Hello I am trying to get the total number of members of a WTGroup in Windchill via code, so the sum of all users in a group and all its subgroups. Actually I need to check if the group size is bigger than a specified limit. I tried to use .members() but it always fails with a PrincipalRepairFailedException error (Cannot process user because a related disconnected participant exists in the database). I have tried using OrganizationServicesHelper.members() or group.members() but it all leads to the same error. Does anyone know how to solve this issue. I do not need to know the user names and attributes, I just need to find the total amount or if the member amount of a group is greater than a specified limit. Best regards

How to read  the specific excel file which is placed in Sytemrepository using java thingworx extension? Please help me over here. 

I would like to replicate the OOTB Save As feature. The purpose is to get the custom attributes value from Users for populating new name/number/filename through custom wizard.Using EnterpriseHelper.service.saveCopy(oldepm,newepm) helps me achieve half of the requirement. The problem here is while opening the newly created 2D Drawing in Authoring Application, it throws pop-up message like this new 2D still referring the old 3D Model. In OOTB save as, it does that from Windchill itself.    

I am analyzing a ground motion applied to a SDOF structure and finding the motion with Newmark's method. To accomplish this I have read the ground motion in with the readexcel function and then use a for loop to find the relative displacement, acceleration and velocity for each time step. The file used and the needed excel file are attached.

Hello, I'm currently working on Excel macro that connects to current session (drawing) and extracts data.I managed to get it so far that it extracts dimensions (names and value) but i just can't get a correct procedure to get the dimensions upper and lower tolerance. The only thing i was able to obtain is tolerance type with ipfcdimension2D.GetTolerance(). Is there a method to get upper and lower tolerance somehow? Greatly appreciate the answer!Klemen

Hi,I am working on a bar chart and I want the data to display differently than it is shown now. I can find the format property for the yAxis, but nothing for the xAxis, where do I modify how that data is shopwn? You can see a sample of the current chart in the picture attached. For example we only want a portion of the date to show. Kind RegardsOskar Berntorp

I see that Vuforia Object Scanner can be used to build model targets (https://library-archive.vuforia.com/articles/Training/Vuforia-Object-Scanner-Users-Guide.html)  for Vuforia Engine (Unity). Is there a way to import those objects into a Vuforia Studio app? Any alternatives?   

Hi, I have successfully installed Thingworx AMU Application in my local system for exploration. After installing AMU, I'm trying to do the thingworx app core configuration by the given link Core Functions - Process the JSON File.  In this process, I have filled all required sheets & mandatory columns in the spreadsheet with the demo values as per the instructions. After that successfully generated the JSON file with the help of the README file. But when executing that SQL query in database of thingworxapps with generated JSON string, I'm getting some error message - Error, Parent Equipment Type Hierarchy is not respected.  Can anyone please help me to out for continuing further exploration.  FYR, I'm here sharing the below documents,Demo value filled Spreadsheet.XSLXGenerted JSON Source FileThanks in advance.

I am setting up an Atlas Copco MTF6000 controller using the KEPServerEX Torque Tool Ethernet driver. I am expericing an issue seeing Variable data in the OPC Quick Client. Some addresses, such as COMM_CONTROL_SER_NUM display data and display 'Good' quality. However, another tag with an address of format 1202.30237 does not display data in the OPC Quick Client and shows 'Bad' Quality.  The Torque Tool Ethernet Driver help page uses 1202.30237 as an example of Variable Data addressing, but I am unable to determine why this does not display data. In fact, I have this issue for all MID.PID address formats. Does anyone have any ideas? Am I addessing the tags correctly? 

When installing Mathcad Prime, in the third window the application selection menu is empty. I've run the .exe file as administrator and the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated. 

Hi,We have an old LMTools running providing an license for MathCad 11.I would like to transfer the license to a new supported server, but I'm stuck with the license file itself.I did manage to start the license server, but I'm receiving an error: (mathsoft) Invalid license key (inconsistent authentication code)I cannot find any contract, customer nr or anything, so I cannot create a case with PTC.Can anyone help to transfer the license to a new server?Thank you     

Is there an option to make default input type text and not math? I'm doing a machine design course and we have to use Mathcad to calculate the exercises. Majority of the document will therefore be text so it would be more convenient if it was the default option. Meaning that if I just start writing, it'd write text and not math. Math-field could then be activated using [ctrl] [m]

Good afternoon. Hoping for some help to resolve this. When I am using the model weld annotations in the drawing, they have the leader line right through the center of the text as well as overlapping text. The annotation looks fine on the model. I assume this is a drawing property setting but I have been through them all and can't figure it out. Picture attached. Appreciate any help. Joe
