I am not able to raise a PTC case as it is showing only Mathcad as an option under the Support Assistant title. Requires further dropdown options related to PDM. 

A friendly hello,In the attached calculation it is easy to see from the angle sums (they must be 180°) that coarser starting values produce less precise results. Are there settings in MC14 that achieve good calculation results even with coarser starting values? Currently, the iteration can only be made successful in the sense of a fixed point equation with almost exact starting values.

It is clear that when viewing a part with only Vendor parts linked to it that the Sourcing Status is showing "No AML". It is true that it lacks an mfg list but why not move up the Vendor status?   Seems they missed the opportunity to show more such that there is a AVL and it has sourcing status. You can use different icons but just stopping at the AML seems wrong to me. What say you? Do you see this as a bug or a gap in functionality? I'm not able to assign the output of the solver to a variable.  I can do it with other examples, but it doesn't work with this expression.  What am I doing wrong?  

Hello everybody, can somebody help me? I'm using Arbortext 8.2 but can't preview or export PDFs because the PTC Arbortext Publishing Engine isn't configured. Somebody can provide me steps on how to fix this error.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.1We have a representation on an EPMDocument published with a custom AutoCAD Worker. The publishing works flawless, but since customer needs DWG in representation (beside the published PDF) we found that the PTC ThumbnailWorker prefers the DWG for thumbnailing over the (monochrome) PDF which results in coloured PDFs.Do you have any advise to get the PTC (OOTB) ThumbnailWorker to use the PDF (instead of the native DWG in representation) for creating thumbnails?

Im trying to round the inner bottom edges of this tank. It has this small pipe leading out. When I apply round to it. It opens on either side of my pipe. How do I not have this? It doesnt show the holes in the preview but when I click accept it does. Im on creo 10.

Hi,I have a drawing on windchill/creo that I am revising. The current state is at "created" and rev "09". I made my revisions to the drawing but need to change the revision level to "10" instead of "09" before I release this revision. Is there a way to do this other than deleting the revision that I created and creating a brand new revision at "10" and doing my updates all over again?  Thanks!Paarth

Dear all, I am running into the strangest problem: for some reason in Creo 8.0.5.0, when I double-click a dimension in the Sketcher, I cannot edit it any more. The text input appears but disappears instantly again. Only when I am very, very fast in entering a new number, I can edit the dimension. There is no apparent reason why this happens, it started all of a sudden. Running in win32_gdi-mode, and re-installing Creo did not help. Has this been seen before?

When I open mathcad prime on my computer with Windows 11. The app shows up on the bottom dock but it does not open a new window. What can I do to fix this? I need to access it ASAP for a big project. It was working fine yesterday. Nothing changed except I am now physically out of the country. It doesn't even give me an "invalid lisence". Just a black screen.I have tried:1. force-quitting the app (with a right click on the bottom dock).2. Force-quitting from task manager. (It always appears to stop at 170, 175 MB of usage. Is it possible to pull data from a List Widget, using a Thing Group, to be able to bind to a contained (Dynamic Parent) mashup using the List Widget Entities. I am trying to force the John Doe Name from the list to then be linked to the Parent name as John Doe. How to export/convert Kepware Server EX Server Certificate with *.pfx extension. I exported server certificate to *.der file and tried "COPY to File" option to convert to *.pfx file but .Pfx option is grayed out, so can not convert it. Need help.

I have floating point data via modbus to my kepware, i want to take the hexa data from kepserver to thingworx. I tried to take the float data and convert it to thingworx but the result is not the same with the one in thingworx. Could anyone please help me on how to send the hexa value of my tag from kepware to thingworx? 

When I ran the conversion tool it converted mathcad15 statementto Prime 9 Statement which only works if a precede it with an additional variable definition where NPS1 is already defined.Any ideas why this additional variable statement is required for Prime9 but not Mathcad15?
