Back in early December, I downloaded all of the installation media that was available for WC 11.0 M020, and when I look at the list of available media today, 1/13/2017, the Service Pack download for M020 is not listed.  Even the webpage with the list of available software updates is missing the Service Pack listing despite the other M020 components being available.Is this on purpose to prevent installation of M020 or is this some "glitch" in the downloads site?

Hello all,   I am using swept blend tool to make a profile by defining different sketches as section of the blend, my task requires all the sketches to show inside the feature, no sketches are allowed externally on a model tree, its like when you click extrude feature it asks for placement of the sketch weher you select a plane and create your extrude profile and when you press OK the extrude is cerated with skecth inside it (internal skecth) rather than on outside of extrude feature, I want the same thing for swept blend and sweep feature for skectes to show inside. Please help   Thanks.

Hallo,does anyone know how I can show a route in the google maps widget?Or where I could find any documentation on this subject.I am able to show a static location in the map, but I cannot show a route.Should I create a thing to be my route. Hi,I am having performance issues with the attached worksheet and would appreciate any help/guidence. I am trying to calculate the deflection and stress along a pipeline during flooding / installation. I am relatively confident that the equations are correct, as the spreadsheet works for a single input of water depth (delta c). So the aim of this sheet is to rewrite it so that maximum water depth is calculated based on allowable stresses. I have managed to calculate the deflection, slope and bending moment, but the spreadsheet takes a long time to converge. I am looking for a more efficient way as I have passed delta c to all dependent variables and sure this is the issue. . Thanks in advance.Mike

I have a complex design program written in Mathcad 14 (15). I create 3 HTML formatted outputs - each output is stored in a variable. In Mathcad 14/15 I pass these variables along with a user chosen filename to a scriptable button. The script then takes the data and writes out the 3 HTML formatted files to the hard drive, appending a time stamp to the HTML and adding an extension to the selected file names. Works great!Now the problem is that Prime 3 no longer supports the scriptable buttons and the read/write functions in mathcad will only let one write out matrices of numbers - they will not write out a string variable. I have tried to work around the problem by creating an excel component, passing in the data into cells and then adding a button to the excel component that when clicked executes a VBscript macro. The issue is that Prime 3 hangs up and does not return to Mathcad with the time stamp that lets me know the files were written out. In fact any excel component that executes V

I'm hoping Mathcad might provide a solution.I've looked through the help files and performed various searches but to no avail. I see the "WriteDXF allows PTC Mathcad users to create 3D models mathematically then save them as DXF files, perfectly suited for incorporation into CAD assemblies."  But, I cannot locate documentation for how to do this.  I'm new to the community, so I may just not be looking in the correct area, but I've searched for "writedxf" in multiple locations on the site.  Is anyone using this command/feature that could give me some tips?  Many thanks, Jessica

Any hints on where to start would be helpful, since I have close to no scripting experience with Creo.In my work I make assemblies of various parts and later need to do drawings with BoM's, to do that I need to fill up table in parameters with part number, name and usage, I found its easier to copy that information in relations from spreadsheet that adds variable names which I'm doing at the moment, however, in bigger assemblies (20-40 parts, sometimes even bigger then that) doing that to every part takes tremendous amount of time, which decreases productivity by a lot.To achieve a task, I have some things that might help.Every part's name starts with it's number, which is also copy'able into relations. For example part's name is (123456 XXXX-YYY-BB-CCC-D, then text that I need to copy into it (name is needed only to know where I need to copy relations into) would be something like number='12

Has anyone used the PTC license required to enable Solidworks files in creo2 or 3?I have no problem opening Creo files in SW2017 but if I try and open a SW file in Creo3 it says I need some additional license.Does anyone with experience using both SW and Creo have any input?

My company has a need to create a report of routings being done in ProjectLink Projects.   Ideally we would like to report on the following:  (See Screenshots for examples.) Hello,     I am trying to setup a Jenkins build that will execute an Integrity IM command.  I have installed the Jenkins server on a Windows workstation that also has the Integrity thick client installed.  If I add the IM command directly to the Jenkins project, the error "Attempt to launch Integrity Client timed out" is returned.  I then created a batch file where I added the IM command and the result is the same.  PTC Support then suggested that I run the IM command from it's own instance.  When I execute the build this way, the job returns that it was successful.  However, the command was not executed.Does anyone have any other suggestions to try?Thank you,Paul Hartwig

Just polling to see what other companies do.  We are looking to create somewhere where uses can request access to Products and have that routed to a certain role within the product (like a Product Manager). Sharepoint has a feature that if you are denied access, there is a button to email the owner and request access. Something similar to that or a process where by you can request access for multiple people (list).  Our posture is to grant access only on a need to know basis.  Does your company have this rolled into PDMLink or have you created an outside process to manage requests?

I'm attempting to do a simple matrix subtraction operation and it doesn't appear to work.I just get the "Array Dimensions Do Not Match" error however as shown in the attachment, the dimensions clearly match.Not sure if it has anything to do with one matrix have double parentheses (not sure why as I didn't intentionally creat this) and the other having single.In any case, I've attempted multiple things including using the Vectorise but this doesn't resolve it.Any assistance greatly appreciated.Thanks.Wade

hello folks,I fail to find the cause of my problem.When fitting a function to measurement data, the continuous version; i.e. with x a dependent variable, it works like a charm. when I try the same piecewise; i.e. with the values from the data set, all but the last value are zero. Hello,when in my Parametric I create a new part/assembly, thanks to a config option I also have its drawing automatically created.The problem I have when I do the Save & Upload, is that the drawing takes its filename and number equal to those of the related part/assembly, but not the common name. So that I always have to go and rename it doing a copy paste of the common name.For example, you can see here in this video below (also attached to the post) that the common name of the drawing (in Windchill corresponds to the field "name") is equal by default to its filename, both when I do the simple "Save", and when I do the "Save & Upload": Video Link : 7503 How could I put it automatically equal to the common name of the part (that is "test_commonname" in this case)?ThanksBye

When I found out that Creo 4 was integrating Keyshot, albeit a stripped down version, in as a replacement for the old renderer, I was pretty stoked.  However I went to try and use it, and press-button and nothing happens!  I have reported the issue to PTC, but that might take some time.There was already an SPR, so I know I'm not alone, but I'd be interested to know if ANYONE has it working.  Also for anyone that comes upon this issue, it's nice to have a post (like this one) so you know you're not alone.I'd love to hear either way if you have it working (then it's worth me putting effort to try and sort out what's wrong with my setup) of it not... maybe if more people are having the issue, then we can get it resolved faster Thanks
