Hello, I am working in Creo 11.0.1.0. When making a drawing of a part, I am experiencing an annoying new feature of ordinate dimensions that I have not seen in previous versions (granted we just made a massive jump from Creo 3 to 11). Here is the scenario:In a drawing, I have an existing set of ordinate dimensions. These are placed on the righthand side of the drawing view. If I go to add an additional ordinate dimension referenced to the existing origin (.0000 dimension) the new dimension automatically cleans-up/aligns itself with the origin dimension. This seems like a handy feature on paper, but is very annoying if I want the new dimension to be placed on the lefthand side of the drawing view. This is especially true if I am placing multiple new dimensions and need to individually select them all to drag them to the other side.Is there a way to turn this feature off?  In previous versions, the new ordinate dimensions would follow my cursor and not place unti

Hello people, I am having a configuration as TIA portal - Kepware - Ignition 8.1 Perspective. All my tags are healthy, communication is established and data is reading as well as writing. I am facing an delay issue in this configuration, like when I write on any tag in Ignition or from Ignition to TIA through Kepware, it is taking much longer time to update that tag, almost 20 - 30 secs. If I read/write values on memory tags in Ignition or Simulate PLC in TIA portal, it is acting very normal, the response time is fast within the respective software. All my settings are as per required settings, scan time of Kepware is in msec. I am unable to figure out what is the issue with this.I am using License versions of every software. Please guide through this.

When will the current ISO 21920-1 surface texture symbols be included in Creo Parametric? According to research, the symbols were adjusted in the Creo 9.0 version (ISO 1302 and ISO 25178), but these have now been withdrawn.

Hi,I'm trying to display an image + text in a dropdown. I have tried two methods..i) under "renderer and state" in the dropdown widget, I'm using a state definition under state-based style definition to add an image. But upon selecting the item we can unable to see the image.ii)creating an infotable with a html field and using it as the display field in the dropdown widget, in this case the text is coming up but the image isn't.Please let me know if their is a way to achieve this, thanks!  

There was  no FAQ attached to the fundamentals of codebeamer class.  Would be helpful to have a quick guide, for example I still don't know if there is an undo function or how delete a reference if it was made accidentally or incorrectly. 

is there any possibility of exchanging the data between Windchill and Codebeamer?Can we integrate the prodcut timelines from PLM to Software & activity tasking timelines in Codebeamer alm? 

I have been asked if we can have something on models for 3d printing that we can use as a reference to measure the the printed part to confirm it's accuracy without having to fully dimension a drawing or measure every feature. Of course the easy answer would be CMM but that is not available. So some kind of fiducial would seem to be the next thing to look at.Does anybody do this? If so How?

Is there anyway I can change the color of cell in the advance datagrid without using  datashape in the state formatting option. Thanks

Dear Colleagues,Some time ago, I downloaded a worksheet from the following location: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad/Study-1-Properties-of-working-fluids-coolants-and-structural/td-p/266560. I would like to create a 3D plot illustrating the data distribution from the generated table (function). Unfortunately, I have tried various methods but haven’t been able to figure it out. I mean somethin like below:I'm using Matchcad Prime 10.

It shows an error although it is a vector . WHY? 

Version: Windchill 12.0 Use Case: NX CAD worker (on VM). Just updated NX and went through the recipe and adapter files to confirm everything matches (ugworker.bat, ugstartup.bat, etc.) CAD worker fails to start from Worker Agent (monitor comes on). If I turn off the monitor there and manually launch ugworker.bat, everything works fine.Description: I updated my NX version on the CAD worker. The worker now doesn't start up automatically. The monitor starts but in the worker log there's a 8 INIT error. When I turn off the monitor and manually run the ugworker.bat file everything works fine.  When I did the upgrade, I updated the ugworker and ugstartup files to reflect the correct NX version. Not sure what broke the auto-start... but I'm sure it's something silly.  What did I miss? 

Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: Importing a STEP214 into the NX workpart, stores the log file in WorkspaceDescription: I'm debugging an issue we have been having with STEP imports into the NX workpart.  During my testing, I wanted to take a look at the STEP log file.  I should always get a log file, and when I do it's in the Workspace.  How do I get rid of them?  Second, third, etc. attempts to do the sTEP import results in "already exists in Windchill File System". So how do I get rid of the log file?  I can browse to the PTC Places location in Windows Explorer, but I can't delete from there while WGM is running.  If I close WGM and browse to the .wfs workspace location, the log file isn't there.  If I run Windows Explorer as admin, and browse to the PTC Places workspace, I can't, due to permissions. How do people deal with log files in their workspace?

How can I find the longest vector. I have q which has 27 vectors and I want to find the longest vector which has the most values . maximum function works only for scaler not vectors . this is on the  2nd page of my sheet

HI, we are connecting multiple Fanuc controllers (15i,16i etc.) to Kepware (V6) through Fanuc Focas ethernet driver. Currently getting 3 fault tags as Battery Low, Fan Alarm and Emergency. Are there other fault tags present for Fanuc controllers and how can we access them to Kepware server.Please guide. TIA.
