I have a microcontroller that is sending REST calls to ThingWorx with the AppKey in the URL.  I have also been duplicating the call on Chrome's ARC.  It has been working for a couple months and this week it suddenly started asking for username and password when I enter the call through ARC.  All of the microcontroller calls are now failing with a 401 error.  We checked if any of our TWx settings have changed over the last week and they are all the same.  We did add a few users last week but the calls were still going through after we added them.Thank you for any suggestions or help.

I imported the relational database extension for DB2 connectivity, but the default JDBC driver class isn't what my organization uses to connect to DB2. We use another driver class called "com.ibm.as400.access.AS400JDBCDriver".  I tried setting this in the JDBC Driver Class Name field in the DB2 Thing configuration, but I wasn't able to query a database.  I have a Jar file that we typically have to deploy to use this DB2 connection driver and I assume I have to deploy this Jar file so that ThingWorx can see it and know it exists when I try to make a connection to a DB2 database.How do I deploy Jar file with ThingWorx/Apache so that I can use this JDBC driver?Here are my settings (some information has been generalized):

Hi, I'm using my thingworx as Administrator;a few days ago I deleted as accident a thing I was working on so I wanted to set permissions in order to avoid this to happen again.I setDesign Time -> Administratos (group) and Users (group) -> Delete [Deny]but I doesn't work, as I select my thing and delete it, it is deleted with no problems.Any help?

I am using the SendMessage service of a mail server thing. The following syntax will show the image in an email if I bring it up on my iPhone, but not if I open it up on my PC. Anyone know why? Also, how do I get the URL of a media entity? Hi. I have a structure which I'm trying to perform a linear static analysis in Simulate on. The structure is a series of rectangular frames with a sub-series of diagonal members. When I applied a transverse out-of-plane load, I found that the diagonal members were not actually "connected" with the rectangular frame, even though in the .asm the diagonal members actually intersect the rectangular frame. Hello,I want to use a motion skeleton in my design. I want to create mechanism like on the attached picture. I created body skeletons for all the bodies. GND, PART A, B, C. When I assign connection for body skeletons (In body definition dialog - not manually in component placement dialog) Creo doesn't recognise the mid pin. The two left PINs and Bearings are no problem but the center one. I tried to add circle to both PART A and PART B but unsuccessfull. I bought Creo 2 a couple of years ago and I now want to use manikins, from child to adult sizes as I work in Education furniture design. My maintenance agreement has now ended. Do I have to pay and where can I download them?

I used the 30-days free trial of MC15. During the MC15 installation I noticed that my existing MC14 was removed by the installer (why does PTC do that???). When the 30 days were over, MC15 showed me a notice to that effect. So I reinstalled my MC14 again to continue my work, but now my MC14 shows me that exact same notice and refuses to run. I uninstalled MC14 and MC15 completely and installed MC14 again, but that didn't help!...What must I do to get my MC14 running again? ++Lodie.P.S. I work under Windows 7.

I am attempting to create a mirror of the part shown in the attached image and it keeps aborting.  I have tried changing the accuracy to different settings with no success.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have an assembly of several parts and want to split some of the parts and then delete them. Referring to the attached figure, I have several parts which go past a rectangular frame which I've defined. Is there any way I can "delete/trim" these excess parts?Thanks

I'm creating a surface to surface round feature from one surface on a flat, to the other surface being a cylinder (diameter).  The cylinder surface shows up as two half, and the end of each half is right next to the surface i'm selecting.  If I do a small radius and it doesn't touch were the half's connect, i'm fine.  When I make the radius what it needs to be, and it goes over that connection line, I get an error.  There are 3 of these flats, 120 degrees apart.  The other two work out fine, because they are not next to were the cylinder connects.  Ids there anyway to make the cylinder as one, or is there a option in the radius creation that would help me.
