Hi,I'm doing an installation of DPM to see how it works.I'm using Thingworx Foundation and DPM version 9.5.0, I'm also using the import tool from GitHub, which I've tried version 9.5.2 and 9.5.1 (I thought the problem could be here because the missing ThingShape described below is PTCDTS and the tool shows up with PTCDTS in the installed extension page) I have not installed analytics and I understand  that's an optional.I do know that the import tool has no official support. Here what I've done.Done all the steps at DPM Customer Deployments section on DPM help center. Imported DPM, it showed the warn of a attempt to modify a default mashup (seems ok).Imported the DPM import tool from github, ptcdts.dpmdataimport-1.2.103-extension-package.zip  and ptcdts.dpmexport-1.2.103-extension-package.zip (currently installed 9.5.1).Then, as per guide, executed the service on PTC.Base.Manager, output had no errors.Imported the sample .xlsx with no m

In PTC Chip filter, I passed column names and configured its title. Whenever new columns added, its custom title is not displaying. The column name present in datashape is displaying. As new columns will be added continously, iam expecting the customised column names should not get changed. How to do this ?

PTC provided multi-body concepts from Creo Parametric 7.0 and it looks more like Catia's multi-body strategy than SW or NX, but other behaviours looks like SW/NX such as operating boolean or fillet, chamfer, e.g.Catia: 1.1. Does anyone know why the "Match whole word only" option would be greyed out in the Creo View Find tool? I am unable to find a setting to turn that on. I am using Creo View Lite.  

I want to connect this corner vertex to this sketch line.  The coincident constraint won't let me connect them.  They are in different sketches and on different planes if that matters.

Using CREO 6, it was easy to route a cable by selecting an axis for "from" and the ending axis as "to" after selecting "Allow Location" under "Options."  However, as new user to CREO 8, I am unable to select any axes and have to use a coordinate system instead--usually not as convenient.  Is there a way to use an axis for routing in CREO 8?

These sketch lines are only displayed when they are clicked on in the feature tree.  How can I get them to display in the model so that they can be used as reference geometry?

Working in Vuforia Studio in 2D.  Using the Hyperlink widget.  I want to click on the hyperlink and I want the link to take me to another experience.  I am using the link info in the Share pulldown.  I grab that infor and go to Events and in the JS I insert that link info for the experience - vuforiaview://ptc.com/command/view-experience?...In the Preview I can run it and I will be able to get the Experience that I want to load with the hyperlink - but it will be the Vuforia Studio Experience?  I assume it is linking and should work in the 'real world' - not the Studio version? I publish the experience and place it in my downloads.  I open the 2D experience and when I click on the hyperlink...my Apple says it can not find the link using Safari???  Or something to that effect???   I there something I need to do with the Apple?  With my link?  What do I need to do differently to make this work - and open the link?&nbsp

Hi all! Trying to replicate this wave design in Creo (currently using 4.0) but having some issues... Thought the easiest way would be to divide the wave in 4-5 sections and use boundary blend to merge sketches of the waves profile in the sections. (Then thickening the surface to make it a solid.) But the sharpest top of the waves doesn't behave the way I want. I've tried using the "control points" option in the boundary blend tool to control the shape, but I'm far from happy. Before going down the rabbit hole of adjusting the control points until I get something remotely resembling the wave, I thought I'd seek out some help from better users than me to see if this is the way to go or not. Or if it's even possible to make such a design in Creo.TLDR: Trying to replicate this (or similar) wave design. Hello, I need to get some PLC Events data from an External OPC UA Server. If I am using UA Expert, we use the Event View to get the events, it shows general machine status which we need. Does KepServer have similar feature to read events from external OPC?

Been having issues with drawings in the student edition of Creo 10.  Apparently none of the symbols work.  I get an error message saying the files are incompatible for my version of creo.  

I am using Creo Parametric 7.0, 7.0.2.0,At drawing application, when using "Show model Annotations" in order to bring out specific dimensions from the CAD model, for example, a 3D annotation derived from a datum plane (the dimension in question is the offset dimension from a datum plane to another datum plane in order to create it), it's shown correctly on a particular drawing view, but if the datum plane on the drawing view is hiden using layers, the dimension it's also gone, leaving only a suppressed dimension on the drawing tree. If the view is manually updated, the dimension is back, but if using "Draft Update", the dimension is gone again. The dimension it's left in a status of showing but then gone if the drawing is updated. Apparently CREO consider the dimension also a datum plane.Thanks for any advise.

I have schematics design created in Creo schematics 8.0. Some connectors are located on sheet 1 and some are on sheet 2. Wires are connected between this connectors using highway.I have more than 3 sheets in this design and want to export selected components from two sheets in one xml. While exporting this design if i select "Selected",  components from active sheet only gets exported although i have selected components from second sheet also.I want components from both sheets in one xml but dont want to use "Export complete design" option. Is their any other way to do that ? Or is it Creo schematics issue ?
