i've been reinstalling my windows on laptop constantly due to hardware and software bug so what can i do to install the software again on my device ?

I'm creating a bar chart in ThingWorx, and I need the hours I display in number format to be shown in hh:mm format (converted values), but I haven't found anything about this in the community or in the widget documentation. Product: Arbortext Editor 8.2.2.1 I am working on an application that interacts with Editor, mainly the ability to tell editor to open specific documents and to specific locations in those documents. I have encountered a major annoyance when Editor is started via Windows Start menu and when Editor started by my application.  When Editor is started by my application, and I instruct it to open a document, the View -> No Tags option is enabled.  But if Editor was initially started via Windows Start, documents are opened with View -> Full Tags enabled.  If I manually change a No-Tags window to Full-Tags, any subsequent document my application opens is showing Full Tags. I am at a loss on why this happens.  Is there some Editor voodoo that occurs when it is started from Windows Start vs from another application.  When my application starts Editor, I give it no additional start parameters, just vanilla editor.exe. One thing I have

Hello,I have a network folder where the icon is in the path F:\Config\Creo\Splash\Icone.ico , when I go to put an image on the CREO icon on the desktop it doesn't appear, the folder has all the permissions because CREO is saved normally, but the image doesn't appear, what could it be?

Hello, I am trying to install RTPPM 9.7.1. Consider that I have an assembly model with me which is designed in a different CAD software (Eg.: SW, NX...)Now, I have imported that geometry into CREO environment. Now, I`d like to find out the mass properties, Centre of Gravity & Inertia of the same imported assembly. This is where the question comes in... Now, if I don`t define the material properties, is there any way to find out the above mentioned parameters??? Because I have heard that SW has this feature & I`m curious if CREO works this way or not.Please feel free to answer. I`d humbly appreciate your replies. CiaoSrikar Sarma

Hi Experts, I am just wondering is there any data inside the GOLF_CART product?I have installed the WC 13 successfully with demo and all other data load conditions are checked during the installation. Installation was successful but I haven't check GOLF_CART product.Now I can see it doesn't show up any demo data?No CAD documents and No WC parts etc   Can someone confirm it the GOLF_CART is having any data when we load a demo Data during the installation. or If I have missed anything or any sort of issue which can cause this?  It will be great help if get any suggestions on this as we are bit stuck here ... Feel free to leave comment if I have missed anything... Thanks in Advance.

Hello people 🤗 Mathcad 10 Prime User here,In my picture below you will see that the equation is giving me a very weird answer. I guess it has something to do with a vector problem, but I tried everything and can't figure out what the problem might be. And I also don't understand why my "header" is showing an error. The table from Excel should be my answer. Don't get confused by "yi"and "y" - it's the same thing, it can be ignored. I also send the mathcad pdf (i don't know why I can't send the actual file but anyways - it always said error) - all the equations are correctly written. Thanks for any help.Saro

Hi all, I'm facing an issue in my ThingWorx application (version 9.1.13-b1101) where the entire application becomes unresponsive when I rapidly switch between different menu items at runtime. It seems to happen when I navigate too quickly, before the current menu fully loads. The UI freezes completely and I’m forced to refresh the browser to recover. This behavior is consistent and reproducible, especially when navigating between menus itmes.Check All LogsApplication,Script,Communication but it should nothing.I would appreciate any suggestions on how to prevent this freeze or handle the navigation more gracefully.  

I'm encountering an issue when creating a new Manufacturing (MFG) part that has an equivalent part with an Image or Contributing Image link. According to the Help Center [link], this capability is intended to be used when creating a New Downstream Branch/Part. However, instead of retrieving the image-linked representation, the system is pulling the owner representation, which leads to incorrect positioning in the resulting structure.The main point I’d like to clarify is:Is it possible to create a new manufacturing branch/part without mispositioning, assuming the upstream part has an image link to the CAD Document?Is there a supported or recommended approach to ensure the image-linked representation is used correctly during transformation?Any guidance or best practices to avoid this behavior would be greatly appreciated. Note: build the mBOM from the Design Part works as expected. The issue only occurs when a new MFG Part is created.

Nothing too critical but documenting this for future. This is me after this week battling Windchill configuration: The latest saga is with SSO. I have my notes from last year which is pretty straight forward except now I am running RHEL 9.2, SELinux (we'll get to you later), Windchill 13.0.2.4, Shibboleth 3.5. When I went to configure Apache to load the Shibboleth modules, it failed to start with this error: 00-1mod_shib.conf: Cannot load /usr/lib64/shibboleth/mod_shib_24.so into server: /lib64/libldap.so.2: undefined symbol: EVP_md2, version OPENSSL_3.0.0 Jun 13 14:53:47 systemd[1]: windchill-httpd.service: Control process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE Now, I've seen this type of thing before on my 12.0.2 server. Greetings, Regarding the Creo AFX start_mdl.cfg file (start part information), is there a way to: Specify tolerancing standard  (ANSI/ASME or ISO/DIN)?Specify separate Part and Assembly parameters (our start part and start assembly parameters are slightly different)? We are currently using Creo 11.0.3.0. Thank you, Matt Steed

Hi all, I would like to know if someone can help me to give an direction what's the best path for me in Creo. Not fully new in 3d, was CAM programmer for over 10 years. (other program than Creo)Switched now to Additive Manufacturing, and would like to help the engineers with some questions. Only thing is i cannot design in creo yet. (did some playlists in the PTC learner, but that doesn't make me an engineer.)I would like to learn how to use the Topological designing and design for additive manufacturing. But i don't know what path is the best to walk. Hello,We are experiencing difficulties opening drawings directly from the model . Currently, our designers have to manually go to the server information(Windchill), navigate to the content tab, find the drawing reference, and only then open the drawing.Is there a way to use Creo JS to programmatically find the drawing reference associated with the current model in Windchill, and then automatically download and open it?Any advice or example scripts would be greatly appreciated! 

I want to understand the need for the memory allocation limits of 16 Gb for 64 bit machines?? i understand the need of having enough memory for the operating system, but now that machines with 32, 64 and even 128 Gb are comun. I am asking this because i have a model that the global matrix profile is around 100 Gb on the last pass of the MPA analysis and I am working on a machine with 128Gb of RAM

Hi Folks, I have a system of three coupled ODEs that I'm trying to solve in Prime 10.  I seem to have a  syntax error, but the help files are so terse, I can find an example to follow.  I'm sure I'm making a basic mistake, but I can't figure it out from the documentation. I'd be most obliged if someone could point me in the right direction. The attached file actually has two different solution attempts in it.  The first is a state space solution with rkfixed.  I followed a short example from the documentation, but it doesn't work.  The second is the uses odesolve in a solve block.  I'd be happy if I could get either one to work, but the solve block version seems like it takes better advantage of Prime's features. Edit:  I figured out the problem with the odesolve solution.  I defined three of the initial conditions incorrectly.  I wrote x1'(t)=0  rather than x1'(0)=0.  That just leaves the state space

Hi,I have a load of legacy MCD files that I wanted to convert to the new format to use. In the trial version I don't appear to have access to the full functionality of Mathcad Prime.To help me evaluate the software is there anyway I can use the XMCD, MCD converter tab to automate this? Hello newbie here, (user of Mathcad Prime 10.0)I wanted to ask if anyone can explain how to use normal Iteration in Mathcad. Like, I have different equations and I want to create 5 loops or "intervals" to get my answer. I always used "solve block" for iteration, but now this won't work. I want to create something like this: I tried asking AI but it only gave me nonsense.
