I have a user asking if it is possible to list what sandboxes another user may have created.  I know "si sandboxes" will list the ones on your own machine, however the user wishes to see the sandboxes on another machine, without physically accessing that machine.  any ideas?

Has anyone done this?  I have a request that a document type be transferred into Windchill (essentially getting rid of the document by not having primary content), the content would be entered as attributes.  The question is, has anyone done anything like this?  One of the attribute strings would need to be increased to allow 4-5 thousand characters.

Hi all, I have a pattern table and I want to show the decimal places of the angular dimensions to 3 decimal places. I have a slot that is .6° off the bottom of the part.  I have created a construction line between the ceter points of the two arcs.  When I try to dimension an specific angle it will only pick the end points of the line.  In Catia (my main program) I can choose a dimension type like angle before making the dimension and the program creates an angle dimension.  I can't seem to get creo to behave the way I would like it to.  That is forcing the dimension creator to limit it'self to an angle dimension.  How do I accomplish this task?  .I am converting parts from Catia into Creo and need to match the dimensioning scheme.  So an angle dimensoin is required.This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. Hello,I'm using the TWX Java client SDK to communicate with ThingWorx by extending ConnectedThingClient.  I would appreciate answers to any of the  following questions:Does TWX support encrypted websocket communication (wss)?  If yes, can you please point me to documentation for setting that up.I have an instance of a ConnectedThingClient which I can use to invoke a service by using the invokeService method.  Can I use this instance in multiple threads to simultaneously invoke several services?What's the recommended strategy for dealing with simultaneous requests?  Should I be queuing the requests and invoke the services sequentially or perhaps have multiple ConnectedThingClient instances?Thank you

I have found a bug, which is really terrible!Prim 3.1 caclulates wrong mean and stddev values. It correct in MathCAD Ver 15 M0300!Can anyone here verify this?

I run Visual Studio 2013 on Windows 7 64bit, I also use boost 1.55.0 and SFML 2.1. Google and a fellow superuser post didn't help me out. I got told to install c++ redistributable but that didn't help me either. I'm not that good with C++ yet so excuse me if I missed something. A: The D version is the Debug Runtime. msvcr110 means it needs to C++ 2012 runtime. The file is not redistributable so you need to install Visual C++ 2012 or the 2012 C++ Express Edition, too. I want to insert a whole document and I'm able to create that entity but when I want to insert it there happens to be an error saying, "[A11132] Insertion of entity &filename would make <book> in entity &filename out of context". What does that mean? How do I fix this problem?

Hey everyone,   I am working on a family table for some gears at work. I went through and made my model and when I go to dimension it we type in the nominal value (for this example 3.752).  After I have everything revolved and want to change the dimensions from nominal to limits I go into the dimensions tab set my upper limit at 0.004 and my lower at 0.000. This way when I type other members into the family I should be able to just type in the lower limit and when I get my drawing the upper should be automatically 0.004 larger (3.756).   So to recap my nominal is 3.752  (that I type into my family table) lower should be 3.752 upper should be 3.756   But, When I am doing this Pro E Wildfire 4.0 is changing my nominal dimension for 3.752 to 3.754 and changes the limits to upper 0.002 and lower 0.002, so for the first drawing it works out but now whenever I put a new member into my family they not the limits that I want. I would like to have feedbacks, more especially about WS cache management. let me explain my answer:   I add to my workspace from CS a configurable product, without dépendances. ----> so I have just the .asm file in my WS. I open this assembly in a simplified rep that exclude all components. ----> so in the cache WS, I have just one "sid... .wfcont" file. I open the "alternative configuration" feature (the below button), a window opens with 3 parts: options | model tree | graphic preview       when this Window opens, the cache will populate with one "sid... .wfcont" file per part. when this Window opens WITHOUT the graphic preview, the cache will populate only if I open a configurable module node.     so here is my answer: How can I configure PTC CREO to not show this third part? or, is there an option to not populate the cache until I do not create m

I have tried, but couldn't achieve simulating a cam where the roller-follower axis is perpendicular to the cam rotation axis.   I was able to make a cam connection using simpler cam where the roller-follower axis is parallel to the cam rotation axis, and drag it around in Creo 2.0.     But I'm unable to make a cam connection of something like this:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZUUYZ1a4e4&feature=youtu.be Which shows a barrel cam being dragged and follower following.
