When I increase the number of Iteration on page 5, ex. 250 to 2500 the program crashes, instead of giving an error message and stopping.

I am wondering if anyone knows a way to make a Bode plot that shows a y-axis on the left for db (amplitude) and a scale on the right for phase.  The Plot function does not support it, but I thought perhaps the "chart" function does since it does allow a second y axis scale on the right.  But as I understand it, this is not quite the case.  In the "chart" function it seems that the scale on the right is only a replica of the one on the left.  This function was very nicely supported in Mathcad 15.  Is there a way to do it in Prime 9?  Much appreciation for any thoughts/help!

I started having this issue today (my first time attempting to install creo). Since the first try I have uninstalled and deleted all license files then reinstalled Creo (using the same zip file I downloaded the first time).  Still getting the same issue.  The license I received yesterday results in an error message, the message is long but this seems to be the critical data:  License Request Failed for Feature... (-21) I am using the educational license fixed node (just followed the directions that I received when receiving the license). Any suggestions on how to get it up and running? Thank you 

When I created 3D dimensional marking in the Annotate module, the tolerance text height was the same as dimension text height. Usually, the tolerance text height factor should be 0.6, which means the tolerance text height is 0.6 times of dimension text height. I have set tolerance_standard from "ansi" to "iso", but the tolerance text height was still unchanged. Is there anyone knows how to change the tolerance text height in 3D annotate? Your help will be much appreciated!  

(Creo Parametric 10.0 ) Before I do the analysis definition, I already add a servo motor. However, I can only use the motor when the type of the analysis is position. And the right three buttons can't be used.

Hello, I have been using mathcad for years as a basic user, but do not have much experience using it for matrix operations or programming.  I am trying to create a worksheet that will allow me to feed in data in to several 3x1 matrices and then compare values of the elements of each matrix and then create a new matrix of only the largest values.  However, the resulting output of what I have at the moment is a scaler. How do I instead get a vector result? Please note that I am using Mathcad 15 (and not Mathcad Prime). Thanks!  

Windchill 12.0.2.12, pdmlink 12.0.2.7I have a requirement to update the creator name of a bunch of libraries in Windchill. The person that created the libraries is no longer with the company and automated emails/Library Details clearly show their name as a potential point of contact. Our users are confused by this and wonder why they never get responses to their emails (i.e. creator != librarian). Ideally, I want to change the name of the creator to a Windchill Admin Group participant, but just another current employee on that team will suffice - assuming we can change it again later. Of course, I can't simply edit that attribute, even after adding it to the layout. So, I'm guessing some code will be needed. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

In Thingworx 9.5 there is one feature of "RowSelection" that  is bindable.I want to control the grid property from none selection to multiple selection through this  Upon clicking the button, I pass the result as 'Multiple' to the RowSelection grid property and reset the grid on change. The issue is that I am unable to switch to multiselect.

Hello all, I am a fairly new user to Creo, so bare with me with some of the terminology, but I am having an issue with exporting a 2D sketch in Creo. When I export the file (shown in the pictures attached) and import it back into Creo the file shows up blank with only a picture of the DXF file that I was trying to make. I have tried importing the DXF on SolidWorks as well and this also results to the same issue. Does anyone know why this happening? Thank you in advance!

I am using :Creo Parametric 7.0.7.0 Windows 11 Professionnal Version 22H2I have a search.pro file and I specified its location with the search_path_file option in the config.pro file. The locations contained in the search.pro file contains standard parts that will never change. My issue is that when saving an assembly, I would like to save all the parts but not the ones contained in these locations. Is it possible to achieve that and how ?

I am creating a UDF of the J1926-1 feature on the end of solid round bar.When I run the UDF on other locations, the revolves and extrudes 'flip' and do not follow the way they were created.  Using the hole command, I have been able to create the spotface, drill depth, etc without any issues.  When I run the UDF, the helical sweep cut (thread) of the feature flips. I have created other UDFs of this same feature and all appear to work correctly.  Any ideas of what I am doing wrong?

I'm trying to write a short function in Prime 7.0 that will loop through data and populate multiple matrices and then stack them.Even though the matrices are the same size, I am getting a "The dimensions of these arguments do not match." error when using the stack function.I tried pulling sample matrices out of the loop and stacking them. That worked, as expected.Can you not use the stack function in a loop? Or am I missing something else?Thanks! 

When I go to the new Case Traker page, none of the support cases display.  When I select from that page "Revert to Legacy Case Tracker", it will at least show the filters I can use.     However, even when I do go to the legacy page it takes either a very long time to display the cases or not at all.  Most times it just keeps showing "Loading......"  Why isn't the new page or the old page working?

Since you are only able to have your licensed account on one account unless they're connected to the same network and with a different subscription, is there a way for me to inactivate the license on one device and activate the subscription on another? Right now the account is on my desktop but I need it on my laptop.

Menu Icons are too small in Arbortext Editor 8.2.0.0 than in Arbortext Editor 8.0.1.0.   I tried to troubleshoot by replacing ..\bin\x64\editor.exe from 8.0 to 8.2 at installation location and Icon size changed to normal as in 8.0 version.

We are trying to incorporate ECAD data into windchill and have been having a difficult time. We tried schematics with the bridge, but it was buggy. We've looked into autocad and solidworks electical as well. We rarely deal with PCBs and mostly it is cable or power distribution schematics. Here is what we are trying to accomplish: Engineer makes a schematic / cable drawing and uploads to windchillDocument Uploads to windchillSchematic is auto associated with a WT Part that contains a BOM of WTparts with required connectors/backshells, wiring, sleeving, etcAny ideas on if there is any OOTB that will solve this?

I am using Creo Simulate Release 4.0 and DatecodeM150I have parts upon which we ran structural simulations in the past. I wish to now run a fresh simulation in assembly mode. When I have my assembly in session, and go to simulate, I get all these failures due to bad constraints and load sets. I want to start fresh and try to use HOME / SET UP / NEW SIMULATION MODEL. However, New Simulation Model is greyed out.I also cannot delete individual constraints or loads in the model tree.

Hello Community, We want to have 2 thingworx 9.4 instances and for this process we want to clone/copy a vm that contains the twhingworx installation. We think that in this process we must to also get a new licence with ThingworxDeviceId because is going to be the same. So the final idea is to have a replica.  This procedure can be done?
