Hello All,I am trying to work out the shortcut codes for use in drawings. I know a few eg:Diameter Ø. Alt 0216Degree ° Alt 248Theoretical Exact Dimension Boxes, with xyz inside box. @[xyz@]I am specifically after the GD&T symbols, so if anyone has those it would be good. Hello Everybody,   I found in Integrity documentation that it should be possible to run automatically tests. In the help, it is mentionned that is is possible to find additional information in "Integrating Integrity 2010 for Automated Test Execution" document available from support.   I am currently running Integrity 10.6 and I was not able to find the above mentionned document.   Thanks in advance for any support on finding this documentation or any other documentation that could help to understand how to use Automated Tests.   Regards. Hello,I would like to change default BOM one can add from Table-->Quick Tables-->All Tables --> BOM Description Down.By default, Column sequence is ITEM NO, PART NUMBER, QTY , DESCRITPION and NOTES. I'm fairly new to PTC and I know that you can download free .prt and .step files from websites like AndyMark. But I can't find many of the pieces I need and that you would think would be easy to find... Are there any other websites out there that have .prt and .step files that you can download??   Thanks! Hi All,I'm struck with one of the bad nightmares in windchill....Ghost!!!!I have few ghost/incomplete objects surfaced up in my workspace due to a wrong duplication/save as command for top level assembly drawing used by one of my team member & now it's my duty to get rid of those unwanted files now. I tried couple of ways to eliminate those...but couldn't succeed in eliminating them all (even though i was able to remove almost half of them).Below mentioned are the ways which I tried to eliminate ghost files,1. Tried to use the windchill inbuilt option for ignore/update with objects on server (while checking in)...that succesfully prevented the files from getting checked in (as not seeing any check in failure/warnings messages). But if I'm checking out that assembly drawing & hitting 'save' button...the ghost appears back. I couldn't trace its exact relation to drawing. I can only see that its getting referenced by top level assembly drawing on going to information of ghost file

Very confused here.   Why am I given a choice, whats the difference, and whats the default, and whats recommended?  After reading assorted docs for hours I still don't know what to do.

In Creo Parametric 3.0 is it possible to select a surface and give it a name and color/transparency value? for example, suppose i create a box by extrusion and then i want to select one surface of that box and call it say "Inlet" and assign a green color and possibly a translucency. is that possible?   thanks

Hello,I am trying to install PDM Essentials on 'Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials' (the small business version of Windows server).  By default, this version of Windows Server installs .NET 4.5.I'm using an PTC provided USB stick for the install.   I'm using http://support.ptc.com/WCMS/files/155679/en/WCPDMEssentials.pdf as a guide.Issue: the PDM Essentials installer bombs out because it cannot find the .NET 3.5.1 version. Is there a workaround for this?  A particular PDM Essentials version required for the Server 2012 Essentials platform?  Is PDM Essentials fully qualified for this version of Windows Server that requires the updated .NET version?Thanks for any info or assistance with this.Best Regards,An Inquisitive Student.

Hello,I'm prototyping a mashup containing a map with some geo-fence / region overlay.I would like to give a user the possibility to define their own regions, but it's not very convenient with the GoogleLocationPicker widget, the grid with points, add/delete buttons, etc... Ideally I would like to have the possibility to drag locations over the map and add/delete just like when you specify the routes in Google Maps.Is any of that possible?/ Constantine

My goal is to do a sensitivity analysis of a part where one dimension (x) is varied. What I want out, is the force that would cause the part to reach the yield point for each change in 'x'. In other words, the user is allowed to reconfigure an assembly, and we want to plot the expected failure load for each configuration. Hello everyone,We are currently using a Monolithic Windchill 10.2 M030 and facing a lot of performance issues. We are thinking of moving towards the cluster envt. Need your help with a few pointers:What performance improvements can we expect on moving from monolithic to cluster envt?What cluster config will be most suitable for best performance?
