Hello all,We're running 10.2 M030 and have customization to create .pdf and .dxf as Attachments to the drawing EPMDocument on publish.The created attachment .dxf scaling is according to the sheet sizing when it should be 1:1. On the visualization server the SW Export setting was initially wrong, but enabling Scale output 1:1 did not help, ie. we tested that if just setting this correct with the user running the worker would fix the issue. A .slddrw was opened on the server, exported as .dxf with scaling 1:1 enabled and resulting .dxf was ok when opened. Assumption was that once Enable is selected it is then the default for the user running SW.So the question is which setting does the worker look for when creating .dxf?

Hi,I am having an issue where an assembly that is fully constrained now produces a graphical issues that shows every nut, washer and screw as though it is under-constrained. The constraints are still present and creo thinks they are in the correct physical location but visually, they are not. For example, if I were to select any of the imaged bolts below, I would have to move the cursor to the location where the head should be (butted up to the washer) and if I tried to select it from what I see, nothing would happen.I have tried regenerating, repainting and it is an issue that has remained over multiple days, so the classic 'off-and-on again' hasn't solved it.If anyone could provide insight, I would be truly grateful because this is a large assembly and I don't fancy having to re-constrain everything again!Running Creo 3.0 and Windchill on a Windows 7 Desktop.Thanks in advance!Nick,Running Creo 3.0 and Windchill on a Windows 7 Desktop.

Hi everybody I have an issue with Creo Distributed Batch 2.0. I'm running Creo Distributed Batch 2.0 (in standalone mode) to generate my project documentation automatically. The software runs fine on my laptop but crashes on my office computer. Whenever I try to start a task group I get the following error message: "dbatchs.exe has stopped working" I attached a screenshot of the crash window. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hi everyone,Can someone help me with rehost utility 3.0 M010 on setting properties that would preserve JNDI Adapter configuration that connects to Microsoft Active Directory LDAP. Last time I was testing rehosting with rehost utility 2.0, all settings disappeared and I had to do manually the configuration of the adapters. I am trying to figure out why Creo doesn't output surfaces to STL.I considered this to be normal until I used MeshMixer to generate support.If you leave those supports as faceted surfaces, they are preserved in the STL output.Does Creo have an INTF setting that makes surfaces optional on export?

Is PDM Link mandatory for running Project Link? I am more interested to understand if Project Link can work as a standalone collaboration tool.

I've recently received several Creo models and drawings. In a few drawings I've noticed that while some dimensions are displayed as 5.00 they are actually 5.001325334....   Is there anyway I can quickly find such dimensions without having to manually interrogate each one? I can then fix these dimensions in the model.

Hi all,I am getting an error as all evaluations resulted in either an error or a complex resultwhen I try plot a 2D graph in which,x-axis ranges from 0.01 to 1y-axis is logarithmic.I attached my code below.Could you please tell me how to overcome this error ?y-axis must be logarithmic and x-axis is normal values ranging from 0.01 to 1.

I have the situation, that release candidates of the software are checkpointed and labeled. If now a release candidate is verified and accepted as the final release, I'd like to add the release label to this checkpoint and all its sub-projects as well, like the checkpoint command does. Unfortunately I could not figure out how to do this. The command "addprojectlabel" just works for the current location in the project tree, but does not add the label to the sub-projects contained within that folder. I tried the following command:si addprojectlabel --label="LabelOfSWRelease" --projectRevision="LabelOfReleaseCandidate" --project="e:/a/path/to/a/project/within/a/PTC/project.pj" --hostname=servername.domain.com --port=1234The hostname and port options are just to access a specific server and is not always required. I have been experimenting with adding the Windchill version parameters for the drawing and model version to the drawing format and ran into a couple of issues. I was wondering what work arounds anyone has to deal with this situation?Steps Taken:Create formatAdd two parameters to format:&PTC_WM_VERSION:D for the drawing version&PTC_WM_VERSION for the model versionIssue 1: New drawing with format.Create a new drawing.Choose a model.Choose format from above steps.ISSUE: the drawing version will not fill out correctly because the drawing has not been saved yet and therefore does not have the necessary parameters.Known workarounds: One is to manually add it back into the format. (Unacceptable, formats are supposed to save the engineer time and effort, not waste it.) Two: Save the drawing and Replace the format. What is the best practice for storing GPS Location data (Lon, Lat, Elevation) in a ThingWorx Location property of a thing using a subscription.Scenario:I receive an MQTT message with a JSON payload.  This is stored as a property in a thing based on the MQTT thing template (version 2.1).When the data of the JSON property changes the subscription should parse the data and update the location property of the thing appropriately.To test this I use http://owntracks.org/ and my own mosquito MQTT broker.I have no problem parsing the JSON or extracting the lon, lat values. I can even push the data into the location property of the thing (this funnily tends to disappear after a few minutes even though it has been set as persistant), but it does not store the value of the location property in the value stream.What am I doing wrong?
