I'm really in need of someone's help in completing the discussion task. I carried it out perfectly at work and had no issues, I thought I'd try it again to confirm my knowledge and now Creo is acting COMPLETELY differently and it's driving me crazy, it's like the app is set up differently.   

Hello,I'm working to import a lot of user between one Thingworx server to another Thingworx server, for that, I'm making a service for automatise the importation. For that, I'm trying to use the "Thingworx/Importer" RestAPI Call.The files are present in a FileRepository, but, when I search, in the RestAPI Call, for choose the FileRepository and import the requested XML File of a user, I don't see the option for... Have you some ideas for import the user with the XML File ? (I have already done the exportation, and it work)Thank you.

Hello Team,I have two dropdowns, first one "Timeframe" in which 'This shift' means (6-2 o'clock) time and 'last shift' means (12 - 6 o'clock) coming. Based on "Timeframe" dropdown selection  I am getting this "DateTime" dropdown selections which I indicated in brackets. how to apply auto refresh on screen if my shift time changes? Can anyone please provide a detailed explanation how can I do this and please provide service code also if needed for this implementation. Thanks

Hi All,As I using Upgrade Manager Windchill >> Upgrade when a module is missingFailed in Verifying upgrade path step(see atachments)Where I find or download  the installer PTC Windchill PLM Connector – Creo Package ? because in our Windchill 11.0 (source systems),its already installed.Based on Upgrade Manager Guide>> the required products (modules) installed on the source system are also installed on the target system. Hello all, I am trying to save .asm file using toolkit. I recognised the function is ProIntf3DFileWrite but what should I pass into to save .asm file. Is it PRO_INTF_EXPORT_CADDS?

I am using Creo Parametric Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.0.0When printing to pdf, lines and symbols become heavy. Drawings made prior print to pdf clearly. New drawings do not.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.12.0There is a "mirrored bodies id" feature in my part. When I updated the part it was referencing the mirrored part did not get updated. How can I edit this to fix it? There is not a "edit definition" when I click on the "mirrored bodies id" feature.

I am looking if someone has a good summary on these two Location declarations. I was also dealing with issues with ThingWorx Navigate called out in How to have basic authentication for some URLs when SSO is enabled. The task involves adding vectors and representing them as arrows in a diagram. I’ve managed to define the vectors and perform the calculations, but I’m struggling with how to effectively plot them as arrows in Mathcad. Here’s a brief outline of what I’m trying to do:Define vectors (e.g., A = [Ax, Ay], B = [Bx, By])Calculate the sum of the vectors (e.g., C = A + B)Plot these vectors on a 2D diagram with arrowheads indicating their direction.I’m unsure how to add arrows to represent them properly. Hi this is YJ I'm using the creo 11 these day. every-things is better than creo 9.but i got problem on layer tree.when i open the data i can see the layer tree every time.even if I turn it off or change min size this. it come up on my screen every time.somebody help me how to solve it.

Hi, I would like to get a List of .drw who changed the lifecycle state within the last 24 h. There is a restriction to get the information via REST Endpoint. I used the PTC CAD Document management with GET CADDocuments. I tried to use the filter for the LastModified date. But there is no impact of a changed Lifecycle state to the Last modified date. Any Ideas how i can filter for objects who changed their lifecycle state in a range of time?

 I mistakenly attached a photo with a wrong extension to my MathCAD file. Now, it's not opening the wrong extension is .1 instead of .jpg The version is Prime 7.0.0.0 I will appreciate a lot if you could help me recover the file even if it will be just the texts and equations!

We have been asked whether we can convert our Windchill and Oracle on RedHat system to use MS-SQL Server. What proportion of Windchill  installations use MS-SQL? We don't want to be on our own. My first try was to run MS-SQL on RedHat. Does MS-SQL work better on Windows? How about a WC-on-Linux and MSSQL-on-Windows combination?  A benefit seems to be cost. What are the pitfalls?

Is it possible to break the dependency of a mirrored part? I am wanting to mirror parts with geometry dependent initially so any changes are pushed to the mirrored part, to save time, as the majority of changes will apply to both parts. However, sometimes we need to make changes to one of the parts but not it's mirror. Can this be accomplished by undoing the "geometry dependent" setting somehow? Attached are some screenshots of the options/settings I'm seeing when creating the mirror and then when editing definition of the mirrored bodies feature.  I am using Creo 8. Thanks!-Matt

Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: It happens on a few computer, most of them works perfectly. They are all on the same network. My Windchill server is working on http and don't have https configured. When using the embed browser on Workgroup Manager, it connects alright. I've modified the hosts file. Restarted the computer to confirm. The user have the right licenses to connect and use CAD, and there's enough licenses available. (windchill base and mechanical 1) I've tested on Inventor and SolidWorks 2024 and 2023 and got same results. Windchill and Workgroup are 13.0.2. I've tried cleaning the browser cache. On the installation I've selected only one type of CAD and all the versions available.Description: When I'm trying to connect Windchill Workgroup Manager to my Windchill server, I'm getting redirected to a https page and it is happening only when I'm trying to register the server and it works when using edge or chrome browser or the embedded Workgroup browser.
