Guys, what is the best practice for routing networks?  my cables will run between assemblies, so i routed my network in the top level.  now i have a bunch of missing references in my model when i open it.  is there a way to "fix" the locations in space in the cable assembly?  or a way to fix the network so it doesnt reference the top level?

How do I ensure that my AR models are anchored to the marker when they appear? Every model I've tried to use appears to be floating 'feet' above the marker that spawns their appearance. I have to rotate my phone from the table in front of me to the space over my head to see the model on screen. I've followed the tutorials and have used models from 3 different sources so I can only assume there are some settings that I'm missing somewhere.   My expectation is that unless I change the position of the marker to the model, esp in the Y-axis, the model should appear atop the marker.   I've attached a screen grab showing the best I've been able to accomplish by refining scale and position of the model. The model still appears to be 2-21/2 feet above and to the left of the marker.   Thanks, Andy

I really need help with this. It bugs me. When I go to open certain things (drawings, assemblies, whatever) I am given the pop up window that says "This object is read only as it is not checked out" and gives me a list of things to check out. I can find no rhyme or reason to what it wants me to check out. For instance, right now, I am trying to open a drawing of an assembly. The drawing is in a released state, the assemblies in the drawing are in released states. All I want to do is open the drawing. Why on earth would I be asked to check out two (not all, just two) of the sub assemblies?Any clues, hints, nudges in the right direction would be hugely appreciated. I'm sure there's some logic, I'm just completely missing it.

When printing an assembly in Creo 3.0 (be it to PDF or to PostScript) the print out is coming out in Wire Frame, with all hidden lines displayed. I want to print with No Hidden, which is the way I have the assembly displayed before starting the Print command. Is there a setting I am missing?

So we use the third atm. As thr third solution discribes we need the resource directory for every language we want to support. But in normal case the resources didn't change for languages. Only translation files changes. So we try to change to the second solution like:text (blue are folders) - toolkit.rbn file - german - - message files - resource - - all resource files - - all images - - german - - - resource translation files - usascii - - message filesBut this didn't work, he do not find the resources. Dear All,I am again coming to you with an issue I have related to work I am doing from a text book this time on the topic of integration as summation. The text book is trying to prove that integration is essentially the summation of an infinite number of rectangles. I have inserted images of the text in question as this is easier (sorry for this being sideways).The example looks at a simple graph of y=x as seen in the below images. The problem I am having is I understand the concept, indeed I know that to find the area under the line y=x can be derived algebraically by integrating x to give x^2/2 and calculating for x=4 and x=2 and taking one from the other to get an area of 6 units^2.However, following the example in the text book in the second image I can't see how the penultimate line of lim n to infin 4/n *n + lim n to infin 4/n^2*n(n+1)/2 gives 4 + 2 = 6. I can see that 4/n*n will give 4 as the ns cancel but on the other side I see that 4/n^2*n(n+1)/2 should give 4n^2+n/2n^2 would

Hello,I created a non-linear analysis, it runs but when I would like to check on the window "Run Status" is empty.I have the same issue when the analysis is done, the "Run Status" is always empty and it's impossible to see results like any results exist.I checked my configuration: interfaces, materials, mesh, constraints but I don't understand why it doesn't work and why I don't have any error messages.Do you have ideas of possible mistakes? We have a layer called Datum that has a rule in it that all created Datums shall get added to it automatically.  The rub comes when one of the datums you create turns into a set datum for Gtol's .   We would then like that datum removed from Datums and added to Gtol_datums. Is there any method to make this happen automatically ?  And if then rule setup is what is needed for layers
