Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: To get list of parts based on custom attribute, For ex : Type : WTPart Attribute Name : Model Values : "PC00123", "PC00456"Description: Need to fetch list of part using custom attributes(IBA), tried below solution but didn't work. URL : /Windchill/servlet/odata/ProdMgmt/Parts?$filter=startswith(Number,'P91-') and contains(Model,'PC00456') Error :  The property 'Model', used in a query expression, is not defined in type 'PTC.ProdMgmt.Part' Note : "Model" is internal name of attribute. Please let me know if you need anything and do you have any solution on this. Thanks.

I've been tasked to determine if it is possible to annotate (modify) our present UDFs to include annotations that will show up in an MBD model. Currently we can place the UDF, a counterbore hole, for example, on the model . However, then we must dimension the UDF manually in the combination state. Is there a way to attach the callout to a UDF so it becomes integral with the combination state?I suppose this would be applicable to a non-MBD part also. Can the callout be attached to the UDF when the UDF is placed on a part?Our UDFs are all Stand Alone also and we use Creo 9.3.  Thanks for any guidance!

The "Export to ANSYS Mechanical Format" command is not working. I am able to "Save Simulation Data" as a .apr file in the below folder. However, when i try to export the .casdat file using the Export to Ansys Mechanical Format command, the status bar says that it saves successfully, but no .casdat file appears in that folder.

Hello, based on https://codebeamer.com/cb/wiki/1563473  and the example there, I try to export more than just comment (at.description).Mainly, I look for the template code to get the user who created the comment, but I'd appreciate a (link to) the full structure definition much more. So far I tried ( <jt:forEach items="${item.attachments}" var="at">${at.id}</jt:forEach>)at.createdBy (gives me an empty cell)at.name (filename of the attachment)at.createdAt (two comma seperated numbers... any hints?)at.id (not sure which id I get her, I guess the comment's id)at.version (seems like the version of the comment)at.comment (mostly empty. Once I got the text "description" which is nowhere in the item. It was only in a comment which was edited and had version=2)

I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.3 and DatecodeSP5We are getting authentication errors intermittently on Edge and Chrome browsers with SAML. This happened over the weekend after a year or more of successful SAML authentication in those browsers. We resolved the issue by increasing the value for "samlAssertionMaxAuthenticationAge" in the sso-settings.json file but still don't understand why the issue started. Hello, Is it possible to redefine/ modify pattern table using Creo toolkit C++? I am trying to update the dimensions using Ptb file which is used for read function of pattern table.  I am having issue to build element tree of this pattern table and to define first instance of this. Is there any sample code for it?

I have encountered an issue that I cannot seem to solve, when working with sheetmetal parts. The sheetmetal part has different features to be placed 360 degrees around a cylindrical object, for laser engraving purposes. So the thickness of the sheetetal is on paper irrelevant - so ideally so thin it is just visible on the assembly.The dimensions of the sheetmetal part matches the diameter of the object and so does the features on it - atleast theoretically. The sheetmetal bend is set to 360 degrees and to keep the dimensions on the inside of the bend.But, when assembling the sheetmetal with the cylindrical object, I get small inaccuracies on the technical drawing of the assembly - the angles between the features do no longer match, which is an issue on the given task.I have found out that changing the thickness of the sheetmetal impacts the position of the features, even though the part is set to keep the dimensions on the inside of the bend, and I do not know why. I am worki

Hi all,I am currently working on having a manufacturing execution system (MES) my company uses to writeback values to one of the PLCs it talks to. Our MES is on a virtual machine, let's call it APP014 & Kepware is also installed on this server. RSLinx/our OPC topic configuration is held on a separate server, called "GE".Our current communications configuration is using Kepware as a middleman to talk to RSLinx (in other words, Local Kepware to Remote RSLinx) so that we can retrieve tag values from our PLCs. This is done as a read only process; we are using these tag values to provide real-time data to our MES. However, OPC writeback has never been implemented.Contacting the OEM of the MES, I am able to writeback tag values to the Kepware OPC server, but I would need a separate functionality that writes the values from the Kepware server back to RSLinx, in order to edit tags in the reverse.Does anyone know a way to perform this?Thanks!
