Hello everyone,Im trying to construct a matrix in Mathcad Prime 4.0 for a Newton-Raphson power flow solution, but im having trouble defining the elements where a summation with j≠i is needed.Is there any way to handle this in MathCad? Thanks in advance

I am just trying to use the assembly for FEM exporting STEP.  How can i create a coordinate system by importing one from a step file or other format at the TOP level.  How can I do this while another designer has the assembly checked out / my workspace is out of date.  I do not care about updates.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.3.0How can I embed the fonts in a .prt files ?I made a wrapping feature onto a solid part with a text using a special true type font. When I send the part (.prt file ) to my supplier (who does not have the same font) he cannot see the text with the same font.Is it possible to embed the fonts into the feature so that it does not change ?Here are the errors that I facedno error messages, different fonts on different machines with the same prt file.

Hello,I'm using Codebeamer  trial version to check API behaviors.I'm able to test it on the API tester. However, if I copy and paste the Curl commands from above and run the same from the terminal, I get the following error.Is there a way to get API permissions for the trial version?   {"message":"User .... I was working with Kepware on a problem and during the discussion we enable a trial of IoT Gateway. I wont be using it in my application. But now it is filling my event log with "Time limited usage period on feature IoT Gateway has expired." Also, while on a trial of KepServer and this IoT Gateway, a notification shows up every 30 seconds to tell you it is a trial with limited time. It was so distracting I just uninstalled the software and work remotely with the actual licensed software. Now I just need to get rid of the IoT on that. Thanks, Scott

When I click on "Launch Quick Client Here" the quick client opens showing 640 tags. Most of which are unwanted. I have the timestamp for the opening time, quality Good and Update Count 1. All but two of the update count values remain at 1 and the time stamps for those value remain at the starting time. Two tags are updating every couple of seconds. Of the rest of the tags 7 are marked Bad. In the KepserverEx event log there are 12 tags marked "Unable to read tag" with a CIP Error = 0x5. Am I really getting data from the PLC? How can I tell if this is accurate? How do I make the other tags update like the two anomalies? KepserverEx 6.14.263.0Thanks for the help.

I have temperatures 10 times higher than they should be. I read the article "How to scale data from a PLC in PTC Kepware Products" (https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS291338). It resulted in a tag that errored out with a CIP error 0X5.I created the new tag, gave it a name and description and the address. and set the Scaling to linear, 0 to 10000. And got the error. I tried changing the data type from Word to Float and Short, but they threw the error for illegal data type.  Any other suggestions? Scott

Version: Windchill 12.1   Use Case: I'm working on creating Creo drawing template. There are some custom attributes that pulls value from windchill to the template. These are added in the parameters window and designated. Problem is values from windchill are getting populate in creo template. But values that I enter in creo parameter is not getting upaded in windchill. What am I doing wrong here. Note : The same template is available for solidworks and windchill and everything is working fine. We are trying to replicate that for creo. Description:

Do we have Process simulation capability in Windchill where 3D motion happens and clash and clearance analysis kind of study is performed.

I am using windchill 12.1. I needed to add a "-" revision to my versioning scheme. I updated the versioning scheme for EPM documents using the wt.series.LoadFileBasedSeries utility. Everything seemed to load fine. I was able to update the OIR to use the new versioning scheme. I created a new CAD document. When i try to use the wt.vc.ChangeRevisionLabelUtility with the new cad document I have no problem changing the versions from A to - to 1 etc.  However when I try to do the same to an preexisting cad document I am unable to make the change and get an error saying the revision value is not valid within the series. I am guessing it is because the cad document was made prior to changing the versioning adjustment. Is there a way I can set older documents to use the new versioning scheme?

As per the original post.    Hello @HelesicPetr,I have a table that I am calling directly from a jsp file:  <div id="mvcTable">  <mvc:tableContainer compId="com.ml.util.testUserTable" height="800"/></div>The table automatically brings back a list of users.  The users are selected by checkbox and then I have a custom action that allows action on the selected users from the Actions menu.  I'd like to implement an inline message that gives information once the custom action completes.  I would normally do this from the jsp file but the custom action is not accessed from there.  Any thoughts on how to accomplish this?

I have reconfigured out test Windchill instance to SSO and am getting some final errors with Navigate pulling data from Windchill. Authentication uses Windchill so I was able to see the redirect to Windchill, authenticate and I am properly authenticated. Testing view documents, I was able to search on a document, see proper returns and even a document thumbnail. This should mean I am getting a proper connection back to Windchill to retrieve data.  When I get the document details, I get back a few errors and no details appear. Same is true for the other apps for CAD data and parts (BOMS do appear). Hello, I have some difficulties trying to run android java sdk setam sensor sample. 1-Donwlod the java sdk from official website 2-Since the gradle version is 6.3 , I downloaded the compatible jdk (version 14) 3-Import the project from android studio  4-Configure gradle with my JDK (see pic1) 5-run  .\gradlew assemble (see pic 2) 6- Output error  (see pic 3 for full error):     Duplicate class ch.qos.logback.core.util.StatusPrinter found in modules logback-android-core-1.1.1-6.jar (com.github.tony19:logback-android-core:1.1.1-6) and logback-core-1.3.14.jar (ch.qos.logback:logback-core:1.3.14) Duplicat....     I tried to fix on build.gradle file but it didn't work.   Some classes are declared twice in two different jar files... I add my 'build.gradle'  Any ideas   Thank you.

Version: Windchill 12.0   Use Case: Would like to collaborate with an external supplier in China using Kingdee PLM to obtain their BOM (product structure) and import into Windchill. This will be a one-time activity for pre-production builds and a bi-weekly activity once we get to production builds. Description: Have not been able to confirm what BOM capabilities exist in Kingdee PLM with my external partner. I am not sure if it is a product issue or communication issue. In either case, I would like to have my external partner export a product structure so I can ETL it into Windchill.    Right now we are using a manually edited spread sheet process and I would rather work directly from a BOM report out of Kingdee PLM so we have a consistent data input source. 

Hello everyone,i want to the chop the matrix Rm into equal parts based on the row(Loads), which is 3 here.And then i want to augment the equally chopped parts, like i did in 'K'.I did not get what is wrong in the program K, it only augments first and last parts.Could someone help me hereI can not attach Mathcad sheet as per my companies policy.  

Looks like Mathcad Prime 10 gradient operator does not work for spherical coordinates 😒See attached for general approach to calculate Gradient, Divergence, Curl, Laplacian and Biharmonic for Various Coordinate Systems.

Hi, I'm brand new to Mathcad so apologies if this is a silly question. I'm trying to figure out how to check inputs for columns 0 and 1 to provide an output in column 3. In this case colum 0 input is 100, column 1 input is 3, and therefore column 3 output should be 1/2500. With Excel i would use XLOOKUP and use '&' operator to combine 2 inputs. However, I can't figure out a way of doing this (yet) with Mathcad. Any advice? Thanks,Ciaran
