 Hi everyone,   I’m working on a use case where our SAP team wants to send data to ThingWorx via an HTTP API call. They will post the data as XML, and ThingWorx should receive it in a service, parse it, and store the information in a DataTable or Dataset.   However, I’m not sure how to receive the XML payload properly inside a ThingWorx service. When SAP calls my service endpoint, I don’t see any way to directly access the raw XML content — it’s either not recognized or comes as an empty input parameter.   What’s the correct approach to handle this in ThingWorx?   Specifically: How can I receive XML from an external system in a ThingWorx service? Do I need to configure a specific Content-Type header (like application/xml)?     If anyone has done SAP → ThingWorx integration with XML payloads, I’d really appreciate an example or best-practice recommendation.   Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone, I’m trying to configure a tag of type LLong (Signed 64-bit Integer) in KEPServerEX 6.18 for a Modbus TCP/IP device, but I’m running into an addressing issue. My setup:Channel: Modbus TCP/IP EthernetDevice: Custom Modbus server running on Raspberry Pi (C#)The server exposes a 64-bit signed integer, stored correctly on the Modbus side.When I attempt to add a tag with data type LLong, KEPServerEX refuses any register address I enter. Hi all, We are in CREO 10.0.7.0. Since Creo 8, we can no longer keep the symbol palette open.As soon as a symbol is placed, it closes immediately. I don't recall the symbol palette behaving this way in previous versions.This seems to be the normal behavior of Creo. Is there an option to keep it open? How do you add multiple symbols consecutively without having to reopen the palette from the Annotation ribbon?Best regards Dominique

Hello,I have an electronic board on which I'm trying to create a surface across all the pads. I can with the projection tool into the sketch but this is very tedious. I did it on 3 pads to give you an idea, but the surface should be present on all the grey pads. This surface will be use in creo machining for programming a laser machine in order to clean the pads. I try to create a section then a curve from it but I can't fill in the curve...Do you have any ideas ? Thanks in advance 

We switched to Creo Parametric 11.0.5.0 on Monday.Now we’ve noticed that when we save an assembly that hasn’t been modified, all the contained parts and assemblies that are in an older Creo version are also being saved. In one example, 160 out of 211 Creo files were saved. The config.pro save option is set to save_objects changed_and_specified. Even save_objects changed has no effect.The problem is that our document management tool “Workspaces Desktop” from the company Contact interprets this as a change and now considers all these documents as modified, wanting to save them or even re-index documents that have already been released. That would be disastrous.Has there been an adjustment on PTC’s side? This behavior was definitely different in Creo 9 and previous versions! It’s not related to versioning. External SCM commit items attached to a task item is not visible under the traceability tab of a work item, even after checking the show external SCM checkbox.I have linked CB with Github using external SCM repository option.I was able to get these items before updating to version 3.0, is there anything i am missing?

Can someone point me to where these data are stored in Operator Advisor's equipment configuration UI? I need to find it so I can migrate it to a different location in a DB. Same for the attachments and other data on the general information page once equipment is clicked, but we can start here.

If not built-in, is it possible to write a script to do that? The need is to replace drag-drop from pane to text that could be annoying with long panes.The need is not to copy the model element but its token as used in text fields (like Description of requirements, ...) I haven't any command in the IDE.I looked at Automation API of model elements but haven't found any clipboard-related operations.Dumping the content of the clipboard after copying a token gives internal info that is maybe not appropriate (as too much linled to internal PTC Modeler deisgn):=== Available Clipboard Formats === [49161, 49293, 1, 16, 7, 13, 49171]I guess PTC Modeler uses custom types [49161, 49293 and 49171] to store internal bytestream representation of the token that could be pasted. Thank you for your support
