Hello PTC communityI am trying to solve a Topology optimization problem (CREO 10.0.9.0) for a rotating disc, but it is not converging properly.  Here is a simplified version of the problem I am trying to solve. 1) starting geometry = full disc2) preserve geometries = Center and exterior portion of the disc3) Axis have a cylindrical support 4) Contact defined between shaft and disc5) Centrifugal force added in the center axis direction  criteria below:  6) I tried mass reduction or stiffness and both did not converged correct7) I am defining symmetric distribution around axis and symmetric between central plane😎 material is defined with standard properties  This is the result I am getting  I tryied, axissymetric model as well (pie slice), it did not work as well.Any suggestions what I am doing wrong or how to set this problem properly?   

Hello All, In Creo 7 when saving as a STEP, I was able to select the coordinate system in the window shown in the attachment but in Creo 10 the button stays greyed.Does anybody know why this is ? 

Greetings Members As of this week (10/28/25) I am unable to obtain an Activation Key for Express Modeling.  It was working fine the previous week.  Here is a step by step description of what happens:- Click the CE Direct Express icon on my desktop- Obtain the following dialogue, this is normal or at least has been since direct access to the license server stopped working for me in Nov 2023.  Each time I have to reactivate even though I have an account and have been using CE Direct Express for more than 2 years.  Nothing has changed - same laptop, Win 10 OS, etc.- I enter my email address and password, select ‘Activate’ to get this dialogue, also normal.- In my case there is no proxy server, I am merely a PC on the internet.  My internet connection is fast and reliable.  I select the Submit button and obtain this dialogue:- At which point I select ‘Request activation key’.  Normally I would receive an activation key in seconds, paste it into the M

Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: The problem is that the converted drawing takes up too much space on the server.Description: Hello, I'm currently experiencing a server overflow issue. After checking the database and server, I believe the issue is due to the large number of drawings being checked in or created by new rendering tasks. I haven't been deleting these unnecessary drawings, so I think there are too many. There are 34 million data items in the Vault, making backup and recovery difficult. Does anyone know of a way to resolve or somewhat alleviate this situation? Thank you

I am trying to use custom units in MCP v11. I have an included worksheet that includes a lot of domain-specific units and functions. This has been carried over from MCv15 and previous. I am now noticing that some of these definitions aren't working - I have distilled everything down to one simple example of success and failure, with no apparent reason why. See attached.I also tried to do my due diligence and see if anyone was reporting anything similar. Why there are lots of questions related to use of units, I didn't see a similar issue being reported.

I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.2 and DatecodeSP2We need the downloadable installar of Thingworx PostgreSQL 9.2.1 version for one of our paid and valued customer. The customer's previous version where the live project was deployed was 9.2.1. Now the license is expired. When the customer has purchased a new license, we have found that it only contains versions 9.4 and 9.5. We have installed the version 9.5 and the existing project is not being imported properly. Possibly the upgradation process was not performed properly. So, we need to revert it back to the old version - 9.2.1 and then retrive and deploy the project first and then within 4 days of trial license we'll try to apply the license once again.Please provide me the link from where I can download the 9.2.1 version of Thingworx Foundation for PostgreSQL.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.7.0I have a user asking about defining a default simplified representation in a non-assembly model, is there a default simplified representation in non-assembly models? I have not been able to find default simplified representations in anything but assembly models.

when i open creo its says "You must register the Quality Agent in order to continue running Creo Parametric Student Edition (for educational use only) in Tryout mode; if you do not, Creo Parametric StudentEdition (for educational use only) will shut down.Do you want to register the Quality Agent?" 

PTC says this can't be done, so I'm appealing to a higher authority. Put simply, I want to use repeat region relations to compare a parameter in each member to the number of the drawing. PTC Tech Support says there isn't any way to reference information about the drawing from within the repeat region, but that sounds like a terrible gap in functionality, is it really true?

Dear all, I have a problem with the step range. I want to prevent the value 0.50 from appearing in the first term of the function f(x1), according to the first method. I tried using the `last` function, but I can't get it to fit the vector x1.I have Mathcad version 11.Any suggestions?
