Hello users, I'd like to display the data (property value(s)) that change over time near/in-place of markers. I've already established mashup linking to that markers upon marker double-clicking by which the new mashup pops up. The issue is with displaying the data near/in-place of markers and displaying names near markers. Kindly look at the below image which elaborates my requirements.

Hi all,   We recently updated Windchill to CPS26 and not it seems DTI has an issue while checking out Excel and PPT files. For Work it works fine. We are using Microsoft Office Professional plus 2016.   Did anyone have this issues until now?

Do you guys have any idea why I can't access "Dimension properties" of shown model dimensions in drawing? It works with dims created in drawing but not with shown dimensions. Double-click does nothing and when I right-click there is not even "Properites" option in that menu

We are using ILM 10.9 on Server with a 10.4 Client providing via Terminal Server (Citrix), to allow especially for external Partner Access to Integrity without the Need of local Tool Installation. Server-sided we use as Default Setting the Working Timestamp as Revision Timestamp. We now face the issue that from time to time the Timestamp within the Sandbox differs from the Timestamp stored on the Server.  Testing this issue more detailed it doesn't matter whether we use the Resync-Option "Restore Revision Timestamp" or not, syncing data lead randomly to such Timestamp deviations, usually with only 1 or 2 Seconds.   Does anybody have an idea of Root Cause? Can it be avoided? (If I could force the behavior, I would create a case ....)   Hoping on a usefull hint, Klaus

Hi, I have a pick list that has the option "allow multiple values" checked. I would like to use this field for another item type, but with "allow multiple values" deactivated (single selection only). Is there any possiblity to do this with the same field or do I need two different fields?   The "overrides for fields" can not change this property. With the types contraints I do not see how to do it. Is a trigger the only option? But using a trigger, the GUI still would show that field as multiple value?   Any ideas? Thx, Timo

I would like to take numerous cross sectional slices through the same regions of several models to compare their relative areas.  Each model would have the same basic shape; it would just be different forming stages.   Would there be any shortcuts in obtaining this information? 1) There will be up to 10 planes that would be somewhat equally spaced along a central curve that does have some lock and side to side variation. 2) There will be 4 different models that I want to compare areas increment by increment through each of the 10 planes.   Being of limited knowledge in this area the only way I can see this done is perhaps assembling all the models together and building the planes within the assembly.  After this I would need to build 40 separate sketches which I would need to fill to obtain each of 40 sketches to get the needed areas.   I know there has to be an easier way.      

Hi, I am using the ThingWorx v8.2. What is the ThingWorx sco and how to incorporate it with ThingWorx? Is there any extension available for this? I know that the manufacturing apps has the sco extensions and it is used for assets.  But Can we incorporate the SCO functionality in standalone ThingWorx? I have few questions like:   1) What is a connected asset in ThingWorxSco? 2) What are included in ThingWorx sco Enterprise subcription? 3) What are they refering to 15 users is included in Enterprise platform in Thingworx SCO? Hi, I need to update property of one infotable based output of other infotable. Scenario : I have infotable with property Boolean type and its value should set to true if other property of strng type value matches output of 2nd infotable.   Example : infotable1 properties : isSelected(Boolean) , Name (string)  infotable2: Name(string)   if Name matches in infotable1 and infotable 2 then isSelected in infotable1 should set to true.   Can some one help me how to achieve this?   Thanks, Lakshmi

Hello, Is there a possibility to get the orientation of the mobile device? I would like to adapt the size of the pictures and buttons dependign on the orientation of the mobile. Is there any event sended if the orientation ist changed? Thanks for help!

Hello,   I need to find roots of a periodic equation by making initial guesses of x and assign the derived roots in "a". But, Mathcad is saying " the value must be a scalar". I tried to post an idea to Creo and I got "An Unexpected Error has occurred."   I tried both in Chrome and with IE and I received the same message. Has anyone else tried recently?  Looks like the last idea was last Friday.

I had to revert back to using freeware after hitting this snag with Prime 4.0... I don't understand what the difficulty is at step 5. Troubleshooting further down the page was successful after using new variables, so it seems to be a problem with my variables...   I even tried clearing the variables like my reference "Essential PTC Mathcad Prime 3.0" textbook suggests. Any help would be greatly appreciated in getting me back going... 

Hello,   I tried to implement a Time Series Chart today and somehow no data is shown even though I read through a lot of posts on here. In the following I will describe what I did:   1) Created a new Project and put the chart onto the 2D Canvas. 2) Under External Data I imported the Car1 Thing and the Service GetPropertyValue and QueryPropertyHistory. 3) Under QueryPropertyHistory I attached "All Items" to the chart on my Canvas and selected "Data" for Select Binding Target. 4) Under Configuration I selected "Invoke On Startup" and "Auto-refresh". I did the same on GetPropertyValues. 5) For the chart I selected "timestamp" on the X-axis and "RPM" on the Y-axis.   When I'm in the Composer I can't test the Services because I'm using a Trial-Account.  The Bar Chart and Gauge work just fine.   I played around with the Parameters which looked like this:   I also played around with the Event "ServiceInvokeComplete" but no luck as well. Is there a way to create a certain texture for the exterior of CREO part, so that it looks more alive, spatial and more 3D, and not flat and bland, like a bunch of black lines on a white paper. Something that can be picked from the RENDER menu, under APPEARANCE GALLERY, the same way one can change a color... To be more exact, can a part made to look like wood, like metal, like stone, etc. etc. even if not very artistically and not aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Technically correct should suffice... And something that would appear nice in a "NO HIDDEN" view or even in a "SHADING WITH EDGES" view/print-out... Thank you, Colin. P.S.
