Hello,I am currently working with Creo Parametric (Educational Edition version 11) and encountered an issue regarding the default file-saving location. After creating a few models, I found that files were being saved to C:\Users\<username>\OneDrive\Documents instead of the folder I selected in This PC\Documents. To resolve this, I moved all the Creo files from OneDrive to a new folder located at C:\Users\<username> and updated my working directory settings in Creo accordingly.After doing so, I deleted the OneDrive folder from C:\Users\<username>. However, when I relaunched Creo, I received error messages (image uploaded), even though everything appears to be working properly—I can create new models and edit existing ones without issues.Could you provide guidance on how to fix this issue or if there's anything I missed in the process? Should I expect any future problems as a result of these error messages, or is this something I can safely ignore?Thank you for your tim

I am trying to write out the correct If statement that would calculate the Fb value depending on the user selected C value for whichever conservation criteria they choose. I have defined Fy and C and this Fb calculation would be down below this area to feed into further calculations in the document. EDIT: This is in Prime 11.0

Hello, beginner here! Can someone please help and tell me how I can generate a table or vector for my values a_hoch and a_l? I want Mathcad to calculate a_l dependent on a_hoch for different a_hoch. Is there any possibility Mathcad can do that so that I dont have to type everything individually?So in the picture a_hoch is 460. But I also want solutions for 461, 462, 463, and so on... I hope someone can help me. Thank You in advance! 

My company is changing how we do manuals.  We are currently making them in Adobe InDesign and we are looking to go to Arbortext DITA2.0 utilizing a bookmap and ditafiles/images stored in folders in Windchill.But, I can never seem to get the images to work right in Arbortext.  The best that I can get is blue text that looks like a link, but not the actual image itself.Our manuals have repeated use of safety icons, and hundreds of images.Creating the manual outside of Windchill in a local environment works fine. I assume it is something I am overlooking. Thanks,John

I am a student at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Robotics (FIIR) at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. I have a license from my school, it is valid but creo 12.4.0.0 does not recognize it, i have removed it once and reinstalled it. Please help me.

When I try to run setup.exe to install the student edition of Creo 8.0 it asks me if it can make changes to my computer but then does nothing when I say yes. I am looking for some help with updating the value of an attribute that exists on resulting objects of a change activity through the use of an expression robot in the workflow of the change activity. Exercise 6 - Build Display Data - the ReflowOvenMonitor is missing in the project.  The directions are to select Mashup "ReflowOvenMonitor" which does not exist in Mashups Browse list.  There is not direction on how to create the mashup.

I've been asked to run some dependency scanning on existing repositories. From what I can tell, scanner is looking for pom.xml where we declare the packages were we reference. I know Windchill itself is based on a number of open source packages but cannot seem to find that. Is there a list of this anywhere?  I kept getting directed to the Release Advisor. Not sure what I was looking for was listed there. 

I am using Creo Parametric Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.0.0I want to create a limit belnd between 14 sections, the first one is a rectangle the others 13 are rectangles whose upper edge has been replaced by an arc. Creo doesnt allow me to do that. Why? whant can i do?

Hi,is it possible to perform a calculation based on an if-statement in a drawing repeat region relation?Prerequisite:Model units: mm Kg s I would like to multiply mdl_pro_mp_mass by 1000 if model parameter mass_unit is set to g instead of kg. Something like this:mass_display = mdl_pro_mp_massif mass_unit == "g"mass_display = mdl_pro_mp_mass * 1000endif It's only the IF that doesn't work; the calculation works fine if tested separately. It works in a Post Regeneration relation in the model (using pro_mp_mass instead of mdl_pro_mp_mass), but I would like to not add the relation in the model. Tested on both Creo 9.0.3.0 and 11.0.6.0 Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! 🖖

Hi There, We are planning to move from Windchill PDM Essentials 11.1 M020 (since this has no more support since January 2023)  to   Windchill PLM 12.1.2.1 We plan to provide/implement a "Disaster Recovery" during this fresh install/upgrade Is there any document to guide us through the exact steps + the architecture involved in this? Im unable to open my Mathcad Prime 11.0.1.0 Student Edition. The app randomly crashed on me one day and when I tried opening it again, it does not do anything. No white screen, no error message, nothing happens. I've tried installing Mathcad Prime 10 but I am unable to use the files that I have in older editions. I've tried multiple things:- I've uninstalled and reinstalled.- Deleted Files and tried running it.- Tried running it using different compatibility modes.- Tried running it as an administrator.- Created Backup files.- Nothing worked.- Restarted computer Again, I'm not sure how to fix this. If you could please assist me with this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Hi, I used to use Publish Geometry and skeletons with my Creo3 Advanced XE.I now have a Creo7 Essentials licence.One of Optional Modules : #Optional Modules = ASSY_PERFORMANCE.But it seems that I can't use Published Geometry.Is this normal?Any advice?Thank you 

Hello everyone! Is there a way for select only a portion on a line? For example I want to select one portion of the line with one style and another portion of the same line with a different style. For now i can only select the whole line. In the screenshot i want the part in violet to be a different style from the green one part. Creo allow me to only select the whole line. I found this Advanced Selection Functions  but i can't find this menu, can you please tell me how i can activate it? As always thank you 

Hello,I'm currently working on Creo3.I have a licence file for Creo7 (permanent) that I need for a new client.I d'ont have subscription anymore.When I'm trying to add this licence file (txt) while installing Creo7, installer seems to freeze.File is for my computer.Should I remove my previous licence ?But I'm afraid to can not be able to work...Thanks 

Hi, I'm not able to show a component placement dimension (distance constraint) on an assembly drawing in Creo Parametric 10.  Would anyone know what config option needs to be changed or what I need to do to allow dimensions related to component placement to be shown?  I'm able to show dimension for feature internal to the part only. Thanks for any help you may provide,Don A
