Hi all,I'm trying to union two infotables in my service but get a "Wrapped java.lang.NullPointerException Cause: null" error when I do. In my service I want to run a single query a variable number of times with a changes in 1 input parameter and then union them together. I do not seem to be able to do it. The infotable columns are exactly the same since the results are coming from the same query. Hello,I am trying to create a training with thingworx studio for AR/VR. But I can only select one sequence. I would like to advance to the next step only after giving a voice command or a gesture.How to add multiple steps in thingworx studio? Should the Steps or Sequence be binded?

Last night I decided to update to the latest datecode of CREO 3 on my CAD worker machine.  Instead of updating I reinstalled the software.  Now it is not connecting.  I've gone through all the threads on here that I could find and I'm not seeing errors where they are saying to fix.  So right now my CREO workers are down.  I have two workers configured on the same server.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I'm on Windchill 10.2 m030.  Thanks!

Hello, I am teaching an entry level freshman college class using Creo 3.0. I was teaching the pattern option for a simple plate and a 4 hole bolt pattern using the direction option in the patterning command. I discovered that the dimensions between holes will not display on the drawing using "Show Model Annotations". I changed the pattern option to dimension and this worked. Am I missing something or is this usual for Creo? I'm at 4.0 M020. In my previous life, I never got to make simple hole patterns.   Thank you, Jay Crook.  

Hi,   We are using Arbortext Styler 7 and I am confused by the result of the widow and orphan settings. It seems to work for paragraphs and tables. But I can't get it to work for other elements.   For instance, I added the rule on the element "bulletedlist" which has "listitem" as children, which in turn has "para" and the likes. I want a rule on the bulletedlist to keep at least two listitems together. I have several similar cases where I want to add a widow/orphan rule on a parent element.   Am I doing something wrong, or do I need to add a feature request in the idea section of this community?

I work at a company who is switching to a CAD driven Windchill (ours is 10.2).  We have tons of legacy Windchill part numbers that were created with an AutoCAD drawing and never had a Creo model.  Over the years, the versions of some related objects have drifted apart.  For example Shaft 1 is at G and Shaft 2 is at H.   We try our best to align the CAD model version and the Windchill part version to reduce confusion among our designers.  This works fine except with Family Tables.  Is it possible for instances to have different versions in Family Tables or is that something that just can't be done?  Thanks! 

I'm using Windchill 10.2 M030-CPS04 and have installed Creo View 3.0.  I do not have a full version of Creo running on my computer.  When selecting an assembly in Windchill a separate window opens with the following message:   Install Creo View Client Stop Checking for New Versions   It seems Windchill doesn't know Creo View is installed.  Any ideas on how to resolve?  Thanks.  

Hello all, I recently got my Premium license for Creo 4.0 and was extremely excited to start using the new rendering system... unfortunately, every time I click the button, it hangs infinitely in Creo, and eventually my computer stops responding altogether. I don’t have a computer that is in a certified configuration, but it’s also not like I’m on an ancient machine either. Other than this, I can use Creo 4 fine as far as I can tell. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Hi All, I am trying to code on Pickers where upon clicking on Find Picker icon for a field the user should be able to see Find Participant wizard opening up where the user will have a drop down to search either for users or groups. Upon searching for users/groups the user can see multiple results in the search results table and the user can select multiple users/groups and view the same in the field corresponding to the Find picker. Hello All, I am working on a Customization project to calculate the Scrap percentage of a sheet metal part and Listing all features. But i am not able to pull the total length and width of the part after flat pattern operation automatically. I am able to pull the thickness of the part from CREO but is there any way i can get the total length and width of the part after flat pattern.   Note : When i am creating a new sheet metal part in CREO-3.0 after doing Flat Pattern. I saw that 2 Restricted Parameters are getting created which is listing the Total length & width. Is it possible to pull these 2 values.   Using the option Flat Pattern Preview i am able to see the values but i cant get hold on to those.   Any Suggestion will be very helpful.

Hi,I have MyCustomThing having (employees) infotable as property, and script-service  to fetch data and set that infotable property.On Mashup, when i call GetPropetryValue() and map this Infotable(employees) to the grid, then data loading into grid.But selected Row values are not having data of selected row to load Gauge widget or label.Is there anything i am missing.It will work, if i set service return type as infotable and map to Grid.

Hi For some personal reason, I have reinstalled Thingworx. I made a document of the process that I had previously installed, so I proceeded to install it by referring to the document. Strangely enough, however, Deploy will stop Tomcat in 1-2 seconds If i delete ThingworxStorage and backup space in the root folder and delete Thingworx in Tomcat's webbase, Tomcat will run again. However, when you deploy Thingworx, it stops. Thingworx used ThingWorx-Platform-Postgres-7-3-10, Version of Tomcat 8.0.45 jdk is 1.8.0_131 jre is also 1.8.0_131 The operating system is Windows 7. Simple ThingWorx-Platform-H2-7-3-10 is good for Deploy. I have attached a setup ppt document that I created. Thank you for your solution to this problem.

HelloI can create mashups and login windows for specific organizations only via FormLogin in Thingworx.Is it possible to configure the login page for that person?For example, to access MashUp you need an account for Thingworx.So I thought.If you create another web page and then create an account on that page, it will put information about the account into the database and fetch the information to create another user in Thingworx.And I want to access MashUp directly based on that account information.So what should I do?When accessing Thingworx / Mashup / MashUpname, is it possible to omit the login window and access the MashUp when passing the  parameters?I need your helpOr any other opinion?thank

I have installed Oracle 11g, SID is Wind, and Oracle 12c, SID is Wind12, on the same computer.That works fine. and does not cause any issues when I use Windchill 10 and Windchill 11 from different servers. This is in an out-of-the-box installation setting with no production data. Now I want to do an upgrade to Windchill 11 of my production system on the same computer that is running Windchill 10. I am experimenting with a rehosted system. If I use a new loadpoint for Windchill 11, and a different Windchill name, like Windchill11, is that possible? It would make life simpler for my upgrade if I can. If I cannot do that, then I would need another server, which I do not have, nor the money to buy. Due to company policy, we do not run virtual servers on our production side of the house, which is a classified network with no internet access.

In the actual Approve Promotion Request task, the Requested Promotion State is not included in the attributes on the task page, but it does show up on the email notification.  I put in a ticket but they said there is no way out of the box to add that attribute to the task.  Bizzare.  So I already put in a request to Product Ideas to get that functionality.  In the mean time, can someone with java expression knowledge help me include this in the instructions of the task?  I am not really clear on what I need to do for that.  I did see someone posted something similar, but I'm not sure how I get this work.    PromotionNotice pn=POB; String matuarityState=pn.getMaturityState().getDisplay()toString();   I add an expression robot on the workflow Approve Promotion Request task.  On the Expression page, what do I write?  Can someone help me out?
