How to add custom widget( eg: jquery widgets) in to thingworx?

Hi all,I need to take an assembly out of my WindChill system and give it to our customer. To do this I need to remove the file locations and some other information that is automatically stored in the parameters of each model file. Since I cannot edit these parameters (they are locked) I can't seem to manually remove them.In a perfect world, I would just be able to save a backup of only the geometry and give it away. A IGES or STEP file is not adequate as we want to maintain the parametric qualities of the file.Does anyone have any input on possible means to separate the parameter info from the file/ erase the locked parameters?Thanks,MattThis thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. Hi,I have a question in BOM generation. I need a BOM in such a fashion that fasteners associated with the component has to be listed after the component. Hello everybody,   I am trying to do my hw, but I got stuck at the small circle in the red areas. I have been having a problem lately where when I open an interchange assembly, all the components disappear. If I close the assembly and verify a family table which uses them, it still works properly. But if I want to add a new component to the interchange assembly then I can't. I am using WF4 and I have never had this problem before. We have recently changed from Windchill to something called Blue Star so I am wondering if it has anything to do with this. I have noticed that Blue Star cannot distinguish that a interchange assembly needs to be uploaded with an assembly so it does have to be manually uploaded.   Just fishing for any thoughts please.This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. I have been trying to install Creo 3.0 onto my PC, initially it didn't install the actual application, so was recommended to install the 32x instead of the 64x. That allowed Creo 3.0 to install the program files, however it now refuses to launch.I have tried launching it in administrator mode, running it in compatibility mode for windows 7 and 8 to no avail. I have tried launching all the creo programs installed and the only one that does anything is PTC Creo Modelcheck, which opens the cmd window briefly and then shows start options. Is there ptc integrity plug-in for visual studio 2013?It is the year 2015 now... 

How can I populate a list of Things, where each of the things share a common property?  The things are all created from the same template.  I have been trying to use the getimplementingthings service, but I cant see where it allows me to filter.

Are there any instructions or examples on how to create a custom widget that generates events and/or modified data? For example, I want to generate an event when some part of the widget is clicked, and I also want to output some data that depends on what the user did.

Has anyone ever had a thing lock up their instance?  I have a newly created thing, that when you try to edit it, just loads and loads.  If you try to delete it it does the same thing.  I can open up and get to my other items, but its odd that I can't seem to get rid of this thing.  Anyone else seen this before?

I want to create one script that will open the PTC Integrity and use it to perform some task. I have listed out the activity that I want to automate below:Application is PTC integrity. It is linked with database server that has lot of files in it which have unique ID. So I need to use ID to open the document and export it.Steps:Open the application.Open the document using ID.Export the document to some specific format.I want to know which scripting to be used to automate this process, i.e., I give array of IDs , the script will open the application and then open the document using IDs and export them till all the IDs are exported. Hi,For the past few days I was looking for a right way to find a solution for this.. I know some basic java.since I already worked in c#,vba&VB.nt..I searched this entire forum ,but still I'm not getting where to start jlink in eclipse or netbeans ..I can run a sample file..I understand the importance of protk.DAT and config.pro ,pfc.jar,jdk/jre version etc..so these are my questions:1.should I need to create a package or  .java or a .class file in eclipse/netbeans to start?2.Even if create a java file with start& stop methods, I'm not able to debug in eclipse (mars) with jdk 1.8 for creo 2.0..after setting debug configuration in eclipse.. Hello,I'm a new Thingworx user, scheduled for training in a month but getting my hands dirty in the meantime.  The following question is a bit on the newbie side of things.Consider a situation where a solution provider is going to sell hardware that logs data to a Thingworx installation.  Customers who buy the hardware will log into Thingworx with their own account tied to an organization an be presented with a generic mashup that (hopefully) only shows them the devices they purchased.- The hardware has a Thing Shape with properties defined.- A Thing Template is created that uses that shape.- A Thing is created based on that template.If I sell 10 of these things to one customer and 10 to another customer, I don't want them to see each other's things.In the mashup, if I use getImplementingThingsWithData on the Template then each user would see 20 devices provided I enable Service permission for both/all Users on the template.If I modify permissions on the Things themselves the

I'm currently using Creo 2.0 and I need to modify a hydraulic hose that was created in WF4 using Pro/Piping. I'm about to pull my hair out because I can not modify this model at all. Here is what I have done/checked:1. I made sure that the model is not set to read only and I have confirmed that I can make changes to the model.2. The pipeline will display in "Thick Pipes" mode, but I can not figure out how to make it show the pipeline segments as centerlines (the green lines).3. I have tried Modify Pipeline and it will not allow me to select anything in the model or anything on the model tree.4. I have tried using the Find tool and did a filter by pipe features and it shows nothing.5. I have checked my company's config.pro settings and there are no piping related options set.Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? We would like to use Flexible Modeling.We have several Creo Enterprise SE licenses (Flex3C) which do not include Flexible Modeling.We don't want to upgrade them to Creo Engineer III licenses but instead buy the Flexible Modeling Extension (FMX)Our sales contact tells us that the Flexible modeling Extension (FMX) is only available as a locked license.Is that really true? Can we only buy the FMX extension as a node-locked license and not as a floating module?

Hi everyone,I am wanting to do a variable chamfer but I don't think Creo has that feature as yet.So I have tried to use the swept blend tool instead. However it's not following the path I want. I want the section sketches to follow the edge of the part.Picture below shows three sketches and path How do Stop the cut from curving away?If it's possible to used the chamfer tool it would make life a lot easier.
