will need to be able to upload files and parse out info from a txt file so that it can send it as properties to Thingworx.  How do you decide on what form to use, sdk(java) or ws ems?  It seems like they both can do the job, but is there a reason to go one way or the other?  Is it mainly personal preference?  I've worked with the Java SDK before and it was fairly straight forward, but my experience with the ems has been a little lackluster.  I don't want my personal experience to make me choose the wrong way to go .  Thanks for the input!

Hello,I am working in two different Integrity servers. In the first server, I can see three different Document types when I go to "Document > Create".These same three Document types have been recreated in the second server and the same viewsets imported there. However, when I use the same viewset and go to "Document > Create" on the second server I can only see one of the Document Types.Does anyone know what changes I need to make to allow for the two missing Document Types to appear in the "Document > Create" menu when connected to the second server?ThanksBryan Rague

Hello,We have recently rolled out Creo 3.0 to all users. So far I could not find a way to have two or more sessions of Creo 3.0 with different active Workspaces at the same time. Also it is useful to have one session of Creo 3.0 connected to PDM Link and the other one working offline with another task. Apparently it is not possible.I understand that being connected to more than one workspace at a time it is not recommended, but it was possible to do it with Creo 2.0 and previous releases.Any thoughts? I opened a case and they sent me a link for a TPI. But this solution would imply to create extra Creo 3.0 icons and it is just not feasible on my organization. Thank you.Juliana

I''m pretty new to family tables, been reading up/ clicking around with it for the last week.We produce frames for crawler tracks. Each of our frames fits into one of 8 types of track, there will then be 6-10 different sizes of that track, and each frame has around 40 components. Half of these components are common and are set as library parts. Half of them will change height/ width on most frames in that design to match the size changes and are saved as their own unique component.So every non-library component for every frame is it's own unique part with it's own unique file. Despite them only having 1-2 dimensions changing. A change to one of these components will often be copied across all similar components for each size track in that type, and this is not a quick thing to do. I believe this is the kind of thing that can be made significantly easier to manage using family tables.I've worked out how to do the components as their own family tables. Hello all, I have created an assembly in which I merged parts "Part1" and "Part2" into "Part3". Both 1 and 2 have datums A,B and C. However. I did not want them to show up in 3. Therefore I unchecked the copy datums box in the merge define feature menu. On the merged part I successfully inserted datums A and C but I am failing on the B one. It shows up as an axis in layer tree and it is coming from part 2. How can I get rid of it. A, B, C on final part are different than on original parts. I am new to ThingWorx and want to create a good mashup from my first project.I am trying to implement a health monitoring app for my colleagues, where I want to monitor BP and pulse rate of each of my colleague and show the results on Thingworx mashup.The Mashup should contain list of the team members in left half of UI. If I click on name of any of team member, I should be able to see the data for that person in the right side. For instance, I have a collection of parts that are always grouped together but are not a subassembly. Wildfire 4 and before allowed you to create an UDF of the assembly which could then be used in other assemblies by inserting the UDF. I don't see the option in Creo to place a UDF in Assembly mode. Hi all, I have a simple example attached regarding my question. If I have a variable, which depends on the input condition. Can I set the text color or highlight of the output, to represent different input conditions? In this example, if my output displays "RIGHT", I want to set it to green; likewise, if the output is "WRONG", I want to set the text to red. Would anyone teach me how to do it? Thank you!

I found an (old) pdf file on the web that uses a 4 parameter logistic fit for immunoassay. Unfortunately I must be overlooking something as it does not work in MC15. Are there more elegant ways to do this 4 parameter logistic fit?Thanks in advance

Hello,I was trying to disconnect and reconnect to Server from Java SDK programatically. I have tried the method client.shutdown() but it's throwing an Exception and still tries to reconnect to the server. The method client.disconnect() also does not work, it may disconnect but its again reconnects to the server.Anybody has an Idea how to reconnect a thingworx connection properly?Thanks & Regards,Jishnu Nair

Is There a way to generete a report or a list of all windchill users which have the account disabled or expired?Does this list be retrived from windchill or from WindchillDS?I try to do a report listing the user "Disabled", but this is not what I need; I need all the user in the LDAP with the account disabled or expired.Does anyone know how can I have this information?Thanks in advance

hi all, i'm using prime 2.  when i smooth some data with the movavg function, the resulting data is offset by the size of the smoothing window.  in fact, even the helpcenter example on using moving average to smooth data shows this resulting offset!  but with no comment.  attached.is this a bug or am i using movavg wrong?

Hi Guys, I just have a quick question for you. I know there is no backward compatibility in Creo meaning you can not open Creo 3 files in Creo 2 or older. But when it comes to data codes.
