I try to upgrade from Codebeamer 22.04-SP7 to 22.10-SP10.The normal upgrade instructions ( https://codebeamer.com/cb/wiki/14336941  ) don't work. I encounter an error when starting codebeamer:  java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: Table 'codebeamer.tracker_configurations_temp' doesn't exist   I then found another instruction which says that I have to perform a 2 phase upgrade: https://codebeamer.com/cb/wiki/29928667I did set the CB_trackerConfigUpgrade_preUpgradeEnabled environment variable by modifying /etc/profile. Then I logged out and back in again.Then I restarted Codebeamer 22.04-SP7. But the update of the tracker configurations does not start. And the new table tracker_configurations_temp is still missing. Please help

I am using the Creo Parametric 5.0.0.0I am using the ProTK Toolkit APIS to get the information from the model.I have a PVZ model where it looks like this model has facets data and no surfaces in it.To get the geometry data from the surface we use ProSolidSurfaceVisit which gives a call back to user defined function with surface as argument. I am trying to get the Facet data by using the ProSolidFacetsetVisit API, I am getting the call into the call back function with the facets set information and app data information.Can anyone help me to get the geometry data out of this facets set,Its better if I get a sample code fetch the geometry data within the callback function from Facets. I have attached the sample model PVZ part file. Thanks and regards.

We came across a strange issue in Windchill RV&S related to Long Text fields.Multiple users reported that the text entered in rich text fields disappear after saving the item. I got a chance to investigate on one of the items with this issue and I had following observations.1. Changes to the field values are visible in history tab but empty on the field.2. When I edit the item and save it without making any changes, all the values are visible again. Steps to Reproduce [I am not lucky to reproduce it yet]:We have an item type with multiple tabs. Users enter values for multiple rich text fields in tab 2, navigate to tab 1 and save it. Now all the values entered for rich text fields in tab 2 are gone and it is empty.The tricky part is this issue is not consistent. Does anyone have come across this issue ?

Hello, I have installed Creo 8 and choose to also install the c++ and java toolkit. When the installation is done, when I go to:   C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 8.0.1.0\Common Files\otk\otk_java, I dont have the library files, I have only the  otk_java_examples ,which have all the example files. But for  the c++ toolkit folder, C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 8.0.1.0\Common Files\otk\otk_cpp, I have all the library file and code examples..Did I miss a step for the Java toolkit installation ?? Thank you

The 1st error says "Creo Agent did not initialize correctly. Please contact Technical Support if this issue persists." which is followed by "Creo Parametric Student Edition (for educational use only) is shutting down because it could not run the Quality Agent, which is required in this edition. If you call Technical Support about this problem, report error 0x06000012." I have tried deleting/redownloading Creo-10, as well as Creo-8. I tried looking through the Community forums, but no luck yet. I didn't have any initialization issues when I first downloaded Creo 8 a year ago, and I don't recall "disabling all firewall, anti-virus, and anti-spyware software" when I did that download. Good day everyone, Since morning, I have tried connecting to a session from Real Wear HMT-1 & Navigator 500 to no avail. After entering the session code, it stays in a loading page. No option to join the session. We are using the latest version 4.25.0 in all of our devices.  We made some test using different connection methods (different wifis, mobile data) but had no success.It just worked using the app from a mobile phone.  Is anyone else having this issue using RealWears? Newbie to Mathcad here and I'm struggling to find a tutorial for how to insert this table into Mathcad:- 'a' and 'b' are the length and width of a steel plate which will be defined values, but how do I replicate this table to then linear interpolate and give me outputs for both k1 and k2? Am I asking too much of the software? Thanks in advance

Hello all, I'm currently writing a custom JSP to summarise changes resulting from a Change Notice, I've managed to pull all the required data into the report except for Assigned Usage Expression (e.g. 'COLOUR= "GREEN"), which I'm struggling to get, does anyone know of an API method to retrieve this? I've tried:WTPartUsageLink.getExpressionData() - Returns null,  seems to just return the ExpressionData field from the WTPartUsageLink table,  which is completely empty, guess it's a redundant field ExpressionHelper.getDisplayExpression(Expressionable,  WTContainerRef) - Returns "{Display : "" , invalid: false}", not sure why it's taking a WTContainerRef argument as this shouldn't make a difference to the returned expression, so maybe it's not doing what the method name implies.CS384380 states that there's no supported API to achieve this, however that's not to say there isn't one available. Worst case, I could always build the expression through QuerySpec

Currently I have a contact model that consists of two separate bodies. One body is fully fixed and assigned a linear elastic material with steel properties. The second body rests on top of the first and has a fully defined elasto-plastic material. This was defined using developed test data. My problem comes when I am trying to enable "Plasticity" in the static analysis. The option is completely greyed out and unavailable. The material is both assigned to the model and to the correct body. Has this issue been reported previously or is there something I am missing?  I have tried a variety of solutions such as assigning all bodies the same elasto-plastic material, suppressing features that could cause issues (grounded springs/Links). Neither solution yielded any results. Even when using the elasto-plastic material definition I receive the same error seen below. I have attached a screenshot in this post. Please have a look at it. The value of one of my property just goes away and contains no value. Its really strange behaviour. Does anyone knows whats an issue here?? It just goes away after few days and i have set it again always..    

Is there any way that i can store the state of this parameter in expression. I dont have anything to bind it from my mashup. So in the screenshot you can see that i have bool which has default value true and i just want it to change every time i use this function. For example I change the state to false then again next time i evaluate i turn it into true.
